Susan is indeed a blessing! I, too, have moved over an hour away and am returning to see her in Kirkland. No one is more knowledgeable about Bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. She is gracious, causes you to feel heard and respected. Passionate about empowering women to live strong and vibrantly healthy lives, Susan is someone I hope will never retire! If she does, well, hopefully she is training up someone to replace herself!

Easy set up of appointments, how ever acutally getting on the phone with some one is a pain the the ass. Or if you call and leave a messge and ask them to call when you get off work at 3 they call at one then you call back at 3 and no one answers is goes straight to voicemail. Or when they put you on hold you het discomnected. And thats the only way to contact them. No email no fax no nothing. Also they only make appointments mondy through thurs from 7 am till 2 pm, so if you work you have to take a day off... Not super happy :/
