I saw Dr. Dawson for chronic sinusitis for two appointments. He was unable to provide a solution. Using colloidal silver 20ppm and xylitol with my nostrils facing up for 5 minutes fixed the issue after a week.

Dr. Steven M. Dawson is the best!!! For four years I walked around feeling dizziness, headaches. I went to 3 other doctors and they always prescribed me nasal sprays. Dr. Steven gave me options, we tried them and were convince surgery was the best option. Turns out I had a deviated septum along with swollen nasal passages. He resolved sinus issues that had lingered for decades - and correctly fixed things previous ENTs had tried to fix but failed. Hes attentive. He listens. Hes skilled. And he really knows his stuff. That also means hes got a long waiting list. But for the expertise and skill, its worth the wait to schedule out as far as needed to get the best care from the absolute best ENT Ive found - ever.
