This was not my first time getting my eyebrows done at the Benefit Brow Bar, but Katherine gave me the best experience I have ever had with my brows at any Ulta store. She was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She seriously did an amazing job and I will be coming back just for her.

I had never been inside an Ulta in my life. I have always bought my make up at CVS. However, I came in here yesterday , extremely desperate as I had an important event the same night! I came from out of town and the day before I had my face waxed in a local place. The top of my cheeks got severely burned and it look terrible .. none of my make up was covering them.. and no youtube video helped me... so I told my husband to drop me off at Ulta..why? I didnt know. But God knew.! As soon as I went in , Ana asked me if there was anything she could assist me with... and I spilled it all out.. I told her my frustration.. I think I almost cried: This Gala was in a couple hours and I had these horrible burns on my face and I needed make up to cover this mess up but I did not know what to buy. She listened and she said no worries I can help you. She took me to the foundation aisle we found a foundation that matched my skin tone, a color corrector, moisturizer and a setting powder.. she then proceeded to instruct him on how to apply the products . I felt in peace... I knew and I felt she was very knowledgeable and caring. I BOUGHT EVERYTHING SHE SUGGESTED! She saved my night!. I looked stunning, lots of people complimented me and nobody noticed the ugly burns... I had a fantastic night and the suggested moisturizer has completely healed my face! I woke up this morning with no scabs! Ana converted me into a loyal ULTA customer from now on! No more cvs! Customer service is more valuable to me.. and even more when you are in complicated situation like mine so far from home. Ana, you are an angel !!! and ULTA thank you for having amazing employees like her.! Kudos!

A very good impression in my first visit, the associates friendly, polite, and helpful. The associates making sure we find what my wife and daughter were looking for. In the back right side corner of the store is a beauty salon and not all in the store is for ladies, they also have a good selection of man lotions. Not bad at all and the prices all accessible.

I’ve been coming to see Kimberly since I moved to the area back in 2019. She is amazing! She listens to what I want done and also adds in her input.. I’m always leaving happy! At this point I tell her what I’m going for and let her work her magic. When I first came in I had just had my hair cut all the way above my shoulders and in these almost 2 years, my hair is down to the middle of my back. I highly recommend coming to see Kimberly.. you will not regret it!!

This was my first experience getting my hair cut and colored at Ulta Beauty Salon and Claudia made it a great one! I explained what I wanted and she helped me find a color that would work best with my hair. I have been using the deep conditioning products that she recommended and my hair has never felt healthier. Claudia knows her stuff and won’t disappoint! I’d ask for her to do my hair every time!

The girls on the floor are rude. I was asking her a question, she said hold on. Helped other people while was waiting patiently. Ignored me and talked to the cashiers girls, then pointed at with her face. Then the girls by the cash registers and her were laughing. Your behavior is rude and unprofessional. I will take my money to sephora. Another more products with more professional behavior.

The visit was for a hair appointment. Kimberly (hair stylist) was awesome. She has a great warm and friendly personality. She knows her stuff. My daughter had a hair cut and deep conditioning with style. We were beyond happy with the results. Great first time experience for my daughter and thats all I couldve asked for. Claudia is amazing! Literally she listens to your thoughts and then she gives her personal opinion and you guys work together on what you want and it works out wonderfully! She literally puts her care and time into you and I literally feel the love she has for her job. My twin sister and I went into ultra the other day to just browse around and we ran into an AMAZING Ulta worker named Makayla. She was so attentive and tried to help us find the products we were looking for. She did more than just that, we had such an amazing conversation and she got to know a little bit about us and so much about her too! I recently got my hair done at the Ulta at The Loop. This is my second time getting my hair done here, and I always ask for Kanar! She is experienced, professional, keeps the health of my hair in mind, and of course, makes my hair look beautiful! I have dark asian hair and she has been able to get me tastefully light and blonde as seen in my photo. I will be returning in the future! :)

