For the most part the staff here are great. Sadly the treatments and plans provided are overpriced and catch you with hidden fees. If you miss an appointment even with a family emergency (during a pandemic), theyll charge you 75 dollars. If you dont have insurance and opt for their club membership plan, they charge you hundreds of dollars in fine print fees for reactivating. I was recommended this place by a friend and Ill alternatively not be recommending it to any of mine! Too greedy. With the turnover on this property Im sure I can blink my eyes and there will be another dentist there in a couple years. Hope theyll be less about the money. Sad.

I have visited Jen Kim Dentistry a few times recently.Doctors, assistant, and front-desks are professional and kind.Among 15+ dentistries visited in my lifetime, this place is in top 3 in my experience (no.1. among places with only few visits for a short period.)

The staff was very courteous and helpful. They were very attentive, ranging from the person at the front desk to the dental assistant, the dental hygienist, and the finance person. The dentist, herself was very knowledgeable and very thorough.

Dr. Kim, all and each of her staff, and her office’s operation are always such a confident and warm delight. She most diligently keeps her astonishing equipment and lovely staff at the cutting-edge top of the profession. I feel grateful, even brilliantly sophisticated(!), to have them be such a vital part of my life and well-being. This has by far been the best dental experience of my life.As a life long hockey play I can assure you I have spent some time in the chair...These guys take the time to make sure the fit and finish is perfect and comfortable, if there is an issue they jump right on it.The most positive dental transformation I have had the luck to receive.They are all so nice the Dr. is by far the best I have met and the supporting staff is efficient, friendly and welcoming.Susan rocks!

I have awful teeth, especially between bad genetics and mental health, and so need lots of cleanings and fillings, and by and far, best dentist Ive had. My first filling took them less than 15 minutes once the numbing kicked in and you can see the efficiency and ease between team members is obvious. I had 3 fillings done this morning it it took them less than 35-40 minutes to get those done once numbed and then have me back at the front desk ready to check out.And the rest of the staff is the sweetest. The front desk people are very welcoming and very, very helpful and clear with insurance and treatment plans. The hygienists are just as sweet and knowledgeable as well. Absolutely recommend them!

Hi, so my experience with cleaning at Jen Kim clinic was amazing but when it was time for root canal I had to stop my procedure before it started as even after sedation I could feel my nerve when sprayed water and when I tired to convey my pain to the dentist she was rude and trying to make me feel thats its my fault completly..I know I have issues with needles but I still didnt panic that much when they gave me injection but the point when it felt rude and the thought of a pain full root canal made me stop and leave... I went to this clinic on there ratings but the rating is for Dr Kim not the other doctor so if u trust the rating so please do ask for Dr Kim on ur visit...

Really happy with my experience here. The hygienists have always been gentle, considerate, quick and thorough. The docs have taken adequate time to answer my questions and I feel safe under their care. The front desk staff is also very friendly and helped me with my challenging scheduling needs.

I just had the absolute worst experience at Jen Kim Dentistry. In fact, it was the worst experience ever with a medical or dental professional.I had to get up from the dentist chair and walk out of the dental chair, mouth numb from shots, tooth cracked and untreated.Yesterday I cracked my tooth and needed to be seen ASAP because Ill be out of town next week. Dr Kim brought in a crew today to exam and treat me even though they were closed. Kudos for that.Here is where the experience turned from great to appalling. They sat me in the chair, x-rays, shot my mouth with numbing medicine, then hit me with the bill for a temporary crown...$678 AFTER insurance.Me (laying in dentist chair): can you bill me?Kim Dentistry: NoMe (laying in dentist chair) Do you accept American Express?Kim Dentistry: NoMe (laying in dentist chair): I only have American Express with meKim Dentistry: Shrug shoulders, uncomfortable silence.Me (laying in dentist chair): Well I guess I will have to leave.Kim Dentistry: Yes you will.I took off the dental bib and they showed me to the door. WOW!Keep in mind that my wife and son are also patients there. I never knew they didnt accept American Express and didnt bill the patient. They lost 3 patients today. And if all of that wasnt bad enough...they were cold and uncaring as they showed me to the door with a cracked tooth simply because they couldnt be flexible with payment for services. Heck I could have driven home and grabbed another payment method after treatment but nope.AVOID THIS DENTIST!

