After 6 visits over 2 months, I had no real pain in my back, neck, or shoulders and I noticed my knees and elbows feeling better. After 3 more visits, my body is pain free. How a chiropractor can fix knees and elbows is beyond me, but Im making sure to follow here instructions which is easy when youre pain free. She has educated me about how to take care of my body. She is truly a great doctor.

Dr. Paula has help get my life back. I was considering surgery on my knees and now the feel so much better. She started stretching me head to toe for several months. Hard to describe. Ive been through physical therapy and massage therapy and this is my first chiropractic therapy. Its not enough to say shes a chiropractor. Paula combines her full background of experience, including her ability to be so observant and aware and holistic in her approach. And I had no idea a chiropractic adjustment could make me breathe so much better! Highly recommend.
