I love Santa! She was so sweet and very thoughtful of what I wanted for my hair. Gave me options and made me feel great with a new look!

Went with daughter in law., appt was at 2 , didnt call us until 3:20. Which we waited due to it raining. But, service was terrible. To much gossiping and not paying attention to what she was doing, my daughter in law went from light to dark hair and ended up having stains all over. My color was fine , but ask to cut ends and for short layers, and looking at my before and after I look the same. Only thing my forehead is all stained from dye. Very unprofessional...told us to go back to get it fixed but to give her time. Came out almost at 7pm from 2pm.
