Simple offerings but good at what they do. Conveniently located in the Crossland shopping center, I got a good haircut, and I consistently get good haircuts from them. They don’t do color or dye unless I’m mistaken, but for a quick cut, they are the right price and have professional staff.

Walked right in. Theres always someone different there working. High turnover? Dont know. Almost like re-inventing the wheel each time. Lady very nice. Got a wash and cut. Wash not quite right. Cut seemed to be ok at beginning but as soon as other customers came in I felt a bit rushed and had to have lady do a little more trimming to get what I wanted the same style as before. I always keep a pic of the back of my hair. At the end I got what I wanted.

Super amazing, took care of both hair cuts asked lots of questions and had us double check along the way. Clean and friendly. Though I do have concerns that both were in open toed strappy sandals. One even had to fight with her shoes to get hair out of them

This place is a hit and miss; more of a miss than hit. A lot of turn over. You could get a good haircut at or bad depending on who cuts your hair. Last time I asked for a short cut on the sides and was told that they are not a barbershop. Nice reply to a guest request!

I had a very good experience in here. The gal that cut my hair was very professional in fact it was one of the best haircuts that Ive ever got. And it was reasonably priced. The store was clean they practiced all the covid-19 precautions. So whenever I come back to this area and I need a haircut I would go here first.

I have taken my son to this location for a haircut a few times and the staff has always been patient and extremely friendly with him. Mandy is awesome with him and that means alot to me. The ladies there are amazing. I definitely recommend this location.

It was great, they earned their name.I got compliments from 2 other customers waiting for their cut as I went from the station to the front after my haircut!!A friend of ours works there and the service was friendly and professional. Well be back again in a few weeks for another cut.Salon is clean and spacious, workers clean their station after every cut, not just sweeping up hair, but spraying the seat to contend the current virus situation facing customers these days. Everyone wore face masks too for the same reason.Good value for the money.

Received a great cut from a stylist who is no longer there and was concerned about going back and rolling the dice. Read all the reviews and Sophia came highly recommended. I made the 40 minute drive and Sophia was absolutely worth it. I need a good haircut for work and the length and blend are perfect. She was able to give me exactly what I asked for and make it look great. Definitely going back, Sophia is worth the drive.Side note - the two times Ive been there the wait was less than 10 minutes and the rest of the staff were all friendly and professional.

I really like going here to get my haircut with Sophia. She is GREAT! always get what I want done and i dont know how she always gets it done to perfection and quick! I dont know about the rest of the team that works there but if you get lucky and Sophia is there when you happen to go dont doubt it, she is the one!

Was a great cut. $14 but had a $5 off coupon.Lady who cut my hair was good and paid attention to detail. Was a bit rough with the clippers compared to my regular barber back home. But all in all great! I only had to wait for 1 minute :)

Never a bad experience

I came here for a haircut because I did not feel like driving 30 mins away to see my stylist, and my son got his haircut here once, and the stylist did a really great job. However, the stylist who did my hair seemed like she was in a bad mood. She did not talk to me, and was not friendly at all. She also did not listen to a thing I said I wanted to do to my hair. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted, and still ended up with something I did not want.

First time there, great experience. Its very close to home. Elba was great,, very well mannered and friendly. No wating and Elba did exactly what I asked her.. I will definitely go back...

The woman who cut my hair was pleasant enuf at first, but she seemed to be distracted or having a bad day, as she didnt seem interested in pleasantries, or thankful for a nearly 50% tip. She also failed to help brush away the copious amounts of tiny cut hairs all over my neck, ears and forhead.Good pricing tho.

Beyond a doubt - the worst haircut I have had in my life. The right side was longer than the left side, Jossy cut a part into the hair after being told not to, nothing was done as requested. I was given a receipt that says I get $4 off on my next visit and I did receive a card in the mail stating I could have another haircut for $7.99 -- I WOULD NOT GO BACK IF THEY PAID ME!!! The only good thing about this haircut is the fact that in time it will grow out and I can go to someone that knows how to cut hair.

The employees were nice, but unfortunately my haircut was not. I asked for long layers and ended up with three blunt, choppy rows. It wasnt until I returned home that I noticed how bad it really was. Not only was it choppy, but the rows were all terribly uneven. Ill need to have my hair corrected by another salon. Thats what I get for going somewhere cheap. Lesson learned.

If i could give a negative star, i would. I just left the Crosslands Great Clips in tears after the stylist completely destroyed my hair. I asked her to cut an inch off the bottom and trim my bangs to the bottom of my nose. She picked up a piece of my hair and showed me what an inch would look like and i agreed. She began cutting and ended up taking off about 2 1/2 inches. At this point im already upset but i need my bangs cut so she starts on that. She leaves them way longer than i asked for and told me when they dry, theyll shrivel up (her exact words). I know my hair, Ive had it my whole life. I know how much shorter my bangs get when they dry which is why i asked her to cut them to the length i did. When she was done, i paid and rushed out before i started crying. My hair grows extremely slow and Ive spent years trying to grow it out and this woman just chopped off more than twice the amount i asked her to cut. I get home and am hoping that once i blow dry it, it wont be so bad, but then i realize she cut my bangs way back so now i have these short pieces of hair where there should not be bangs. I know it sounds a little ridiculous to be this upset about hair that will grow back but Ive put so much time and effort into getting my hair to this length and to have someone just chop it all off is heartbreaking. I will NEVER be going back to this salon and will caution everyone i know against it. I didnt catch the stylists name but she was an African American with short blonde hair.

The place needs quality control. My Brother and I went for simple haircuts. I was very disappointed, he was LIVID. It must have been my barbers first day of cutting hair or something, it looked terrible. My brothers barber didnt listen and did something entirely different.
