Doctor Zafarnia, has been my dentist for past 22 years. I have always been very comfortable and satisfied with his performance.He is a perfectionist with a great sense of humor.I highly recommend him.

The office staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were able to schedule me quickly when I explained my insurance was about to expire. The dentist Dr. Zafarnia was very pleasant and explained ways he could save my teeth which I’d thought needed extractions. I was rescheduled to have necessary work done within my limited time frame. Overall, a very pleasant experience and outcome. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a terrible experience here. The door was locked when I arrived so I had to wait outside. They showed up 20 minutes late with their lunch leftovers in tow. I was there for a root canal which I never received because I didnt have enough money. During my initial appointment I was given a quote of $101 being the patient portion owed and when I arrived for the procedure they wanted $860 something!!! Apparently I was given incorrect paperwork which nobody wanted to be accountable for. I was told by the dentist himself that its not his fault and to find a nether place to do the work I need. He was so rude and unprofessional that even if I did have the money I wouldnt have felt comfortable with him putting sharp tools in my mouth.

First time visiting. A little difficult to find, but my experience was great. Polite staff, friendly and empathic dentist (tough when he needed to be). I left feeling very good about my visit. Arrive 15m early for paperwork for sure, and avoid a 9am if its your first visit time.

Wonderful experience. Dr. Zafarnia was awesome with my 7 year old. She had to have a tooth pulled out and he made her feel so comfortable and confident in him so quickly that he had her in the room (without me)and tooth pulled out in about 10 minutes and I didn’t hear a peep out of her. Afterwards she talked about how easy and painless it was. I was very grateful.

Dr. Zafarnia listened to me and far exceeded my expectations. I had two root canals done, the work was exceptional, properly numbed and no problems since, it’s been over two years now.

I went in for appointment, I checked in and waited patiently. I was called, I followed lady to room and follow orders to begin exam and I thought to clean teeth. Since thats why I made the appointment, for teeth cleaning. T GG ey put a device wrapped in plastic with sharp corners in your mouth for x-rays. After about the 11 xray picture was taken along with a tender bottom left jaw I asked how many are you going to take? She got an attitude a b d walked out. The Doctor comes in ask how Im doing then explains the damage of the xray. As I proceed to leave, with the doctor a foot behind me, the female comes and tells me someone would email me my appointment. Which sounded suspect to me. The doctor agreed. So, here I am waiting from the 2nd till the 9th no response. I called then to make appointment and the young lady that answered looked at my paper work which I got any. She saw no follow up, so she put me on hold to speak with Dr. He gets on and denied the email conversation then told me to be nice. So therefore someone told him I was mean or disrespectful which is why I never got an appointment or paper work. This place is acting like they want a discrimination and defamation of character situation. And they had nerves to have a Holy Bible on their front table for others when they should teach their kids some respect and what mean is. If you claim me asking how many more pictures you have to take mean then I suggest not having kids run the front office or take x-rays. Im black they seem Indian so...Im going to leave this right here.

Dr. Zafarnia is the best dentist ever! He is so sweet, understanding and sensitive to what each of his patients needs are! I have bad vertigo and I can’t lay on my back or even put my head up, he never makes me feel bad about my limitations and always makes me feel secure and welcomed! I always feel like a burden to him because of everything I put him through because of my vertigo, but I have been going to him for over 6 years and not once has he made me feel bad about my vertigo! He always says it’s his pleasure to help me and if he can help every one of his patients, he’s very happy!! Long story short, he is the best dentist ever!

The service is excellent! I didn’t feel any discomfort until the work was completely done. Dr. Zafarnia was very gentle in giving the anesthesia and didn’t feel any pain at all during injection and during the procedure. The finished work is perfect! The staff is very polite and very accommodating.

