Terrible experience, lab tech who took my labs was so rude. Didnt want to take me back because the staff were fighting with each other at the front saying I was a walk-in. I had an appointment, with the confirmation on my phone. She rolled her eyes took me back there and did my labs. Had I not needed these terribly I would have walked out. I was not the only one they were treating terrible. Everyone waiting was looking at each other like this was a circus. Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend this location.

After checking in for a urine test and say 1 minites waiting, it is taking more than 1 hour to do a simple drug test, need personal and dont overbook if you dont have the staff, waste of time, will not go back

This is by far the worst Quest I’ve been too, I have been to several different locations & have never had to wait so long. It’s very frustrating because you don’t get any updates on your wait time, so your stuck sitting in the waiting room without any clue when your going to be seen. I would’ve went to another location if I was aware from the beginning how long it was going to be… 2.5 hours waited here!!!

I had an appointment this morning. The intake person was extremely rude and even walked past me to speak to a coworker cursing as she passed. I think some training at the Celebration location would do her some good in regards to treating clients. I am a health care professional and regardless of how busy I am, a client of mine would never be treated this way.Will never return to this location.

I love this place. The staff is very nice and helpful. Plus they work fast and attend very quick even without appointments.

The best Quest Diagnostics that I have ever been to. All the employees were very nice, professional and always willing to help. I didnt have to wait long. The waiting room was extremely clean and every time a patient leaves a chair an employee comes right away to sanitize it. The lady that drew my blood was very kind and professional, it didnt hurt at all.

Today I had a fantastic experience at this Quest office due to Kiara. 😊 I was worried because Rosa wasnt there and shes usually the person that I like to draw my blood since shes really gentle. Kiara comforted me and drew my blood ---it was so gentle, it was like a mosquito bite! I didnt even feel when she was changing the tubes! Best blood draw ever. Kiara was the nicest phlebotomist Ive ever had.

Do not greet and very unfriendly and have a miserable personnel. they seem like they hate there jobs and don’t want to talk to you.

Missed out on a great job opportunity because this Quest Lab lost my pre employment sample and never delivered it to be analyzed at the lab. I missed my training date and who know when I’ll get called back.We all have just one job and it’s to be responsible at the position you are in. Responsible for training, understanding and comprehending that this is a very important matter for each and every patient/client that goes thru here.Every time I come here there’s a million hours of wait with or without appointment. They make you wait inside and outside, I just don’t get why this lab cannot work smoothly like all the other ones in the surrounding areas.The worst part is that this gentleman lab assistant knew there was a problem with my sample and still decided to disregard attention.

This is the worst Quest, they check you in right away but then takes more than an hour to call you back for the test, I have to wait more than one hour to have a Drug Test while they taking people who check in after me. NOT RECOMMENDED, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

What’s the point of making an appointment when you still have to wait for an hour and the ladies in the front a rude.. I get so Aggravated everything I go to this place. That why I just do it at the doctors not to waste my time.. they get a O from me

The website says walk-ins only wait a minute but in actuality it’s closer to an hour. Plan accordingly. Their system of texting patients waiting outside is flawed. Waiting inside is not ideal because of the pandemic, but you are likely to miss your call if you don’t wait inside.

I really liked how fast it was, in less than 14 minutes I was out of the office! Very organized I really recommend going to this place.

This place is a joke. I had an 11:30 am appointment, I arrived to the lab 15 minutes early. I did the check in and wait outside. After 65 minutes I decided to see whats happening. I saw the same people waiting so I decided to leave. I went to a nearby Quest lab, in Parting Village. I arrived at 12:30, I did self checkout without an appointment. After 3 minutes, yes, 3 minutes I was called. At 12:50 I was out the lab with all done. And what about here, did I was contacted for my appointment here? While Im writing this review, I havent been contacted. I guess, they called me at some point, but I was waiting outside, because they gave me that alternative. So theres no point in making an appointment. Go somewhere else. Now Im waiting for their copy-paste generic apology reply for my bad experience that they are going to pass to the leadership team or some bullcrap like that.

