Professional, very communicative about every detail... overall I felt very satisfied and well care for.

Two Dr.s (Stone & Stickney) both awesome, both are detailed and professional. Surgeries cost less and you get top shelf Docs. Highly recommend this place. Youll thank me.

I cant say enough good about Dr. Koo and his PA, Claudia Kalotay--theyre both amazing, compassionate, talented providers. But the surgical center? First, they called me twice to reset my surgery to an earlier time, only to keep me waiting, prepped for surgery, for fully 3 hours while other patients came and went, and no one ever explained the delay or even checked on me. Second, there was no awareness of privacy laws. I could see and hear everything that went on with all the other patients around me--names, ages, problems--all of it. HIPPA, people--this isnt rocket science, and you have no excuse for not knowing it. Third, the nurses seemed to have no idea what was going on. Two of them tried to convince me that I needed an expensive sling, even though I told them both that Dr. Koo had told me I shouldnt use one. Then they sent a sling salesman in to see me and I had to tell HIM that I didnt need one (ironically, he was the only one who went to the trouble to check and found out that I was right). Worst, though, was that the surgical center insisted on pre-collecting my deductible because not everyone pays on time. Because it didnt process immediately, I was left paying for anesthesia, physical therapy,and various expenses related to office visits, all out of pocket. Now that everything has processed, Evergreen Proliance Surgical Center has been double paid--once by me and once by my insurance company--resulting in them owing me just over $600. Three months after surgery, Im still waiting for it. Ive called twice--still waiting. For reasons they cant explain, they transferred some of that credit to Dr. Koos office...which would have been great, but I had already paid them in full. Now both places owe me money and both assured me that it takes up to six weeks to go through the corporate office and get payment to me. How does this make any sense at all?? I rather suspect that they would not have allowed me the luxury of taking that long to pay my bill to them. I love Dr. Koo...but I wont be going back. I cannot, regrettably, recommend them to anyone else, either.

I had a bad experience with Dr. Wen. Office never responded to me or called me back when they said they would. In fact I still havent heard back from them 3 weeks after they said they would get back to me.I have used them before for a knee sugery with Dr. Fuchs and had good service. I would not recommend them based on the service I recently received.

Doctor was great. Proliance was very unclear on costs; they had me pay in full prior to surgery. Then, a month later, the bills started flowing in. Some were questionable, and one was outright Medicaid fraud. I would not recommend them.

Finally a doctor who would actually help and listen to me! Dr. Kahn was amazing :) staff was incredibly nice and informative

I will NEVER go back to Proalliance Surgeons, EVER! The RUDEST staff, the Doctors approach each patient with a cookie cutter approach, they are unwilling to go out of their way for patients, trying to get files or anything out of them is like trying to pull teeth, They are only about getting you in for surgery and with my workmans comp claim they were uncaring and gave up on me leaving me hanging and closing my claim without my knowledge leaving me hanging with my employer and my future. Their disregard to my situation has cost me thousands of dollars.I Will NOT recommend nor will I ever go back to Proalliance Surgeons.