I usually dont write reviews but after my last interaction with the Salon at Ulta I left a bit disappointed. I booked a haircut with Claudia, who works miracles on my hair and has cut my hair for the last three years. When I went in for my appointment I was informed that I was not in the system for ANY hair appointment (for that day) and that my hairdresser Claudia had quit. Mind you I was still receiving reminder texts from Ulta stating that I was still set for that time and date. I was offered another appointment with Kanar the same day. She was nice and accommodating but I felt like my haircut was rushed because she was working on two clients at once. If anyone has a designated person for their hair you would understand the frustration in coming into your hair appointment just to find that out. Anyways, next time it would be nice if I was informed ahead of time that my hairdresser no longer worked at the Salon instead of finding out once I came in for my appointment.

Katherine Franco at the brow bar was the rudest woman I ever met in my life. I would never trust her to touch my eyebrows. So rude!

Going by what my wife says and what i saw, it is a very nice store with a lot of brands, if you need a brush you will have a great choice here, and the same goes for every thing else, they also do in house beauty and hair, but im told its dear.

Ever since I moved to Florida from PR I never went to anyone to get my hair done. I was just nervous to trust anyone with my hair!!! Super picky!! Haha! When I was a teenager I went through a horrific experience that causes me to go bald. Ever since then, I will color my hair or have a family member do it for me. I wanted to go blonde, but I was so scared to go to a hair salon. I started searching and found Kimberly at Ulta. One thing about Kimberly is that she is very honest. And her opinion does matter to me. She suggested what we can do to my hair so that we can start the process. On November 13, I spend the day with Kimberly. And we color, highlighted, cut, and did a deep treatment for my hair. I was so scared but when I saw my hair I was in love. My hair looks healthy and working towards my blonde goal. The good thing was that I was able to have my curl backs. I havent seen my curls since 2006. Kimberly us very attentive, knowledgeable and sweet. She doesnt rush the process! She did an amazing job with my hair. I am happy that I found a stylist that I can trust!

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Marcia at the Ulta Salon! We were there for about 6 hours getting my NATURAL BLACK hair to a BEAUTIFUL silvery-rose color with dark purple tips. If you want BEAUTIFUL fantasy colors, ASK FOR MARCIA! She is kind, friendly, communicative, funny, and just adorable! If you’re going to put your money somewhere, she is worth EVERY CENT AND MORE! Her styling, coloring and customer service skills are amazing, and she will give you something better than you could’ve hoped for! And even better, you’ll enjoy all the time you spend with her, cuz we all know hair takes a long time, but she makes the experience fun & has great conversations and stories! She even recommends affordable products to help maintain the hair color! I can’t be happier with my hair!

I got my eyebrows done with Kathy this week, and I found my go to lady. She is a true professional my eyebrows have never looked better after a brow appointment!

One of the WORST experiences I have ever had with a salon. I was told I couldnt use the restroom (even though everyone else did, and I was there for 5 hrs). My stylist forgot about me under the dryer for over an hour. I was water-boarded at the washing station. Didnt get what I asked for, started my service 20 min late. TERRIBLE. Couldnt help but feeling discriminated against as I was the only white girl in the salon-worker or customer. Oh well!

Claudia was great- i loved the scalp treatment and massage. She also helped by explaining my hair and what I should do to keep it healthy, which I really appreciated!

Dear Aaron....I am someone who does not choose to go to Ulta, but Sephora instead, and today showed me why I should keep doing that. I entered Ulta, and no one greeted me or asked me if I needed help looking for something. I was with my mom, and we just came back after having a nice lunch to leave Ulta feeling embarrassed and belittled. Our cashier Aaron was very rude and seemed to be in a rush. He dropped our products onto the counter and seemed very dismissive, passive-aggressive, and annoyed from our presence. My mom and I have never experienced customer service like this, and we felt very flustered and confused by the whole encounter. As someone who works in customer service, I know when I could be having a bad day, but making someone you dont know feel belittled and embarrassed is not okay. Please do better!