Absolutely ridiculous. Had an appointment at 1:30. I came in at 1:20 and it’s 3pm and they still haven’t attended me. Writing this review as I wait to be called. Apart from being very short staffed they are extremely rude and have no manners. If you could go somewhere else go. Honestly a waste of time and ridiculous. Everyone here was complaining cause it’s that bad. Shouldn’t have to wait this long for an appointment schedule days ahead.

Other quests are more professional and efficient

I only gave a 4 star based on Yolanda! She was very sweet and knew I was nervous because I hate getting my blood drawn. The rest of the clinic was very Crowded and Chaotic. The other clinics need to have walk in appointments available.

I know we are in USA 🇺🇸 and we need to learn to speak English i am with that a 💯 %, but if you put a clinic in a town the is 90% latino and you are proffering off does clients the lees you can do is find someone to speak Spanish or put someone in the reception that want to learn another language and be patient with old people, i can’t believe they don’t have any respect or a least don’t make this person feel less because they are not, definitely they need customers service advice I just wish that in this town we all go back to our country and for that they close all this business that are proffering from then to see how they will change their views.

Ive been to several Quest places around this state and town and this ranks as one of the best ones for me personally. Ive yet to have a negative experience in this place, and Ive been here a good 10 times already throughout the years. From the person that takes your info to the person poking you with needles, all have been pleasant people. They look like they actually want to be there.You wouldnt know it by the area (many doctors around the perimeter suck, and the Osceola Regional Hospital sucks).

I came here as a walk in self paid. At first the ladies could not find me in the system but with the help of the manager they were able to find me. These ladies were amazing and for it to a take a little longer than normal and being super patient with me. I had a great experience at this location. Thank you staff for the help and being so fast!!!!

The manager julissa is very unprofessional and rude, she talking to me like Im her dog...needs to learn how to communicate with respect....and she did not give me a paper receipt on purpose because I confronted her with the way she was treating me....i will highly recommend Yolanda or Rony they are very professional and know what they are doing..

Excelent! No appointment, just walked in. Everything took about 15 minutes. Yolanda was really kind, patient, and understanding, although I was really nervous. Best of all I didn’t feel a thing.

Poor phone service

Nurse forgot to give me back my drivers license and when I called them the next day all I get is an automated answering machine that tells me my call cannot be transferred. I called within store hours so they weren’t closed.

Absolutely discourteous.They see people waiting and ignore them completely, the lady who was before me in line practically have to beg to get her question answered and I had to speak loudly to be answered.It seems that we are asking for a free service and NO, we pay for the services.

The facility was clean and well maintained but the tech that took care of me offended me. I went in for a pre employer drug test and she stated “I hope there isn’t a next time for this” as if I was a regular patient. When clearly my paper said pre employment testing. Even if I was a regular patient it still shouldn’t have been said. Otherwise a great visit.

Good place and normally full of people but the staff try to do everything fast to make it easier for pacients. Parking is good and everything is digital, even sign in. I do recommend this place if you need to get your lab done. Clean and nice environment

Excellent staff! I am absolutely terrified of getting blood drawn and every experience Ive had elsewhere, it hurt or I felt uncomfortable. Here, the man I saw (wish Id gotten his name, older dark-skinned gentleman) made me feel at ease, didnt hurt me one bit, and was super friendly! As long as you make an appointment in advance, as this is a busy location, youll be fine! Thank you Quest Kissimmee staff!

Why bother to make an appointment, the wait time in the lobby is long, then the wait time in the back area is longer. It seems the staff is over worked, they seem to just want to get you out of there. They need more help to stick to the appointment times.

The lab tech.was a very roud person and when he drew my blood he did not say ready here I go and the pinch realy hurt .it look like he did not want to be there.I belive when a person takes a job like that they should have manners and will to work with people.

Wow, I am surprised at the negative reviews here. I live right by the one in Hunters Creek, but I travel to this one because of the service. Never waited for more than 15 mins, and thanks to Pedro, I no longer fear getting blood work. Hes awesome and very friendly. Four stars because the ladies in the front dont smile, but if I had to deal with Pedro alone, I would have given it 5 stars.

I’m quite surprised by the negative reviews. This was our first time getting bloodwork done since moving to Florida and we didn’t even have an appointment and it was the best experience we’ve ever had with a Lab. From the person that registered us to Pedro who drew my 9 tubes of blood. Great experience!!!

