I dont usually get cuts but my stylist not only helped me get out of my style rut, she was very pleasant and had an ora of calm and peace. It was a most joyful experience. Id go back for my next cut.

Anna is the best person to see when you go there. She does exactly what you asked her for gives you great advice and helps you with styling and any good tips of what to do with your hair. I go for my hair and I take my niece and she just loves it

Not happy with my color. I have dark red color on my hair and wanted soft caramel highlights to soften it. I even asked what color toner would be used to shade the highlights and was told it was a neutral color and I would love it. Well I dont. Theres nothing caramel about the highlights. All Anna did was lighten the red so now I have bright red highlights. I have had highlights for years in Ohio and they were always lightened then toned. I complained that this was not at all close to what I asked for and she said she would do a 2 step for $25 more. Im sorry I bought this groupon.

Anna did a great job with my mothers hair! She matched her color exactly and gave her a cute quick cut. The place is comfortable and welcoming and though they had a set of steady clientele they were professional and friendly and relaxed.

Asked for layers and she just trimmed the ends. So I explained again that I wanted layers and she completely messed up my hair! I dont think she knew how to do layers. I ended up having to cut my hair short at another place. Highly unsatisfied and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Anna is awesome! She did one process color, shampoo, cut and style for myself and she also did full highlights, shampoo, trim and style for my friend. Not only was it sooo worth the price but u can tell she knows her stuff. Thank you Anna 😘

Beverly always does an excellent job on both mine and my moms hair!

They need to be aware that people dont just have straight hair and either learn to adapt or just tell the customer they cant do it instead of making the customer pay for a wash and blow that could have been done 100x better.

Granted i was late for my appointment but then waited an hour, i asked how much longer was told another hour. After another hour someone finally addressed me, are you being helped? I said Im on the list. She said what are you wanting done, I told her and she says we cant do that today. Customer service is not something they understand here. At least addressing me when I walked in or something would have allowed me to make an appointment for a later time. These people apparently have so much business they dont need anymore. Go someplace else and get treated like you matter!

Got a pretty bad haircut today at the advanced hair designs Not only was she rough pulling my hair, my bangs and sideburns are uneven. I got the deal from Groupon (hair cut and blow dry ) but she charged me more so I payed 30 $ for The worst haircut and haircut experience I have ever had. I had the appointment at 4h and she let me wait 40min I will never be back.

Went to get my hair done and was totally satisfied.. Ana is awesome..

The girl who did my hair I asked for highlights and when she did them they came out Orange and she didnt even know to put toner in my hair she had to redo my highlights and then they wanted to charge me double