If you go here for a haircut, absolutely ask for Claudia. Every time shes done with me I smell and feel like a cupcake. She always cuts my hair perfectly, and knows what looks best with my face shape. I cant wait to go back and see her soon!

I purchased a mens cologne a week ago not a lot of help... I was the only one on the line waited for a few min while the cashiers were talking to each other. The cashier was not friendly at all I asked if I can use a coupon she responded with an attitude NO she said I cant scan it. Will not go back to this location. Very poor service will not recommend it.

Do not do curbside if you want to get your order with ease. Why offer a service if you are going to act inconvenienced and take 30 minutes to take the order out.

My thing is, if I pay the extra money for a master stylist to dye my hair. Im expecting my hair to come out at least SOMEWHAT like the picture I show her. I sat in that salon for 3+ hours and got not only the completely wrong blonde in my hair, but not even the same style as the picture I showed. This stylist literally said she could do the picture I showed- then proceeded to do whatever she wanted. I knew I shouldve went to Stella Luca Salon but I couldnt get an appointment in time so I came here, very bad decision. I literally look horrible right now Im about to just throw on a wig until I can get this fixed.

I bought a bottle of coco chanel from here and it ended up being a fake. The smell does not last and does stand out at all ! I know this because this was my second bottle and it was not the same at all as the first one. I also bought a Carolina Herrera perfume and its still sitting in my closet inside the box. You spray it on and the scent only lasts for about 5 minutes thats all.

Ok so I’ve been to about 5+ different stylist trying to find someone who knew how to get me from nearly black hair to platinum blonde without damaging my hair, taking a million sessions, or just doing a bad job. I finally finally finally found that stylist in Claudia. She is AMAZING. My hair grows really fast so I see her about once a month for touch ups. She’s friendly, professional, and phenomenal at her job. Once she’s done you’d swear the blonde came out of my head naturally. I get compliments on it all the time. I can not recommend her enough. A lot of the other stylist here are friendly and good at their job as well. But if you can get an appointment with Claudia you won’t regret it. 💖💖💖

I went to the hair salon in Ulta last week and had my hair straightened by the manager, Cristina, and she did an amazing job !! I usually don’t blow dry my hair because I have natural curls and stylist tend to pull and tug and burn my scalp but she took her time with the process and I had no regrets. My hair came out amazing and I would highly recommend her. Can’t wait to go back😌.

It had been a while since Id been in Ulta Loop. Last time I was in the employees were always very helpful re: the coupons. They had them behind the counter if you forgot them. I had a 20 % off & drove down to use that on an expensive item. I could of gotten it on line at Amazon for the same price. I couldnt find the coupon on my phone & asked if I needed to? The employee said YES. I finally found it & then she said it didnt pertain to the item I was buying! I read the fine print & its very vague. I then asked what about the $3.50 off $10.00??? She said Id have to locate that coupon also! I spent way too much time trying to find coupons on my phone & just paid full price. Never again will I drive to Ulta when I can buy it on line at Amazon. Bad customer service & bad attitude with the employee that was NOT HELPING ME.

It has been many years since Ive had a completely satisfying and wonderful experience in a salon, with the style, color and cut. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the stylist Kanar. I think like most people, we know what we want in our heads but have no idea of how to explain it lol. With the little bit of info I gave her, she truly listened and went above and beyond. She took such care in every process and communicated so well. I love my hair and it looks great even the day after. I have very temperamental hair haha. As long as I live here I will always come back to Kanar. She is the best and beautiful inside and out. Grateful Ulta has these services, kind of the last place I thought Id ever try but I am completely satisfied... having to wear a mask and all.

I moved to the Orlando area almost 3 years ago. I booked an appointment online and was nervous because my mother is a hairdresser and I am afraid to let people touch my hair. Kanar put me right at ease. She always listens to what I want/need and offers suggestions too. She is an awesome stylist and the sweetest person ever. I have since moved to the Windermere area and I drive all the way back to Kissimmee just to go to Kanar. So professional and great customer service.

