This place is amazing!! I’ve have had my hair, mani/pedi, facials and it has all been superb. Not only is the service great they’re also super friendly and make you feel right at home.

I paid $154.00 dollar for hair color I do not like. Blonde Hair with Dark Root is what I wanted. Why is so hard for hairstyles here in Kissimmee to Understand that. Try to explain I did not like color before I got started. I feel like they really do not listen, hear what you saying, They just automatic assume what they think looks good will be ok.

Had been here once before with a Groupon. Left a message during operating hours on a Monday to get a Mani - Pedi before I left town on a trip. There was a recording to leave a message. By Friday no one ever called back. So I follow up 1 last time and Nairobi answers and without apologizing says they never check their messages or return calls. Like in a matter of fact tone like this was normal and not wrong. Then she says its something to do with phone company and cops a dismissive attitude. So rude and unprofessional...why bother to advertise if you dont care about customer service. Lost my business for good.

This was the 2nd time I went in for a cut and color, although the 1st time I just had a cut n blow dry. This time though, the stylist left the color around my scalp which ended up staining my skin after 40 min, she rubbed the skin so hard that it hurt. I specifically asked for a short bob and indicated a medium brown color. She dyed my hair way too dark, and left a bob below my shoulders. I was so upset, I will never go back. Franchescas attitude was that she just did not care about the quality of her work. I went home and re-washed my hair and tried to style it as best as possible. The color is still stained on my face after 3 days.

They are very professional and knowledgable. Very sweet and friendly. Customer Service oriented salon. My hair is always on point.
