I had my first appointment with Dr. Lee this week and had a great experience. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming (very easy to schedule), the office was nice and clean, and Dr. Lee was professional, quick and funny. They had a good variety of frames but I wanted to shop around before deciding. I’ll definitely keep coming!

Loved Dr Lee and Co. Had a minor issue with my glasses they fully rectified. Cannot recommend them enough.

Always helpful when I call in. Very accommodating schedules as well. Takes VSP insurance that I pay for through my work and now matches Costco pricing on my contacts.

Lot of (over)billing problems. e.g., they dont go with the VSP contracted rate even though they are a contracted VSP provider!

No real web presence.I called to get an eye exam for glasses but they would not schedule an exam that didnt include dilating my Iris for retinal problems. I will probably just go to safeway and find some reading glasses that work.