I had a very bad experience in this clinic today. The Doctor itself told me he doesnt feel safe to work there, he was rude, and looked unstable.BE AWARE!Heres the whole story:The reception room is very small and has an air filter vent. The room was crowded and no place to sit, so I took my forms and went outside to fill them.As the room cleared up I stepped in to finish my forms and wait for the appointment. The doctor himself approached, he didnt say hello or introduced himself, first thing he asks me is if Im suffering from anxiety. I was surprised, and asked him why is he asking? He couldnt form a whole sentence, he said because I was waiting outside, and because I asked to open the door. He also said that the back room, where Ill get the teeth cleaning in, has no air filter vent, and that he can refer me to another clinic?!?I was surprised, I asked him why is he talking to me like this? and is he feeling safe working there? he said he doesnt. The Doctor doesnt feel safe working in his own clinic?!I took my forms and left, it felt unsafe and un professional. I waisted precious work tine for nothing.

Went in to see about getting a tooth pulled that has been bothering me for some time. Although the tooth will be pulled in a couple days, I went in now because of extreme pain. He said unfortunately he couldnt give me anything for pain, only antibiotics. It will be interesting to find out how much pain he will allow me to endure before hes not too scared with prescribing his medication to make me a little more comfortable. All that said, he did a thorough inspection of my teeth and gave me a no bs analysis of what condition my teeth are in and how they can be fixed. Ill know more after this tooth is liberated and we have further discussion of our future together.

Great atmosphere! I love going here because the Dr. Is awsome! He has fixed so many of my teeth and actually saved my smile. I am forever grateful. I reccomend this place highly! The assistants do a pretty great job at helping and making sure that you are doing well during your visit. There is plenty of parking. Make sure that you guys have your masks and stay safe. Trust the process. The Dr. Z Is one of the greatest dentists that Ive had since coming to the US in 1996 from a war in Bosnia. Great office with fair prices and easy to schedule appointments.

I scheduled and appointment with with clinic through a referral for a broken and painful tooth. They said they could see me today at 1 oclock. I called the dentist to ask some follow up questions about my braces I have on and he could not answer the simple question of whether my wires could be on without touching the tooth that would be pulled. He then told me im annoying. Well its pretty annoying driving from marysville where I live to Seattle where my ortho is to take my wires off to Kirkland where the tooth may or may not be pulled which I was totally fine with. I understand they need to see the tooth first. The dentist himself canceled me appointment and told me to shut up. Very disappointed considered I dont have insurance and I paid out of pocket and now I have to pay someone else to pull my tooth and wait. Dont go here.

Dr Zafarnia has been the best for me. I am 63 and on Medicare. He takes my insurance and always makes me feel important. I have crowns done by him that have been perfect for many years.A feel of a family business and very welcoming. Staff is very skilled and his team works well together.Go see him!

The staff here is professional, kind and patient. The dentist worked wonders fixing a filling my previous dentist did that ended up causing problems.By my second visit here I was completely comfortable with the dentist and the staff. During my cleaning they removed the stains on my teeth better than anyone that has tried before! My teeth look beautiful AND they wrote me out an easy to follow plan for what my mouth needs next. I will be getting the rest of my work done here and appreciate this office so much. Thank you!

Hands down the best dentist Ive ever had. He actually takes the time to sit down with you and explain every option you have without any pressure of any kind. Its so nice to finally find a dentist thats not after your wallet and treats you like a human being but thats been from my experience with other dentists. Also his staff are extremely welcoming and caring which helps put your nerves at rest. Which is why he is now our family dentist.

Office was nice, they have an awesome salt water fish tank with Nemo and Dory fish which is cool. They offered me tea and coffee which no other dentist Ive been to have offered. Dr. Z is very professional and seems like he genuinely cares for his patients though weve only met once. His assistant was also nice. They were very caring and professional and though I was in 9/10 pain I was also comfortable which makes up for a lot of it

It was my first time there and I was very anxious. Everyone was so nice it put me at ease. Im actually looking forward to going back for a cleaning. They put my fear of dentists to rest. Highly recommend them.

