Great doctor and very friendly staff. Good frames selections too.

Made appointment after looking at the great reviews — so glad we did. My husband and I had annual eye exams with Dr. Jue. I really appreciate his positive vibe and friendly conversation. He took the time to answer questions that we have regarding how a surgery could potentially affect the eyes. He also explained things in a very easy to understand manner. We’ll be back :)Also worth noting we visited during COVID. They limited the entry to appointment only. So during our visit we didn’t run into other customers. The doctor and assistants all wear masks. The store and equipments also look very clean.

Really appreciate Dr. Jue for taking the time to explain the exam along the way and for addressing all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. Had a wonderful experience and plan to return again!

Juanita Vision Clinic is terrific! The doctors and staff are professional but more so personable. I understand there might be cheaper $ places to go for eye care but its worth it to me to have them know my name and Im not just a number!

I had a wonderful experience at Juanita Eye Vision. Dr Jue was extremely personable and very easy to get along with. He made the experience fun and light hearted! The reception staff were also great and they guided me through the process of buying new eyewear. I’m excited to get my new glasses. I highly recommend the Juanita Vision Clinic.

The staff across the board are caring and knowledgeable. I have reached that age {65} where some change in eye conditions is expected. The examination was thorough. Procedures are well explained. Questions were welcome and answered to my understanding and satisfaction. Good job getting fitted for a new frame. A tad on the expensive side but worth it. No high pressure sales on the frames.

My appointment experience is very good, but I usually do not buy eyeglass frames at this office. The office is small, so their frame selection is as well. Also, the mens and womens frames are not separated, so trying to select something from their limited inventory becomes a chore. GREAT sunglasses though, love my Maui Jims!

Every touch point with this group was fantastic. From the first call to schedule, to the Covid plan they have into place, to the interaction with all the staff onsite, I can’t recommend them more!

Was concerned a few years back when my optometrist sold her practice. I had been seeing her for about 15 years and she was amazing. Doctor Jue and his staff showed me that they were the right people to take over. They are always helpful, caring and knowledgeable. Love coming here and you should join me!

The frame of my glass was twisted. I went to two stores and they both said they couldn’t fix it because it was too delicate. I went to Juanita vision and I actually didn’t have much expectation. But the nice lady helped me to fix it and it was free!! They were so nice and I would recommend this store to you!

I have been going here for years and what started out as a relationship of convenience since I lived near by, has changed to one of necessity since Dr. Ju and his team are so incredible- I still go even though I moved farther out. Professional, thorough, friendly. They use current technology and techniques. They have a great in house selection of contacts and glasses. You can tell that they have a passion for what they do and shows. All the staff from the front desk on are so helpful, professional and kind. Highly recommend!

Ive had two routine eye exams here, one with Dr. Crown and one with Dr. Jue. Had a great experience both times. Staff was very friendly. Both doctors were thorough and informative. They take good care of their patients!

He was very nice and fun to talk to, and very helpful with educating me on important eye health information. Ive been going here for years, and have always had a good experience.

I had a great visit at Juanita Vision Clinic. From the moment I entered their office to my checkout, I received outstanding professional care and customer service. Dr Jue was a wealth of information and took the time to explain how the signs of diabetes and high Cholesterol can manifest in the blood vessels of the eye. He reviewed my eye scan, which I highly recommend, and pointed out the areas of normality and concern. Thankfully everything checked out clear. It was good to get the scan so we could compare it with future pictures. I’m glad my wife referred me to Dr. Jue and his team. Wish I went in sooner.

My kids and I have been coming here for several years for vision care. We have always had good experiences but I was recently dumbstruck by the patience and support my daughter received when trying to learn how to put her contact lenses in. She was very squeamish about putting something in her eye but wanted contacts for her upcoming dance. I knew it was a bad idea but she really pressed so we tried to coach her for it. It was her last time to try before the dance; she was very stressed and the entire office team became involved in helping her to become successful. Dr. Lam and a technician were helping her learn the specifics, but the entire staff was cheering her on and telling her she could do it for an extended period of time. I had to leave because she was running out of time and I couldnt watch. They stuck with her and cheered her on and on until she succeeded. They even cheered her when she returned for her evaluation. This team is not just doing their jobs; they are changing lives.

The doctors and the staff are amazing. Two times now I have panicked about my eyes. Both times the receptionists have been super caring and found a way to fit me in. I have seen Dr. Jue and Dr. Crown. They are both very caring and very good at their job. Thank you!

Since being an adolescent, my eyes had changed a whole lot since I got them checked three years ago. Dr. Jue was very explanatory and showed my the current prescription I have and the new I one I will be getting soon. (Giant differences) He told me a lot about my eyes and I really appreciated that. Staff was also very friendly and helpful with frame choices. I ended up going with the vintage champagne pink crystal cat eye frames!

One of my eyes was hurting and the staff got me in to see Dr Jue right away. He was very thorough in his exam and explanation of the issue. Given how late in the day it was he even provided his cell phone number in case the Pharmacy needed to reach him that night to fill my prescription. Great care & customer service!!

First visit to this shop to get eyes checked and update my eye glasses (thank you 40s!). Staff is very friendly and helpful with the frame choices. Only issue was the excess cost of additional optical test.

Dr. Jue and the Juanita Vision Clinic are amazing. Dr. Jue is friendly, caring and, unlike other eye doctors Ive seen, treats me much like a primary care doctor would (followup from past visit, etc). The office staff are friendly and helpful. Their in-store frame selection isnt an extensive as some other shops, but their service is far superior, and they can often order any frame you want (it might just take a little longer).

Fantastic clinic, my husband and I both go there and see Dr. Lam and Dr. Jue. They both do a great job of taking time to explain the purpose for each test, what the procedure will be like, and what the results mean. A+ for bedside manner!
