My appointment was 11am, it’s 12:45. NO social distancing possible. Standing room only in waiting room. The workers are telling people 1 hour behind, I’m at 1 hour 45 minutes for me. Another patient waited in his car and just walked in saying he has been sitting in his car since 9:30am….3 hours. People are having to leave to take kids to school, get back to work, covid worries, and other reasons before getting tests done. It’s like a war zone in here. People won’t wait in car bc that system isn’t working as people are walking in to complain it’s been 2 or 3 hours sitting in car. The workers only call names in waiting room and are yelling at the herd of people in the waiting standing and sitting that they should have done text checkin, but say we can’t swap to it. Chaos.

The worst experience I have ever had at Quest Labs. Super hostile staff, zero empathy. I arrived before they opened, they dont explain how to use the machine. I did position number three and one employee tells me something and the other tells me another. All the people went first and left me for the last. They dont explain how to walk in and they just do what they want.

If you dont have a covid shot, dont come here. The first hour is supposed to b for high risk people but thats a lie. The waiting room is packed, people have mask on under their nose. They say only 10 people in waiting room but no one checks. Check in and wait in your car is joke.they will call you in 10 mins before they bring you in because they are to busy chatting. I left and want my money back. Im not going to get covid because they are doing things horrible wrong. There is not even a person at the counter to talk to about it. Horrible unsafe. Standing up room only.

Super easy process..was in the wait room for less than 5mins!! My phlebotomist was excellent! Best Quest experience I’ve had EVER!! Def will be my go to lab from now on.

Friendly staff. They don’t give appointments but the walk-in wait time was just 10 minutes. Much better than other locations!

Worst experience I tried calling many times to make an appointment phone rings with no answer so I decided to walked in since It was impossible to get an appointment I had to sit there for over 2 hrs every time I tried to talk to a staff I was ignore I will never go back to this place again

My app was at 7 I check in waiting time 5 then I went outside to take a little fresh air and when i return inside my waiting time jump to 4o minutes and the place is so small😤😤😤

The location of the facilities is miles off of the confirmation email location. Calls are not answered and any attempt at customer service ends with them hanging up. Do not recommend unless you know EXACTLY where they are beforehand.

Wow! Got the most amazing treatment and service from Khadija Abrahim! Thank you for making me feel at ease. You are the best phlebotomist EVER! Check In was a breeze. Google Maps brought me right to the front door. 5 STARS All Around!

I came in today, Lisa was my Tech. & what pleasure she was! My primary Dr. put in my order wrong from what my Neuro requested & she caught it💕 Not to mention she takes her time & has excellent customer service which unfortunately is so rare now a days.. I also want to say I didnt feel a thing & I hate needles! Lol Thanks again Lisa!!!❤

Google maps has the wrong location for this location. Its not located at Orange Blossom Trail and Osceola Parkway, its located at the Pleasant Hill Commons shopping plaza, further south. Its in the same plaza as a Publix.

Khadija (Kathy) was so wonderful during my appointment. She is very friendly and personable and made me feel very comfortable. I was very nervous about getting my blood drawn, I was even sweating and shaking from the nerves and she was very patient with me and did everything to her ability to calm me down and make me feel comfortable. She asked if I wanted to lay down or sit, gave me a ball to squeeze, had a conversation with me to calm my nerves, reassured me, and was very kind. She was very gentle with me and I didn’t even feel a pinch! It was definitely the most pleasant experience getting my blood drawn, that I have had. Please keep her around, she is a pleasure to be around and I truly feel a valuable asset to your company. Next time I have an appointment, I will try to request her to draw my blood!

I made an appointment on the phone. When I arrived they told me that I didn’t have an appointment and I had to check in as a walk in. It only took an hour and 13 minutes before they called me. Ridiculous.

The Map Location when clicked from the Quest Scheduling website is incorrect. The correct GPS Coordinates are 28.262355, -81.436739 you may copy and paste these coordinates into the address bar in google.

Wrong address, I got an email from Quest giving me this address and I spent about 30 minutes looking for it but it simply didn’t exist, I called the facilities for information and they didn’t answer so I lost my appointment, very bad service.

I have been going to the Quest on the corner of Pleasant Hill and John Young for about two years. The staff has been friendly and helpful, especially Khadija. However today they went above and beyond to help me get my standing order for testing renewed with my doctors office. Big thanks to Denise and Tyler for following up with the doctors office and testing me past closing time so I didnt have to make another trip.

Had a challenging time asking for a butterfly needle even after stating my patient rights to have one upon request. I still had to insist 3 times and then I over heard her say something mean about me to her colleague. She handed me over to another phlebotomist and that one was great. Dont argue with patients! Some of us know our rights.

I am very angry, I lack respect. I lost my time !! I had an appointment at 7 am and the GPS leaves you in the middle of nowhere. I could never find the address of this place and there is no one to answer on the phone, terrible service. terrible location, then I went to the one that is located in the town loop by an address provided by the telephone service and when I arrived at the place it was temporarily closed, just as it reaches more people to find a TEMPORARILY CLOSED notice !! very bad service! very bad information !!!!!

Sonia Casillas RUDE!!! Was there with my 19 year old grandson as this was his first time getting lab work done as an adult. Because he wasnt able to pee on demand she came to where I was sitting to ask if he was afraid. After my response and him coming back to room without pee in hand she openly was rude when I responded again she said and this is why kids are the way they are now. Excuse me! This kid doesnt get in trouble, graduated high school, going to Valencia and works. So because of her rudeness my review isnt good. Before her I would have rated a 5 star, I go there at least 3-4 times a year and have never had a bad experience.

This is the first time I have been to this Quest to get bloodwork done. I had to say it was a near perfect experience at this location. I didnt have to fill any paperwork out, which was a huge help and surprise. I went right before they closed, about 5-10mins prior and there was only one other person there in front of me. I was in and out of there within 25mins. I do not do well AT ALL giving blood and this time was BY FAR the easiest time Ive EVER had and it was 100% because of a phlebotomist by the name of Sonia. She barely had to tighten the band around my arm: Normally I am literally having my entire circulation cut off and this time I barely even felt the band around my arm!!! I asked her to use a butterfly needle and I didnt even feel the blood being taken what so ever. She had one vile taken within about 15 seconds. Now when I have to return next week to have another 4 viles taken, I wont be nervous at all because I know she will be taking it. She is WELL WORTH waiting for! Overall I had an A+ experience!