Best experience yet. I am a difficult patient. Lol. No really I guess I have extra roots. The Doctor had to work on me literally all day. Never made me feel bad. Kept it nice and numb. Very little pain. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Zafarnia and his dental assistant Tatiana are very patient. They work well as a team and are very efficient. He even remembers i speak a little of different languages. The office manager Laritsa was patient with my question and clearing up some questions i have had. Went in for cleaning and an exam and Dr Zafarnia has some of the best hands in the industry. Very difficult to get quality work this very high. Extremely technical and skilled hands from Dr. Zafarnia. I will be back for an appointment for fillings next week and can’t wait...Laritsa is also very quick to book appointments and skim through cancellations...never had this kind of good experience at the dentist beforeUpdate 1/18/20: Just finished the majority of my treatment plan today and i’m completely blown away by Dr Zafarnia’s skill and professionalism. Hands down, the best dental experience Ive ever had. My entire visit was a pleasure, from start to finish. With Covid-19 measures in place, I called ahead and was screened/had my temp taken on the bench out front before I was allowed in. They offered me a drink and we chatted like old friends. The doc is such a pro, he performed my root canal and fillings in what seemed like minutes. My gorgeous dental assistant kept me engaged and comfortable the whole time. They fixed my smile (better than its been in years) and relieved me of some horrible pain, saving my front tooth. I can never thank you guys enough - Ive found my forever dentist ❤

I needed an emergency appointment and I was calling everywhere that would accept my insurance referral and in emergency basis out of the over 40 places I called Laritsa @ Millenium Dental was just amazingly compassionate while being professionally helpful. She wizzes through cancellations and found me an appointment that was within 48 hours while every other place could not find an an appointment for at least 16 days. I got to my appointment a while meds and they made me comfortable, the Dr explained my options, answered all the questions I had then gave me a minute to make a choice and asked again how he could help? He was what you want your dentist to be, caring and an expert at what they do! I had a very difficult extraction and my dentist referred me out, and he took it on and it’s day two and I’m in no pain, my stitches are perfectly placed and I’m healing great! This is a great office with the entire staff being caring and good!

Even with quite a busy schedule, Dr. Zafarina fit me in for a wisdom tooth appointment. He and his assistant was quick to extract them and had me going on with my day. Top level skills and performance if I say so myself. Definitely planning to be a regular here.

Unprofessional dentist. There was NO patient-doctor relationship whatsoever. He gets irritated by questions about my teeth health. He wants to do a root canal procedure on me without answering my concerns. Its all for money obviously. Not to mention, he cancelled my appointment without notifying me and asked me to see someone else, when I just raised my teeth concerns again to him. Very unpleasant rough experience.

I came here because of a dental emergency, I needed a tooth pulled that had become abscessed. I honestly didnt feel a thing. Whenever I have had a tooth pulled in the past I needed to be put under but not here! Best place ever!

Was a referral from another agency. My dental did not cover root canal. Here I was given qualitt and gentle treatment and xrays. The Dr. Was very kind amd listened to my needs. Even expediting services. Will be returning in 2 weeks for root canal. For initial visit 5 stars hands down. Will review for my root canal in 2 weeks.

Real friendly good dentist

I loved coming here ! Not too many dentists in my area take Washington Medicaid and he does ! The dentist himself does the teeth cleaning so he can personally check out your teeth and determine what work needs to be done. I thought I had a cavity but in reality my teeth were just sore from pregnancy and he was very upfront and told me that work doesn’t need to be done. Which to me I appreciate because he could of found work that doesn’t really need to be done just to make an extra buck. But he didn’t. So thank you so much. I am sending my boyfriend here to get his routine dental work done as well. The office wasn’t packed with patients so I was able to take my time and talk to the dentist and his office staff. Overall it was a very pleasant visit. Definitely can’t wait to go back (and I never say that about the dentist office)

Dr. Zafarnia is the sweetest most genuine man. Out of my 23 years of living he’s been hands down the best dentist that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. You just can’t be great customer service nowadays and it’s hard to come by. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Dr. Zafarnia is wonderful. I had horrible wisdom tooth pain and due to COVID wasn’t able to find a dental office either open or with an oral surgeon available after having called literally 30 offices. I got on the phone with Dr. Zafarnia and ,after telling him the situation, he immediately told me he’d be able to get it out for me later that day. I went in and him and his assistant were extremely welcoming and kind- my tooth was out in less than half an hour and healed up with the least amount of pain I’ve ever had following an extraction. I love his clinic and recommend him to anyone looking for a truly kind and caring dental professional who does an incredible job without losing that personal welcoming connection with each and every patient.

