Best dentist I’ve ever been to. Not only are they prompt and quick but they walk you through your care clearly and explain the how’s and why’s. For once if feels like having an office that has a comprehensive plan for me rather than me checking a box every year. The hygienists are empowered to spend time with you and even book appointments with them right in the chair. Could not recommend more.

Really enjoyed my experience here for a teeth whitening. The Kirkland location is great; it’s close to the freeway so it’s easy to find, and there was designated parking for patients. The staff (I’m talking from front desk to assistants to the doctor) were all very friendly and extremely efficient. I was talked through what they were doing so I felt at ease the entire time.

I visited Thomas Dentistry as a new patient on 9/9/21 and was impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. While there, multiple staff joined in to help resolve a personal issue, for which I was very appreciative. My husband and I will definitely schedule again with Thomas Dentistry Kirkland, and I’ll recommend them to family and friends.

Dr Thomas is the best!! I have been going g to his dental practice forever. Hes 1 in my book. He explains everything that hes doing and always asks how Im doing. Gives me a break if I need one. The staff is also the best! So kind and caring. Ive recommended many friends to this office and everyone agrees that Dr Thomas and his staff are the best ever.

I just recently transferred over to Thomas Dentistry and I’ve had two appointments so far, which I have had positive experiences with. The front desk is very friendly and accommodating, and they let you know about costs up front. I’ve had two different hygienists and they both have been good and thorough. I saw Dr. Jaswal both times and he has a very calm demeanor which puts you at ease. He also has a good sense of humor. Thomas Dentistry takes the unpleasantness out of going to the dentist!

Such a wonderful dentists office! The staff is always welcoming, efficient, and they do a great job with my oral care. The other day I had a tooth brush bristle stuck in between two of my teeth and needed to come in for a minute visit. They got me in that day and were able to remove the bristle. It was such a relief! Going to the dentist can somethings be uncomfortable, but at Thomas Dentistry I always feel taken care of.

This is my second review because Thomas Dentistry has really been amazing! I left my previous dentist because of the lackadaisical approach they showed in preventive measures. It’s so nice to have a dental team who is committed to providing detailed and professional care! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top notch and caring team!

I have had a ton of dentistry done and have been to alot of dentists. These folks have it together. Just had a molder crown replaced. Quick ,completely painless and my bite is perfect 1st try. Absolutely no adjusting and then they repaired a front tooth I had broken after quickly epoxy in molder. This was the 2nd appointment to install crown and I was only in the chair 20 min. Went like clockwork and looks awsum. Thanku. Only thing better would be free haha!

Had my teeth cleaned today again by Rosie. She is an excellent Dental hygienist. Takes the time to answer all my questions and is very informative. Greatly appreciate it.

Dr. Paul Nguyen is an incredibly thorough dentist. I switched dentists after many, many years with my former dentist. I was amazed at Dr. Nguyen’s attention to detail. I realized after my first visit I should have switched dentists a long time ago!Highly recommend Dr. Paul Nguyen!!

Our family has been with Dr. Thomas since he started his practice (15 years ago?) and my husband and I wouldnt go anywhere else! He is so personable and down to earth. His whole staff is really friendly, too. Highly recommend him if you want a safe, friendly, non-stressful time at the dentist!

Maybe I’m a little biased but my history goes pretty far back with Thomas Dentistry. I first started seeing them when I was a toddler all the way up into high school and they are definitely to thank for not having a fear of the dentist.I moved away for college and hadn’t seen them for about 6 years (I know I know...) but they still remembered me!I’m 24 now and just had some dental work done for the first time in years. I’ll start off my praises with Zoya who helped me with scheduling, insurance questions and even fitting me into a time slot because I accidentally missed my original appointment time that day. Krissy started off my dental work and was sooo comforting and great at explaining what she was going to be doing and let me listen to my music to drown out the noises & made sure I was numb through the entire cleaning. I was then handed off to Debi and Dr. Paul Nguyen who did the rest of my procedure. They were both very considerate and personable to talk to and got the work done in a fashionable manner. Turns out I’m moving to Dr. Nguyen’s stomping grounds so he gave me a bunch of suggestions of things to do!Everyone here truly loves what they do and you can tell... this is definitely the place to go for dental work and the only place I’ll recommend. Dr. Thomas and his entire staff are the nicest most caring healthcare providers anyone could find. It all starts with Dr. Thomas, he treats his staff so amazing, he thanks his assistants when they are helping him, which I find very refreshing! I have had a lot of dental work done in my life and Dr. Thomas is one of the best as he is a perfectionist and wont quit until both himself and his patients are satisfied. I highly recommend you choose him if you need a dentist, my entire family has been seeing him for 10+ years and we love him and his staff!

More like Rob Thomas Dentistry! That one’s to Dr. Nguyen, who always looks out for the patient. While handling the main issue, he noticed one previous filling needed a slight fix, and quickly took care of it no charge, so I was able to get my Nickelback 🎸🎧 No one can Match(box Twenty) these guys!

Never wait long when I arrive for my appointment. The teeth cleaning is gentle and thorough. Gum checking is done on each tooth and measured for recession. I had a chipped tooth and an old filling replaced. Dr Thomas was fast and painless with good stories during the process!! Nice group of people in the office.

Dr Elizabeth does magic. I got a wisdom forth extraction and I didn’t feel a thing. She is really good. My wife and kid love that place. Highly recommended

I’vy been a patient with Dr Troy for fifteen years and have always been impressed with him and his entire staff. I am 86 years old and was hesitant to make my visit, but his whole staff used the best practices to insure the safety in the office. Unfortunately , I will be moving to California ima month or so and will have to find a new dentist , and hope that they will be as good as Dr Thomas and his staff.
