Tried calling 6 times in last 3 days. Left them 2 voicemails no answer at. Your better off going to a regular hospital especially if its for mental health. Youll get a quicker response

Very good. I think they are actually considerate and you do have to pay a donation of $10-30 but if you cant for any reason, they do offer a first time waiver. Like if you forgot your wallet or something or like myself that I was not aware of the donation and didnt have cash or my purse on me actually. I had just brought my id in my pocket. They eventually want proof of income, but thats fair enough. I think for a 1-3 time fast in and out type of thing, thats less than a meal; Its pretty good. I definitely appreciate them and whoever is behind offering these facilities and service. God bless them more. Also, if you have something they cant figure out, they do recommend you to a Specialist, which you do have to finance and they also offer a charity program if you qualify which can cover the visit, havent actually gone that far yet, but they explained it to me. They give you free temp medicine that might or might not work in the meantime, but its better than having nothing. I say if you cant afford a Doctor, you should be appreciative of these type of clinics and not be complaining to the nine. And you get a basically free, first attempt at saving you thousand of dollars. And all yall here that spend way more on wigs and beauty product and or junk, shouldnt be complaining about 10-20 bucks donation for you health.

Since COVID-19 began they will not allow anyone who is not already a patient or visiting to to enter the clinic or the lobby at all without an appointment. Children are not allowed to enter the clinic either with a parent or to receive services at all. They denied me service on the basis that I had my children with me, demanded I get a babysitter or leave my children outside - an order that was passed down from their director. I told them I cannot afford that nor will I comply with that unreasonable demand since we were practicing appropriate mask and social distancing protocols. It was discrimination on the grounds that I had children. I will not be returning. If you have health needs, I recommend meeting them elsewhere. They will also make you sit outside in the heat while you wait because they are not allowing anyone to sit in the waiting room no matter what.

Unless you really dont have insurance and desperately need them,I would highly recommend going to a real doctor because here you get expired medicine and they get you out quickly. The female doctor is very rude and she doesnt listen to any concerns you might have. And fyi its not free you have to pay a donation of $20 to $30.

My kids do not have health insurance. This summer we did a lot of swimming and my 5 year caught an ear infection. If it wasnt for this clinic I would have had to pay 100s of dollars just for my child to be seen and thats not even including the antibiotics. Thanks to them I didnt have to pay a dime. I did donate, I was very pleased.
