My first official Dr’s appointment since the pandemic began. The Dr. and his staff were very thoughtful, kind and safe this afternoon. I was impressed with the measure of safety and professionalism. Our family have been patients for 11 years.

OK, I know what you are thinking, how can you be that excited about Dentistry. Simple, when you find a dentist that continues to exceed your expectations and is truly painless you should tell others. Not to say that a little pressure or scrapping (during cleaning) is the most soothing feeling in the world, however, not painful at all. My wife and I have been visiting Dr. Cheungs office for more than a dozen years and would recommend the team to anyone who needs a new Dentist. Friendly and Caring are attributes found throughout his entire team.

Ive been going to Dr. Cheung for 27 years (as does my entire extended family). He and his wonderful staff make dental visits no big deal. In fact, I always feel so accomplished after going and the whole time I know I am in great hands. Everyone there is like family. My new husband has had some terrible experiences with dentists but came back from his visit very impressed with how gentle, helpful and easy the experience was.

I moved to the NW about 18 years ago and need to establish good contacts with my team to provide me the care I wanted. I had been going with someone just long enough to feel as if the hyginist was under the gun and asked me 4 time at one appointment if I wanted x-rays or to get my teeth whitened even though it says in my chart no whitening due to the nature of one of my teeth. I soon found Dr. Cheung and have been pleased with his work and the assistance from his staff for now 5 years. I have had some extensive work performed there and I feel good that nothing better is out there.Thank you Louis and the entire staff for supporting me on my path of wellness.

I have gone to Dr. Cheung for years and am very happy being a patient of his! I also bring my small children who love seeing Dr. Cheung and will ask when their next appointment is. The office staff is friendly and we always feel welcome. They are always on time with our appointments, which is appreciated when you wait with small children! A great experience all around!

Great team with friendly aides. Never had anything to complain about here and Dr. Cheung has been willing to fit in emergency work with very short notice. Well continue to visit this office!

I recently moved to Dr. Cheungs office from another local dentist on the recommendation of a friend, and I am VERY happy with my choice.Dr. Cheungs office is located in a convenient Kirkland location -- I can drive or even take the bus from my home.His staff is professional and friendly, and my teeth are healthy and looking great. I also like that their office uses the latest technology -- my wife needed a crown replaced and they were able to do it in one day -- amazing!

I dont love going to the dentist, but Dr. Cheung is great. Hes friendly and takes good care of my teeth. The dental hygienists and administrative staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Ive been going here for probably 25 years, and though Ive moved farther away, I still come back to Dr. Cheungs office to this day! Theyre very nice there, and though I put it off sometimes, when I finally do call to make an appointment, its always super easy.Talking with my friends about their dentists, Im always surprised that they dont really know much about him/her, and about the care they receive. My experience at this office is always positive, and I always leave with my questions answered.Each time I go, I look forward to the time I get to chat with the hygienist (usually Jill for me, whos the best!), as well as the time I can spend with the dentist to ask questions and see how Im doing. Hes honest and very knowledgeable, but takes the time to see my thoughts and understand of my teeth as well.I think the thing that keeps me going back is that Ive seen a few other dentists in emergencies, but its never been as positive nor as helpful. I work in healthcare, and being an informed patient about my behaviors and ways I can be healthier are very important to me. I get all these things from Dr. Cheung and his staff!!

I recommend Dr. Louis K. Cheung and his dental team to anyone who needs dental advice and help. I have had the good fortune to have had Dr. Cheung do my complex restorative dentistry for the past 10 years. The quality of his work is incredible and artfully done. Dr. Cheung is very professional, patient and through in offering me information about the procedures involved in the various dental choices. He and his staff take the extra care to make sure you are comfortable while you are in the dental chair. Jill Gallagher is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She is experienced, knowledgeable, skilled , plus very gentle. The great front office staff is pleasant, helpful, and keeps the schedule running on time. I love my dental experience with Dr. Cheung’s office.

Dr. Cheung and his entire staff are like family!I had bad (and I mean really bad) dental experiences in my history. I came to Dr. Cheung afraid of everything and anything. Through his patience, gentleness and understanding, I am now relaxed in the dental chair. I also credit his staff with helping me get over my dental phobias. Orginally, I could not even have my teeth cleaned without the nitrous oxide. I am so far past that state that it is a miracle.Every person on that staff is super professional and supportive. I would not think of going to anyone else for my dental needs. I heartily encourage anyone to seek the services of Dr. Cheung and his staff for all your dental needs. I have had veneers, fillings, crowns and other procedures performed by Dr. Chueng. And Ive never had any problems. Thank you, Dr. Chueng and staff!

Weve been going to Dr. Cheungs Dental Clinic for 28 years and wouldnt go anywhere else, even though we now live 62 miles away. (We also used him when we lived 183 miles away in Chelan, Washington.) Our girls have moved away now, but often say they miss the family atmosphere of Dr. Cheung and his staff. Weve been through several dental crises over the years including one daughter having her front teeth knocked out in an accident. Dr. Cheung and his staffs calm manner and professionalism made this catastrophe much more bearable. Thank you Dr. Cheung, Melanie, Robin, Linda, Jill, Shilo, and Shirley for many years of wonderful care.

Nothing but 5 stars in every category. I moved out of state but come back twice a year to visit my office and visit my dentist.
