THE most stressful experience with a medical facility EVER... and it is still going on several months later for a nightmare issue that just cant seem to get resolved. Everything from scheduling, to communication, to incorrect billing from the doctors office which has resulted to a bill that is normally $30 to over $200 (they charged a routine office A1c as a full on lab chemistry visit instead of Point of Care). If you have diabetes, you will NOT be able to afford to go here due to their shady billing practices. Our son has to go to an endocrinologist every 3 months, and has done so routinely for 9 years now. NEVER has our bill been SO messed up as it is from Evergreen! TWO people in their own billing department noticed the mistake and escalated the issue to the doctors office who was responsible for the coding... and they refuse to change it to the accurate service (because they are shockingly unfamiliar with what Point of Care means). So, we keep getting this atrocious bill for a routine visit with the obvious mistake on it and a charge that does NOT belong. The provider had new staff in the office who have no idea how to bill accurately... and now we have to pay the price! So frustrating, because the actual provider was great. We just cant afford to pay the price for their billing mistakes and lack of communication at this rate, so we will steer clear of Evergreen completely. To all of those who are calling and dont get a call back, consider it a blessing in disguise. Do not get tangled up with this place.

Review is in regard to front desk/scheduling- Don’t waste your time trying to get an appointment here. Take control of your health and go to another clinic/doctor.My doctor sent my referral on 8/4. I called the following week and they told me someone from their office had to reach out to me to schedule. I waited another week, called today and the woman on the phone told me they aren’t taking new patients. This clinic most likely had no plans on ever calling me to tell me this since the front desk is extremely difficult to get a hold of.Ok fine, you aren’t taking new patients, can they refer me to another clinic or doctor? She tells me yes but she’s the only person working and she needs to check patients in. You have one person working the phones and patient check in at a busy clinic that isn’t accepting new patients?Additionally when I was explaining to the woman on the phone my OB referred me after having a baby, she rudely interrupted and told me they aren’t a nutritionist. Nutritionist? Im not looking for a nutritionist I’m looking for a medical doctor for my thyroid disease.Do yourself a favor, take control of your health and go somewhere else. You probably won’t get an appointment or be seen by any doctors at this clinic.

I was here to read the butterfly 🦋 report with Dr. Kim in suite 400 on the 4th floor.+: The front desk lady was productive.+: Dr. Kim, she is pregnant 🤰 with a baby boy. She was right on the point. I like how she communicate.-: Dr. Kim was late for her appointment.-: The nurse Nancy was a little chilly, not like the one I have with my primary care doctor who makes me feel more comfortable.

I have an appointment scheduled for this upcoming Monday. I tried calling 4 times (and left voicemails every time) to cancel this appointment over 2 weeks. My appointment hasn’t been cancelled yet and I even got the appointment reminder robocall. If this is how people are running the office for new patients, I can’t imagine how bad they are with reoccurring clients as well since no one bothers to answer phones, returns messages, etc.

I finally thought to look at their reviews after calling probably 8 times with no answer, leaving messages, no return calls and wow - guess they do this to everyone! Dont even bother - diabetes is hard enough without trying to beg a provider to take you on. I left detailed messages begging for a return call as they never answer, never respond to voicemails. Nothing.

I’ve called and left messages several times but nobody returns my calls. My doctor faxed the required info to be eligible for an appointment, but they won’t bother calling me to schedule one. The gatekeeping is ridiculous - they won’t take any patients without receiving lab results and doctor notes first. Well, supposedly, because even when you do what they ask they still won’t bother to call you to make an appointment.

All the other reviewers are right. No one answers the phone. No one responds to voicemails. I tried calling multiple times every day for a week and left atleast 3 voicemails every day. They dont bother to return your call and there is no other way of getting in touch with them. Very unprofessional and stressful. You visit a doctor to become healthy and not to cause more stress in our lives.

