UPDATE:Day 28 and officially 20.4 lbs lost!!!I came to this location on 23 September 2021 for my first shot of B12/Lipo C shot combo and prescription appetite suppressant. Let me tell you.....today is 26 September and when I weighed myself this morning I was down 10 lbs from Thursday!! 10 LBS!!!!! I am also following their fasting of 18/6 and following their recommended food list. If you follow their guidelines from their packets you WILL have success in your weight loss journey. I am excited to see what my progress is for the next 3 weeks. This has completely motivated me.

Ive been in the program for 2 weeks now & so far it has been great, Ive lost 7 pounds already! The staff are so friendly. The only thing I would change is when you buy a package a consultation be included (yes if you have questions they will answer) I just think the printed information isnt enough and a provider would reassure you and explain thing better than a print out.

All the staff have been great except for the two girls that work at the front desk(one works in the back sometimes as well). Their customer service sucks, I’m not sure how they got the front desk job. They don’t greet you, and act like you owe them something every time you walk in. I was shocked to hear that one of them was the manager, when she is the main one at the desk acting like she doesn’t want to be there. Besides them two I have no complaints, the PA is great, and the other workers are awesome.***Update**** what a difference, the front desk receptionist has changed she’s friendly & welcoming. I will now give 5 stars!!!!

Ive had good experiences each time I go in. I can usually get an appointment the same day which I love as I am a last minute type of person. The staff is friendly and the doctor is kind and listens. I really like that they have specials to save you money. The injections really do work, I notice that when I take them the weight will start to come off but if I go awhile without them, it becomes stagnant. Overall, staff and doctor are great, great specials and convienent ways of filling the prescription.

Definitely worth it! I saw significant weight loss in the first 2 weeks. Plus, Im continuing to lose weight every single week since starting the program. Excellent service. Quick in and out. Answered all my questions. I was concerned the medicine would make me feel nervous. It has not. Just very awake. Im doing the shots every 2 weeks and taking one pill at 10am. Ive lost 3 lbs in 3 days.

The medical assistant who took my information and drew my blood did an awesome job. The PA was also very nice. However when I went to pick up my prescription the pharmacy didnt have it. I called and the office manager was RUDE. She basically told me she would get around to it sometime today but didnt give me a time. Im already on this side of town. She refused to give me a paper copy of the prescription. Wouldnt let me talk to the PA. For a place that I have to pay totally out of pocket for. Id think they would have better customer service. They need a new office manager. I enjoyed my experience until I spoke to her. I wont go back.

Ive been coming here since May 2020, an this program had really help me with my weight my eatting habits, if you want to loose weight this is the place to go.

It was my 2nd visit they somehow got all my information deleted. Lady in the back was treating me like it was my fault. She seems frustrated very easily. Im polite to everyone. Its discouraging to see to a paying customer just her words and behavior.Hopefully other visits go better.I want the service and Im being polite not much more I can do.

If you follow all instructions and take medication as directed this place will work. I have lost over 35 pounds in the last 60 days but I have stuck to the program. No CHEAT eating days. Also a thing I did is the first 30 days I never weighed myself or looked at the scale.

The receptionist and medical assistants are rude.. The MA doesnt know how to give IM shots. Just rude and short tempered..The receptionist (black girl with curly hair) is asking for a payment while Texting on her phone. They need new staff. It feels like a pain management clinic instead....