Jen Kim is blessing. I have had a lot of dental work done over the years but this practice is my favourite. Efficient, knowledgeable, honest and so friendly. And this is for both the doctors, technicians and the reception. Going to the dentist is not a great thing but this practice make the visit pleasant. My husband and I both go here and will continue to. I would highly recommend them! I trust them with my pain:)

I love going to Jen for my biannual cleanings and fillings. Ive been a customer for over 4 years now and every single time I go I am treated very well. She and her staff are very professional and always make the experience a comfortable one. I dont plan on going to a different dentist... ever!

Ive been going here for a few years now and they are always very kind. I get anxiety each time I schedule but I feel like they are conscientious of this and are gentle and thorough. The office is clean, the hygienists are skilled and I havent had a bad experience here. All the doctors are great!

I have myself set up for recurring appointments for my teeth cleanings and check-ups. I could have requested to have a certain Technician for my cleanings if I wanted. I told the receptionist that if the different Technicians all did the same quality of work and provided great Customer Service, then I would be fine with that. Although they try and keep you with the same Technician you started with (if you are happy), But, stuff happens. I just had my appointment for teeth cleaning and had a different Technician. I received the same excellent care they always give me evert time I go there. I do not think anyone actually wants to go to the dentist. but if you need to... This is the Dentistry you need to go to.mike

Dr Kim is super nice and easy to talk with. They do an awesome job at preventive care. I’ve a a cavity filled (same day it was diagnosed) and didn’t feel a thing! I haven’t used any cosmetic services and haven’t felt any pressure or up sell in any visit. Overall it’s a fantastic practice!

This was one of the roughest, most painful dental experiences in my life. I found the dentist to be very rough during my 3 hour procedure to get a new crown and two fillings. The suction air dry device they put in your mouth is like a torture device especially after hours and hours of being in the chair. She never asked how I was the whole time or checked in regarding my comfort and seemed agitated when she had to apply more numbing since I was still in pain. My new crown failed a month later and now I have to have a root canal on xmas eve. I will not be coming back. Not worth it at all.

I had one of my best dental experiences with Doctor Jafari in this office. Great staff and wonderful dental work procedure, Fast and efficient, very gentle, and detail oriented work on my front teeth that I didn’t even feel when the injection has done on this sensitive area of the upper lip. I highly recommend this office, here the place they care about their patients.

This was our first visit with the Jen Kim Family Dentistry in Juanita Village, Kirkland, WA and it was a great visit. The staff is all very friendly and attentive to our personal dental issues. Dr. Kim and each her staff explained each problem and the recommended treatments. I dont have dental insurance, but they have a neat program of monthly payments and discounts. I look forward to future checkups, cleanings, and other dental work with Dr. Kim and her staff.

First visit down and really quite smooth. Checked in early for paper work. Name was called and taken to chair. Xrays and all that good stuff. I need some work done so i was wanting answers on what to do? Guidance on what to do first? Thats exactly what I got and I did not have to ask a thing. They assest my mouth and came up with a game plan. Everything I was wanting was addressed. It was smooth from the time I walked into the door. I left feeling relieved and in good hands.

Had a fiasco of a last visit. Was originally scheduled to do a single filling per visit for three cavities I had. Instead, they did all three at the same and overbilled my insurance. Even worse, during the operation they had to give me novocaine 2 more times after the initial dose as the dentist was also doing another operation at the same time. As the dentist was obviously distracted, they gouged my gumline deeply and tore open my lip, leaving a small scar on the side of my mouth. I went home with a mouth full of blood. Needless to say, I will not be going back again.