I been going here for years. And I like it speacily the they always have a hard time finding my friend. Once I walk in I always let them know the I want Ronnie to take out my blood. He always find my viens on the first try.

Ive been to many different Quest Diagnostics centers around the Kissimmee and Orlando area in the past, and this is the only one I find to be satisfactory. I had to deal with about four or five personnel throughout my experience here and all were very nice and professional.

If i could i would leave this place 0 stars i come in with a APPOINTMENT i get checked in just to wait over 30 mins when i go ask her why am I waiting this long to pee in a cup shes like its iot an appt you have to wait and i tell her yes it is i made it online n repeatedly told me doesnt show up a appt, place is a joke with appt or not smh always a issue here

Fast and easy but the lady who drew my grandmas blood Laila S. Did not wash her hands or use hand sanitizer before drawing blood. This is how you spread disease, please make your employees do hand hygiene.

I never had a problem going to this Quest. Great staff and I always make an appointment before hand and it goes by quicker that way.

Staff was super quick!! Arrived at 1:05 for a 1:15pm appointment and took me in right away! No longer than a 5minute wait for the nurse to see me and didnt even notice that much when he was taking my blood and had finished!! Will definitely be using this location again in the future!!! Dont go to others heard they were rude and had crazy long waits :P

This is teamwork at its best. Got there 6:15am. They opened 6:30 am. I had no appointment. There were around 20 people already waiting outside.Three crew members directed each person to each sign in machine (3) and had everyone seated within 10 minutes. Immediately they started calling. My wait time on screen was 58 minutes. By 7:05 am I was done. It took maybe half hour for everything to be done. The on screen time is just an estimate waiting time. But they are so efficient and pleasant (surprising for it being so early in the am) that they make you feel relaxed and no stress. Im a CANCER patient. I went in for a blood test WITHOUT EATING ANYTHING BUT MY PAIN MEDS & a drink of water. Their pleasant attitude made me feel at ease. I had absolutely no anxiety. They greeted every one with such grace and a smile. This is how all people in service to the public should be. God bless them all.

Very unprofessional. Laila S. was the phlebotomist and was rude, disrespectful, condescending. She had a mad face all the time. Upset because my veins are hard to find. Got the wrong information on my papers.

I just want to shoutout to the phlebotomist Rony! He was incredible. Just point blank. I literally wish every nurse was just like him. I’ve done blood work a lot in the past couple years and every time I come close to passing out and am very nervous and uncomfortable. Almost as soon as he started the bloodwork and just talking and making jokes everything was ok. Not only did it not hurt, but I felt comfortable and he actually talked to me and took my mind off of what was going on. And! He took the time after to be sure I was ok before leaving. Major claps to him. I strongly suggest requesting him! I went from feeling so anxious that I was nauseous, to laughing and smiling and feeling 100% okay.

Useless place.1. Dont bother coming here if you just want a routine checkup ie. STD, Blood panel draw, flu or anything else.2. They require you visit your doctor BEFORE you come in, and your doctor must put in the request for whatever check you are looking for.3. Staff is VERY rude and non engaging. A true sign in and shut up mentality. Youll wait an hour before they tell you if they can help you or not.

This was the second time I went .. the first time was great.. the lady who assisted my child was great with her .. talked to her and relaxed her .. this time completely opposite.. I understand they have a policy and that 2 parents cant be there but when someone has an attitude and their whole demeanor is off a child will notice it right off the bat.. the lady was rude and her customer service was horrible.. she gave me attitude from the start and was rambling her mouth in Spanish likeI didnt understand.. I dont appreciate the way she acted and made a awkward expierience worse than what it could have been... and if you are a child its already a scary situation and would want both parents there..

Cant say that Im surprised. The customer service was exactly what everyone had warned me about, but since this is who takes me insurance...we went anyways. My daughter is an infant and only 6 months old and the Phlebotomist pulled out a standard gauge needle (not a butterfly) to draw an INFANTS blood. The receptionist was rude to multiple patients while waiting and even told one of them Do I look like a sign in sheet? I cannot believe they are still in business. Ridiculous!