I went here on vacation and was very pleased. The service was great. Two ladies had helped me out.. I never got the name of the first woman, but I know Jasmine is one of their names. Jasmine was more than helpful to me even though she was very busy dealing with other customers. And made sure I was accompanied. She helped me pick out a foundation in my price range, which is always good. She also was very helpful to customers who spoke Spanish and needed help looking for products. She went back and forth from English to Spanish.. She was just overall amazing and had a positive attitude the whole time.. Promote her!!!

Until today Ulta was my favorite store for cosmetics, hair products, make-up, I really was a fan girl. But today I spend the whole day trying to purchase on Cyber Monday and make a good deal, but for my surprise they wasnt able to do this on the website. I went to the store and there they arent selling for the same price the Cyber Monday. I talked on chat and they told me: we have a error in our website and we cant receive your purchase and try again in 5 to 7 days. This is unbelievable. Im very disappointed.

My friend and I came here and got a spur of the moment minute haircut/style! Waynie and Marcia did an INCREDIBLE job! Best haircut i have ever received hands down. Waynie was so attentive and knew exactly what I wanted as i described it. I got a short cut and she did an amazing job! My friend got a hair gloss treatment and her color turned out amazing as well. Came in during holiday craze shopping. Looking around Chris from Nars was so helpful. He helped find my perfect match for foundation. He was funny, and k ind and very helpful. Loved my experience here.

Super convenient location! Lots of products and but not as much staff to help around on the floor. Come prepared with coupons that are easily available online. (Signal tends to go down in store). There’s a nice salon. Stylist did a great job on my hair . Prices range based on experiences that ea stylist has and based on hair length. (At least that’s what they told me over phone and also as I was in the appt.

I met hairstylest Claudia over a year ago. I came with pretty damaged hair due to inept hairstylists that promise one thing and have no skills in executing what they claim they can achieve for the client. Claudia, is not only truthful and realistic, she goes above and beyond to make her clients happy. Her personality makes you feel as though youve known her all your life. Now, my hair is thick and wavy. Claudia can blow dry my hair in a way I never can. I am able to keep my hair looking exactly the same for a week!! I have had my hair blow dried by more experienced stylist and I come out with hair that makes me look like a troll! ANYONE looking for a true professional that is awesome to handle your hair and treat you like an old friend needs to ask for Claudia at Ulta in Kissimmee!

Salon was awesome. I felt like it was sunny outside just from how bright it is in the store. Stephanie was awesome. And then I bought some of the ulta beauty products and they gave me a free make up gift bag loaded with stuff. That was an incentive. Will definitely be back 😀

I went to the Ulta hair salon for the first time. I was going for a big change that I didn’t trust to Great Clips 😆 I’m glad I went! I cut 14” off and got some super cute bangs. Sarah was great! She new just what I wanted and what is in style. Her and the other lady, that said she also works for Disney, we’re so easy to talk to. She even helped me record Sarah making the first big cut. I posted pictures on my social media and everyone loves the cut it’s SO CUTE!

Long line. One person at register. Phone ringing. No one answers. Shop amazon this is why! Have a return or I’d walk out. Never again.

Was in and out very quickly as I only went to get one product my daughter had forgotten as she was packing for her dance competition. Prices range from discount drug store brands for a few dollars to the high end brands that are an arm & a leg. I wasnt in the store long enough to truthfully remark on the customer service at this location

My hair stylist is the best of the best hands down!!!! I am very pleased with the service she provides me since the first time I walked in and made my first appointment I showed her pictures of the look I wanted and I was sooo happy with the results and final look, I get so many compliments on a daily basis her name is Anna call and make sure you make an appointment with her, you’ll thank me later ladies.

Very helpful staff. Had to run in last minute for some supplies for a fx project that week. The ladies helped me find alternatives and extra materials that saved my show. Fabulous.
