I would not hesitate coming here.I had to have an ultrasound and CT done.They have an online portal for those who come in on a semi-regular basis. Makes doing paperwork very easy.Technicians, kind and accommodating. I am not a fan of IVs and made it easier and let me know what I would feel when having contrast injected so it was not all too bad.

Anna was super kind and friendly and worked fast while having amazing dr patient etiquette. Thank you for the great experience.

It was my second time at this facility, place was clean and well maintained and organized, great customer service since beginning up to the end. I am claustrophobic and its really hard for me to get MRI done, but technician was so patient, caring, and that helped me to get through scanning, I highly recommend this office to everyone.

I was impressed with the X-RAY tech, she had a kind and bubbly personality and made me feel right at ease. I didnt give 5-stars because the appt. I scheduled last week was missing from their computer when I showed up for my scans. HOWEVER, they still somehow fit me in for my X-RAY with a short 15-min wait and rescheduled my MRI for the next day (but offered to get me in same-day that evening). Overall- a good experience.

The other users review is way off base. The doctor that sent the request to CDI is in charge of figuring out of the facility can even do it.Here is a review from someone who actually DID A TEST THERE:I just had an MRI with Contrast done, recommended by a neurologist at Swedish. I requested an open MRI, so they sent me to CDI.I was INCREDIBLY nervous as I have panic attacks and GAD. The front desk workers were always incredibly kind and fielded all my questions. I arrived early and they were actually able to see me early! My MRI tech was a very mild mannered man who told me hed been doing this for over 15 years. He went over everything that we would be doing and even let me go into the machine before doing anything, so I could get a sense of how open it was. I was given ear plugs, ear muffs, and a blindfold. I was very comfortable! The MRI machine is SUPER loud, but its kind of rhythmic and neat in a way?I was scared of getting the contrast (worried I would have a reaction) and he held my hand after he injected and made sure I felt OK before continuing. He always checked if I was ok after each scan and was just so kind.MRIs are not fun, especially if you are a claustrophobic panic attack type of person. That being said, my experience at CDI was really pleasant and if I ever need an MRI again, I would ask to be sent here! =)

Cdi did a great job getting me an appointment quickly. I called numerous times and they were always supportive and helpful. Cdi has great availability of appointment times as well. My procedure was done quickly. The technician was professional and kind. I had a great experience at cdi.

Ive visited CDI twice for MRIs and twice for X-rays. Both the staff and the technicians were efficient, respectful, accommodating and detail-oriented plus I received the radiology report withing 24 hours. I am a natural health person and ordinarily a medical procedure coward so I avoid doctors, hospitals and anything associated with them but this time there was no avoiding allowed as I was mowed down while crossing the street in a crosswalk and consequently needed diagnoses and treatment. I was terrified to have the MRIs and terrified at the possible findings. The professional yes affable staff made it all bearable. I recommend CDI in Kirkland and would go there again!

The service and care was professional and efficient. I have no issues with CDI service.