Awful, awuful, & awful!! My son needed blood work done and they made me hold him down, he had had blood work done numerous times before and he does fine no crying or anything. I think the holding down freaked him out and the nurse did not poke him in the right spot. She blamed me for not holding him and went on to say it’s so unnecessary to poke him again that I should of held him better. Even got another nurse and they still hit the wrong spot. By this time my son is crying in pain hyperventilating because they kept moving the needle side to side looking for the vein. My son is 3 and has blood work done more than 10 times already and never has he acted up or had to deal with something like this. He was crying for hours. Not going back to this location!!

Only reason that I am even giving a 3 is because of how great the tech was (Pedro), otherwise the window customer service is awful. The lady on window one is horrible. She acts as if she is being forced to work and doing us a favor. Her tone and attitude is very inappropriate. I say two words and she will interupt and assume waht i was going to say and therefore answer incorrectly about 3 times. She has that sign in, and shut up attitude. As I sat in the waiting room, i witnessed how she continuously treated everyone this way. Impossible to talk to. I also heard a few conversations in the waiting room about her conduct. What makes this worse is that it seams as if she has some sort of supervisory or lead amongst the customer service personnel because i saw a few of the reps reach out to her for questions (she did not treat them any better. This is not in quest convenience to have someone like this leading the staff. Quest should send a a representative in disquise as a patient in order to witness what is going on here. With all the frustration and comments that I heard in the waiting area, it will be no time before a major complaint comes in.

The first Quest that I come in at 7am and the wait time is two hours but thats not the case... Is going to be 11am and im still here. The only reason i am still here is because strictly this place for a drug test for employment.

If u have a whole day of doing nothing at all and want to waste ur day here do so. It took 2 hours for a routine blood work. I will never come back even with a appointment. I will stick to lab Corp which is not more then 20 or less max in and out.

This place is so understaffed and overbooked. I myself was a walk-in for a drug screening and had to wait almost 90 mins. They make you sit in the waiting room for a long period of time to call you to the receptions to make you wait a second time inside the office. At least at lab Corp prioritizes drug screening and walk ins. And the staff doesn’t make it any better. Very unprofessional and rude. If you need to do a walk in or drug screening at Quest, make sure you go to the other locations. This one is way too unorganized

The staff was nice and quick. The only thing is that there is like an hour long waiting time.

Super efficient.

Like all Quest, their hours are terrible, they are open 7am - 3 pm Monday through Friday. If you work, these hours not conducive to most peoples schedule. There is ONE of their offices in Kissimmee opened until 11 am on Saturday, but the wait is terrible (standing room only) and the staff will lock rhe door BEFORE closing time. I wish my insurance company would gave us other options.

Automatic check-in doesnt work, the system can randomly drop you and you may not get seen.

The answering machine is horrible. I cant believe that I have to drive to the place to get a question answered.

Very friendly and fast !! But they dont do the Health protocol !! There is no temperature measurement and people go without a mask.

The attention from the entire team is very good and if you make the appointment in advance the attention is faster, the only bad thing is that they do not keep protocols, many people go without masks and it is quite uncomfortable

Today I had a bad experience in this office the website showed 8 minutes of Walk in and when I arrived at the site I was full hour and a half waiting. However, the person who attends me is very interested in people getting tired and leaving the site with their very mocking face. He tells me Im so sorry !!! After having been half an hour on the site I withdrew my documents and left. These people dont care about good customer service. The staff or the person I approached to ask for help just made fun of me in my face !!!

I tell you are you sure? And thats when he checks the paper and says wait goes from another nurse and comes back to tell me that if I needed her that he just forgot to put it there ... 🙄🤨 I go to the bathroom and it was a bathroom for both women and men, or be two womans / mens toilets in lying on an old clapboard a lot of wipes to clean before ... some open mixed with the closed😖😟🙁 total disgusting !! Cdo took the sample back to the nurse and asked her if it was all she told me with her finger👍 Seriously !!! That unprofessionalism, it was a Horrible experience !!! I would never recommend it !!! People if you dont like your profession Change it! And if it is the work environment that makes them that way, then look elsewhere! Why should we not pay customers for what happens there? If that were the case ... That was my experience in this lousy place ...