I had a terrible toothache over the weekend that had turned into a terrible impacted infection in my face, I called Millennium Monday morning and they fit me in for a emergency redo root canal. The one I had back in 2004 wasnt done correctly and Dr. Cameron was able to fix it and even gave me a discount for paying out of pocket because my insurance wouldnt cover it. Ill definitely be switching to them as my dentist.

Most of us REALLY dont like going to the dentist, but I like this place! Dr. Zafarnia is fast and no anesthesia for some filling repairs. He diagnosed a few things I needed cosmetically which my previous dentist didnt catch. Im actually getting a root canal next week and not worried about it at all. No drugs necessary!Holly from the front desk was so helpful (I couldnt find it the first time and she came out and walked me in!) Elly, Dr. Zafarnias DA is so kind and made me feel very comfortable. Props to both of them! Give them a raise Doc!If you get him talking about scuba diving youll be there much longer but hes very funny and energetic and I believe he truly cares for his patients. I heard him talking to some of his other clients when I was there and I could tell he takes an active interest in their total health care. Not just dental.

Went for a wisdom tooth extraction - the Dr. and his assistant were very quick and friendly.

I am a chaplain who was witness to our common Creator in a very significant near death experience and came back clairvoyant and a with whole lotta other issues. I am the type of patient, doctors tell horror stories about. I have severe anxiety, spinal trauma, brain injury and some severe oral challenges. During the Covid lockdown, I needed to have an emergency root canal. To the point where the infection had gone to the bone. Along with all of these challenges, I also came back with the ability to read people. Who they are, who their spirit is. Dr. Zafarnia is an outstanding doctor and a perfect human being. His staff, his care and his treatment went well above and beyond the norm of a modern healthcare provider you normally find these days. Dr. Zafarnia is truly doing the work he does because he truly wants to help and benefit those in need. I consider myself extremely lucky to be able to of had my services done by Dr. Zafarnia and in the future I will request services to be done by him. I will also recommend Dr. Zafarnia to all of my friends and family.

I wasnt refused any medication, even antibiotics, for a tooth that was giving me issues and was told to come back in a week. So I went to an urgent care and they gave me the medication I needed. It would have been nice to have been treated like an actual patient instead of like cattle.

Friendly dentist. Pricing is great. Not many dentists in the area take WA Medicaid. Its nice of him to accept it. Much appreciated.

A million stars. Cant explain how impressed I was with Dr. Zafarnia and his staff at Millenium dental in Kirkland. A root canal was painless and over in 30 minutes. Fillings are done with all the newest dental technology. A really awesome experience, even for a dentist :) Accepts WA Apple Care insurance and has great cash prices for emergencies. In sum, the office and staff and doctor make you feel safe, warm, welcome, relaxed, and will blow your socks off with the service and experience. Thanks Dr. Z.

EXTREMELY UNSTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPREDICTABLE, HOSTILE, VINDICTIVE.BEWARE!!!There is one Doctor here, Dr. Zafarnia. He is completely unstable(mentally) and hostile. I showed up 20 minutes before my appointment, to make sure I had sufficient time to fill out new patient paperwork and because I needed to make sure I was prepared to start on time. I informed the receptionist, at time of scheduling, that I needed to be gone by a certain time. She assured me that I would. I showed up and filled out paperwork, with time to spare. My appointment was for 330. I was done with paperwork by 325. The Dentist came to the receptionist desk and inquired as to why I was early, to which I replied I wanted to fill out paperwork and be on time. After waiting until, 355, and watching several people who showed after me, be seen before me, I politely inquired as to when I would be seen. I also reminded the Asian woman at the front desk (would give her name, but she refused) that I had another appointment at 445pm. She checked with the Dentist and he came out several mins later to inform me that appointments sometimes go long by about 10 mins. He stated if I couldn’t stay long enough to get X-rays, etc, then I should see another dentist.I politely reminded him that I have been patient and empathetic, during my wait. I told him that they assured me I would be gone by a certain time, during scheduling, and now he was being very hostile to me., throwing his hands up, disrupting the waiting patients in the waiting room. I told him he was multiple booking. He snapped at me and told me that he didn’t. I told him there were 5 patients waiting while I was there, at one time; 2 of which went before me, even though they came after me. He stated that they didn’t count, because they were post op. He is the only dentist, yet he is booking several patients at a time. I agreed to go somewhere else, as he suggested. I stated that I was going to report him to the board. I asked the receptionist for my paperwork back, since I was not a patient, and I didn’t want them to have my info. She started to hand it to me, when Dr. Zafarnia and from ohh of nowhere, leaving a patient waiting in the op room(his words), and snatched the paperwork from his receptionists hands. He said he didn’t have to give it to me. He stated that I “threatened” him, and he was keeping my I formation. Seeing that Dr. Zafarnia was attempting to create a false narrative, to support his outlandish behavior, I asked for the board info to file a complaint. He also refused. I ended up leaving, because Dr. Zafarnias behavior became erratic, and his receptionist was also behaving in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. It was almost as if she was afraid to lose her job, so she was denying my request for everything I asked. I recorded the incident upon leaving, to document so that Dr. Zafarnia doesn’t attempt to file a claim for this non visit. I filed a complaint with the board. I definitely do not feel safe with this man having my address.No empathy for the fact that I came from Everett. Do not waste your time, patience, or safety.

