After reading other reviews on here I feel I must comment. Dr. Huddy and her team saved my life. I couldnt think more highly of these people, the entire crew. They are always very pleasant, professional and prompt. I feel I am in excellent hand with Dr. Huddy and her entire team, including the cardiac rehab team.

Ive been going to this clinic for over 5 years and have seen several doctors, but most of time I see my usual doctor. All have been excellent. Have never had an issues with appointments or scheduling. Had an issue with a new medication which they diagnosed quickly.I drive 3 hours one way to this group, thats how good they are.

Front desk staff did a really great job from my experience, Ramonia helped me back and forth with paperwork even though we were a lil bit late for my grandpa appointment time. I had a rough day that day, Ramonia somehow made him smile, she’s funny and kind, even though we wear mask my grandfather can’t stop talking about how sweet she was.From the front office to back office, you guys did a really outstanding job to take care of my grandpa. We will drive miles just to see Dr. Sharifian and the team. Thank you for all the hard work 😊

Do not even bother scheduling an appointment here. They are unprofessional and lack respect for their patients. I got a call this morning 10 minutes before my check in time (of course I was already in the parking lot since Im sure if I was late and inconvenienced them, theyd reschedule me.) letting me know the doctor had to step out and I should reschedule. To say Im LIVID is an understatement!!!I understand emergencies happen, I work in healthcare as well but the lack of care for their patients is absurd. I wouldnt have even been mad if id been given an hours notice, but 10 freakin minutes?!?!? And they didnt even give me the option to see a different dr. I drove 30 minutes to get there. They should be apologizing profusely and paying for my gas as well. Front desk was not very apologetic she just kept asking me if I wanted to reschedule. Um NO! I will NOT reschedule.

I saw Dr Oscar Gonzalez yesterday, he is a really nice Doc. He answered all my questions, which helped calm me down. He asked me lots of questions and explained everything to me and my husband. We went over options and the doctors willingness to listen and explain everything really helped put our minds at ease. Now we have a game plan and my next set of test start next week. Let me tell you, this is nerve racking when youre having issues and you have to see a heart doctor. I dont wish this feeling on anybody. That being said, if youre going through something like this, I highly recommend you see Dr Gonzalez.

Terrible Scheduling and Customer Service in Cardiology! The focus here is not on the patient. On two different occasions I waited 45 minutes to an hour past my scheduled appointment time, having arrived 15 minutes early to do their paperwork. When I realized I was going to be 25 minutes late to my post surgery appointment, due to traffic, I called ahead and was told to come to the front desk. Upon my arrival to the front desk, I was asked to reschedule to a later date. Seattle has some of the worse traffic in the nation and this place has some of the worse scheduling and customer service in the world!

Was rescheduled on Monday due to a power outage and then Friday I was actually in the office and had my BP taken and oh sorry the doc has an emergency please leave. 6 weeks later have calmed down enough to try again...tomorrow. Well see.[EDIT] Had my latest apt scheduled for 8:45AM on 9/19/17. Showed up at 8:50AM, five minutes late. Was turned away and told to reschedule.

Prescription refill process is slow and unpredictable in the cardiology department. My pharmacy requested a refill of my statin medication in mid-April 2019 and the refill order still has not been sent from the cardiologist to the pharmacy as of 5/2/19. This is the third time I have had this problem with this process.

My dad, 90, is seen by Dr Warner. She goes above and beyond in his heart care. She is an amazing doctor!!!
