Quick and easy, with or without an appointment. They took the time to sit and calculate a lost of tests I needed to get done, typed them out and gave me a printed price sheet. Then they printed separate ones for me to take so they were organized, and told me places I could go if I would like to look around for a more inexpensive place (it was a thousand dollars without insurance). Staff is really nice and friendly. Ive never had a problem there.

I was there back in June, and it was disappointing that the hispanic nurse that took care of me was either on a bad mood, was not able to understand a confusion on my order and was sort of rude. I am hispanic so I am not discriminating here. I have always received an EXCELLENT service from all personnel there, but this time it was very frustrating.

I was walking today and I waited only 10 minutes for them to pass me, and the service was very friendly and professional, I recommend this establishment 100%

They are very organized, and efficient! I went there a few days before my appt. to get an estimate on out of pocket expenses. Rosy took the time to break down each test and come up with a max $ amount.This was way more affordable than going to a hospital lab.On my appt day I was happy to see there were only a few people waiting and they were on time with appointments.My lab tech, Ms. O was great. She told me the cost range and took payment before doing the blood work.My labs will be done within 48 hours. Wow!This is the best run lab I have ever been to. Quick and easy blood test I have had bad experiences in the past . The lady that stuck me did a great job no pain really. I was out in 15 mins or less.

Hours are not up to date on website! I specifically called Quest to make sure the office was open to 4:00 as stated on the quest website and was assured that it is open. My husband and I drove 40 minutes to and from, wasting our time and gas because of their inability to update their own schedule. I have a testing that must be completed in 72 hours and chose to drive to their location and lost my time and hopefully not my chance to get the testing completed. Even when I called the quest phone line back they were not helpful at all.

Rude staff ,my wife took my 1 yr old to draw blood and they put a guy who is doing training to draw blood from a 1 yr old boy incompentent. my wife said rosemary was the only one who found the vein ,front desk super rude will never go back to this location ,i guess all bad comments are on the money in this location.

This place is amazingly fast Kelly was so fast and professional. Anna was very friendly and funny. I would strongly recommend this place if you are looking for professional friendly staff.

Went in on Saturday as a walk in with my four kids. I knew the wait would be long due to the fact they all were getting blood drawn and others ahead of us had appointments. Got in signed in they called us to check in than within 30mins maybe more we got called back one by one. The lady who took my daughters blood was amazing, I wish I remembered her name but she made my girls laugh and feel comfortable. It did take a good hour but it was expected as we did not have an appointment. Yes the seating is limited so I would suggest going alone or with the person who needs the lab work if they need assistance.

The first time I went the phlebotomist was super sweet and respectful, the second time I had to drop off a sample and thats when the visit turned into a nightmare. The second person was not wearing gloves so she refused to grab the sample, which I understood and complied with. She printed out the stickers and told me to place them on the cup, when I asked her how to place them, she said I Dont Care, Surprise me. That is by far the worst customer service ever, not to mention extremely disrespectful to the person/customer. Dont even know how to explain the anger I felt after being treated in such a way, especially coming from a health specialist. Management should be made aware so this will never happen to anyone else ever again.

I dont understand previous reviews Ive read here. The staff is GREAT, POLITE and VERY PROFESSIONAL. I have no doubt Ill get back when I need to do blood work again.

Iam so upset. One of the nurse here dont know how to draw blood, instead of drawing blood she pinch a nerve, and my arm hurt so bad that at this point I feel a tingling sensation and still in pain. She stick the needle like I was an animal. She had to call someone else to draw blood on me. Its been 3 days and still cant barely use my right arm. Unprofessional. If I see her again ohhhh hell to the no. I hope my arm gets better.

Took my one year old son for some lab works and they kept Pocking at him multiple times. Come to realize they had no choice but to stick him on his finger because they could not find a vein. After pressing n pressing on it to fill a little tub up with blood the nurse drops!! the tube n spills all the blood on the floor. I felt so bad for my son who practically had no more tears in him after all the crying my poor little man did. It was a horrible experience. They never can just get the vein instead they want to play lets wiggle the needle around till we catch something. As if it doesnt hurt them or us as mother to see them go threw it like try another vein!! The nurse kept saying I have many years of experience. Didnt seem so not with kids. If you are grown and can take a needle by all means go but think twice before taking your little ones to this location my heart was broken and the furious mommy came out of me.

Oct. 21 went into the quest location in Hunters Creek and had a really poor experience with the staff and walked due to their rudeness.Decided to try this location.Its like night and day . I can actually say it was a pleasant experience.

This place was great, I went on a Friday and the place was dead, only one person who was called after I signed in on the iPads they have. I was in and out, not sure why there are so many complaints and bad reviews. I included photos separately of the empty waiting room and registration tablets.

They are inefficient as it is possible that a stool test of a 16-month-old baby will have to last 3 days of poop collection. and that you put a plastic to the babys diaper when the plastic to collect it, that plastic irritates the babys tail and on top you have to wait between 2 and 5 more days for the result. pity service .. so a child becomes dehydrated waiting so long

No matter how many times you call no one picks up. So frustrating when youre trying to find out a simple answer to a simple question. And forget about leaving a message, theyll never call you back.

Here with an appointment and it seems like they definitely overbooked! No place to sit, many elderlies standing, and a very very slow pace! Unacceptable customer service, not enough workers, should not expect employees to work under these conditions or clients wait this long even with appointments.

EXTREMELY BAD NURSES the nurse pinched me 2 time and she looked for help nobody answer she said I cant do anything no more after I pay for the test Im waiting for my money back.

Went in for my appointment and was seen very quickly and the staff was very kind.

Why make an appointment? I made an appointment to go first thing in the morning, yet, I kept seeing people getting called before me. Not only in the lobby, but in the holding pattern room as well. Shouldnt be appointment first and then non appointment later? So...why even make appointment? I waited over an hour and a half, past my appointment time.

Its Saturday place is packed and theres only two employee, waiting is 1 hr and 45 minutes.