Dr. Zafarnian is a very conscientious Dentist. I have been his patient for over 20 years. He always keeps up with the most modern best practices I guess you could call it. Talking about doing it right he is the Dentist you want. He is very in tune with his patients and everybody at his office is very accommodating. I dont want to seem soft however I know he puts his heart and soul into his dentistry. He sees you as a patient not a cash cow! I for one trust him completely. He was very rude that when i said i donot have enough fund he lifted the arm rest and ask me to come out. He opened the thing that they have in your chest. It was very rude and mean, no respect. He didnt even wanted to give me medication to help me to ease saying he dont like to give medications. He was nice and smiling until i said i donot have enough fund for today.If you have to go there and have no option, then have pain killer and wait until you find next option.

My family has been seeing Dr. Zafarnia since for close to 20 years, if not more. Im 20 and hes been my only dentist. Dr. Z is the most caring medical professional that Ive ever been a patient of, without a doubt.For example, when I was a little kid and had to get my first cavity filled, I was obviously nervous and scared. Ill always remember him asking what shape I wanted him to give me on my tooth before starting the procedure. Being 5 years old, I told him that I wanted Spongebob, duh. He went to his computer and looked up Spongebob so he could make it look perfect.Everytime I go in, he asks how Im doing in school, what Ive been up to, we talk about my hobby of cars, he asks how the family is doing, and makes great conversation. He and his staff have always proven to go the extra mile to make my visit as comfortable, pain-free, and pleasant as possible.Long story short, finding a dentist that will provide you the comfort and care that Dr. Zafarnia has given me would be nothing short of impossible.I will always recommend Dr. Zafarnia and his team to anybody who is looking for a new dentist.

The doc here has a great system for whitening. I’m in my forties and my 11 year-old daughter was saying my teeth look yellow. After a Zoom treatment from Dr Zafarnia, she’s now saying “daddy, your teeth are SOOO WHITE!”

Dr.Zafarnia and his staff did an excellent job providing me with the best care. I had done my implants in another country and came to Seattle, I found out my implant is wiggling and uncomfortable. Dr.Zafarnia first helped me with fixing it but it again was wiggling. Then Dr. Zafarnia redesigned another way of fixtures solution to fixing my implant which involved lab work but him and his team made sure I am receiving my implant as fast as I can and with a very minimum cost and excellent design, I am enjoying my implant for a year now! Its fixed it is comfortable and I am so pleased and thankful.

Camran Zafarnia is so rude, he was not welcome to me, gave me so much stress, he just thinking about his money my recommendation is don’t give over my teeth to Camran’s because my teeth are so valuable, he also has anger issues just hide his anger but actually I got them, he supposed to go to treat his anger or go to anger management classes then work on people theeth

Worst Dentist ever, he is so rude and mean to the other dental assistants, he talks trash to them and treats them like garbage. Stay Far Away...

Some of the kindest, gentlest, and most generous dentists I have ever been to. I cannot recomend them enough. The whole staff is fantastic.
