Terrible office manager. Careful of your bill. They will code to maximize their payments and they have the nerve to tell you how long there were on the phone with you when you ask a question.

I have been with Dr Sharma since 2011. I have always been treated with respect by the staff. I only had to wait about 30 Minutes past my appointment time once due to an appointment ahead of me that ran over. They were very apologetic. Dr Sharma is very thorough. She explains everything to me in easy to understand terms. She gives me written instructions before I leave. This was one of the doctors recommended to me when my doctor retired. I have been very happy with the care I receive.

Their phone goes to voice mail saying that they are closed frequently and yes I listened to their hours several times and they are closed when they should be open. They are closed right now at 2:00 pm on Tuesday. Theyre fine when open just disorganized and I have to call 8-12 times every time I try to make an appt. I am a current patient and have been for some time. Maybe not much longer. I dont like to think of my health care provider as this disorganized, got to wonder what else is mismanaged.

My experience with two of the doctors in this office has been excellent.