Ive been calling their office daily at all hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm, left many messages, and never received a single call back or had someone pick up the phone.UPDATE AS OF 6/16/21: I got through to their office finally last Thursday after trying since April, and spoke with the receptionist. She said that the doctors/team dont even look at referrals or reports unless someone calls in to try and schedule something. She found my referral and put it in a doctors box and told me that they would call me to schedule something once theyd reviewed my results, and to call back if I didnt hear anything from them by EOD 6/14/21. As of today, I still have not heard anything from their team and I have tried calling their office and leaving more messages.THEIR VOICEMAIL TELLS YOU THAT THEY WILL CALL YOU WHEN THEY REVIEW YOUR RESULTS TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY WILL NOT DO THIS. YOU MUST CALL AND SPEAK TO SOMEONE TO HAVE ANYONE LOOK AT YOUR RESULTS. Dont leave a message and hope for the best. Ive asked my doctor for a referral to a different office (Overlake) and their scheduling desk answered on the first ring and I have an appointment made after trying for months with this office. Please take control of your health by looking elsewhere like I wish I would have months prior - dont waste your time by waiting for them.

Ive called several times with no answer and left several messages after being referred by the ER due to a adrenal nodule. Looking at all of these reviews, Im probably never going to be seen. Hopefully its not cancer and this office didnt waste my time by not returning calls.

Love this office. The new team of Doctors is outstanding! My doctor took great time to sit with me and really understand my condition and helped me understand it better. Don’t listen to the other ‘bad’ reviews too generic. This office is clean and well maintained. I can understand why there is a bit of a wait list but TRUST ME THEY ARE WORTH THE WAIT!!!

VERY VERY POOR medical service. I was 13 minutes late and they just canceled my appointment because I was 3 minutes over their policy. Apparently Dr.Kim was the one who decided on the cancelation. I even called them while I was driving telling them I missed an exit and I will be 10-15 minutes late!

This office is so disorganized and dishonest that I waited 8 weeks for my first appointment only to be told they havent read my chart yet. When I found a new highly reputable specialist, they never did send any information to them. They said thats commonplace for this office. The good news is that there are better places out there than this absolute dump!

My appointment was cancelled without notifying me about it. When I learned about it and tried to reschedule, they offered me to schedule for more than a month in advance as earliest time available.

I was referred to this practice following a diagnosis of papillary thyroid cancer in April. I underwent a total thyroidectomy and lymph node removal in late June. Dr. Kim began overseeing my care in July. Now that I no longer have a thyroid, monitoring my labs, especially those related to my synthetic thyroid medication, is important. Dr. Kim has been very prompt e-mailing me my lab results, as well as my imagining study results. I had to undergo radioactive iodine treatment at the beginning of August and I was in isolation for 8 days. The radiology/nuclear medicine team at Evergreen was very good! Thank you!

Extremely unprofessional, very poorly managed. This is by leaps and bounds the worst medical office ive had the unfortunate displeasure of being malpracticed on at. If you dont mind your own attempted negligent homicide, by all means, keep your long awaited appointment with these crooks instead of simply going anywhere else. Dont trust them!

Made an appointment with Dr Wei Hao to have him sign a simple form to send to Medtronic so that I could upgrade to Medtronics new insulin pump.I explained that Medtronic had a deadline and that it was extremely important to me not to be late so that I wouldnt be bumped from the list.He said no problem, but you first need to make an appointment upstairs with the education department and they will sign the form and send it to Medtronic. So I called the education department and they sounded frustrated that Dr. Hao would say that because it was his job to sign the form, so they transferred me back to the Dr office where I left a DETAILED EXPLANATION of what I needed and again explained the timeline and that I would really appreciate it if someone could help me and sign the form. I asked if it was going to be a problem to please call me back. I waited a couple of weeks to hear from them and decided to call Evergreen again.I had to leave ANOTHER message explaining the situation and to PLEASE call me back because the deadline was getting closer. They never called me or Medtronic back.A few weeks later I received an automated call regarding a follow-up appointment with Dr Hao.I called back and AGAIN had to leave ANOTHER message, this time I said that I was really disappointed for the lack of concern and professionalism not to even try to help me with a simple form and said I was cancelling my appointment and would be seeking another Endocrinology group. They didnt return that call either?Extremely disappointed!!
