Miss Grace did an amazing job bringing my hair back to life! 💇🏻‍♀️We did a black color and blow dry with flat iron to add some shine. I’ve been to upscale salons in downtown who left me unsatisfied mrs Grace impressed me and I believe I found my new home!💕 No more hopping from salon to salon 🙌🏼

It was a disaster before my wedding. Grace messed up my color then complained the whole time that she was trying to fix it as if It was my fault. She did not fix it by the way but I was happy not to have red and yellow hair!!!I will try to put up pics if I can. I am a nice person and pd her but I regret it Everytime I look in the mirror. Now I have to find someone to fix my hair . And pay AGAIN

Paid $150 for a keratin treatment for my daughter but her hair was still very frizzy so I contacted Evelyn. She told me that she will fix it and take care of it. I took her in and she charged me another $45 to dry her hair after I told her I would do it at home. In the front of her hair still dont done correctly. I do better job myself. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND JOB DONE.

Extremely disappointed would not recommend this salon I had only a shampoo wash no blow dry and I was charge $45 products were cheap not even hair products used on my hair were high end I Couldn’t believe When she charge me $45 will never go back And I wouldn’t recommend anyone there I felt robbed

I had Vanessa Ortiz dye and blow dry my hair and I LOVED IT! She was very professional and friendly and she did my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I recommend her to everyone!

The hair stylist seemed personable but he gave me a shorter and completely different cut than I requested. Im not even anal on execution and know deviations are to be expected. I showed the guy 2 pictures of me with the cut I wanted for reference, not just some random model either. When I told him he got defensive and argued it was my fault.. Even poked my forehead while trying to tell me it was the gel only making it seem like my hair was 1 instead of 3-4 on top. My cut is literally about a third the length I wanted. I requested a manager at that point but he refused and told me to just leave without paying so I did.I wouldnt normally leave without paying but once he became aggressive and then refused to bring a manager, I suddenly didnt find it a problem.

Went into Sirenas Salon on Saturday to get a blow out as and a new color to my hair. Miss Rocio or Fatima took care of me and made me feel comfortable in her work by showing me pictures of previous clients as well as listening to what I had in mind and looking at the pictures I had picked out. She did such an excellent job and Im so glad she was that one to fix my damaged hair! She even went out of her way to fix my split ends, my bangs and added protein to my very dry hair! She is such a sweet and nice lady and I would recommend her to anybody looking to get a great salon experience :)

Destroyed my hair.Cut too much off, very uneven hair style. Hair has been ruined since September, I had to wait a very long time for any length to grow back. Not to mention, bleach blonde highlights were put into my hair when I wanted a caramel more natural tone.

When I go to a Latin salon it is hoping that quality is different from what one receives in an American hairdresser, the brush is not passed as one expects in a Latin salon, they do not give shape and then they pass the iron on your hair, very bruzcos when fixing, they do not take care of your hair. The girl is very friendly and everything but it is not the service I was looking for, if you do not mind that they pass the iron and leave the ends without shape, then you will like it.
