Im really glad I didnt read these reviews before I started taking my son to this clinic. We have had a wonderful experience every time. We have been coming here for almost three years and I wouldnt want my daughter to go any where else.We lost his first provider during COVID, she was amazing. However the first appointment with Dr. Reyes let me know they would be in good hands.The receptionists and nursing staff is always respectful and courteous. Every time I have had to take my children in for a concern I was able to get them in same day. I love the Hemingway building and the care they provide for my children.

Unable to see my pulmonologist in six months now. According to them all pulmonologist have been rescheduled to work in the Covid ICU ward. Scott and White the largest hospital in the area can not see their regular patients.

Everyone on the phones is very rude. First off my momma always taught me that you are to greet people by their name with a good morning, afternoon, or good night, which I did and it was not reciprocated. I called to have a prescription refilled, and was sent down a rabbit hole, Kathy the pulmonary nurse didnt seem to want to help me, & seemed annoyed with me when I was trying to explain the situation, even while I was giving her the name of the prescribing doctor, & the name of the medication. People should learn to treat other adults with better manners. Not to mention that their co-pays are ridiculous for such a facility, & part of these co-pays go to the rude nurses, & staff. 😤

Had a appointment yesterday and was asked at last minute if it can be a video call. No problem. Was told a link would Be sent to my phone. 15 minutes after my initial appointment time I called and was informed the dr was finishing up with a another client. No problem. Another 20 mins go by a nurse calls me and tells me she’s sending a link. I get the link and wait another 40-45 mins in a video chat lobby with no message or call. I called twice to make sure I wasn’t forgotten but all of a sudden they aren’t answering and I’m getting sent to voicemail. After my last attempt I left a voicemail. I was not seen nor contacted back. Waited 2 months for this appointment for my asthma that continues to put me in the hospital. I don’t recommend this place at all!

I just love Baylor Scott & White, and what a blessing to have the specialty clinic. I love my Drs there. Theyre very professional, knowledgeable, and loving. The other personal including the nurses treat u with excellent bedside manner. I really feel good after I leave. In this time of the pandemic being overflowed with caring for patients, fitting u in. I dont mind waiting on the best of care.

I loved going to this clinic for my child when I first moved into the area the NP is very polite and knowledgeable, and very interactive with her patients my only concern is when a problem was brought to her attention I had been blown off the first time due to the age of my child. then the second time when addressing the same concern I was my suggested to change my parenting style and for my child to see a Psychiatrist, after that didnt work I became fraustrated and request to involve the pediatrician and was basically told 2 hours prior to the appointment that it would take mutiple appointments to address my childs ADHD concerns because after specifically stating what the appointment was needed for prior to scheduling. I was only scheduled for a 15 minute appointment

I wish I had read the reviews before wasting mine and my childrens time. The nurse practitioner who saw my youngest daughter for her first visit didnt take my concerns about her allergies seriously, she seemed annoyed when I was explaining my concerns with her. I kept asking her about getting an allergy screening, but she was hesitant at first. She said they normally dont test until after age 4 for allergies. I had to keep explaining her symptoms and reactions for her to agree at the end of the appointment. Then to find out no appointments were available for allergy testing until January 25th. It was quite frustrating. I had an appointment for my oldest to get her depo shot, and well visit they called me to cancel the day before her appointment, and told me to reschedule with an obgyn. Obgyn doesnt have any appointments until a month out. I dont get the feeling that patient care is a priority with this clinic, so Ill look elsewhere for better care, and service. So disappointing.

6 months ago i went in to ENT to get a deviated septum. i still have a hard time breathing. just looking inside my nose you can tell almost nothing has been done. i spent total of 4000 dollars out of pocket for the whole process (total cost is around $20,000. insurance paid) just to breath slightly better. they should have done a x ray first so we know what we are looking at. dont come here they will tell you what you want to hear, so they can get your money.

Hoping that whoever goes here and gets Jessica Sumner DO, understands that if you have major hormonal imbalances and get depression- even after ASKING for help, sorry but shell most likely gloss over everything you say, give you robotic responses, not respond properly, act cold while shes paying attention, and recommend a BOOK to help a problem youve been dealing with for half a year.LOL, knowing apart of my money ends up in the pockets of people who really dont care is beyond infuriating. What a waste of my time, money, and emotions.

What’s the point in making an appointment when you don’t keep the times. People make appointments because they have taken time out of their day to schedule it at a time that works for them. Some people don’t have to time to sit and wait for an hour passed their scheduled time. Then when they check on what the hold up is get some rude smart remarks about needing to be patient and that they are backed up like it’s your fault they are running an hour behind. Unprofessional.

The pediatrician office is awesome, but the ENT office is extremely unprofessional, rude and uneducated. Have been going in circles trying to get my daughters tonsillectomy completed for 6 months. They gave her a FALSE positive covid test causing her surgery to be cancelled, had to again visit with Dr. Yael Kreitman Willingham where I complained about the false test they gave my daughter, she pretty much threatened that the surgery could cause injuries in the most gruesome way. Her demeanor was completely different from the initial visit. The emotional stress all together from this office has pushed us to demand a referral to a different office. Avoid the hemingway clinics ENT.Response: Contacting your company got me no where. To get answers on my daughters covid testing I got answered via FACEBOOK! Took 10+ days to post my daughters supposed positive test.Hoping others can avoid this Dr. and office so they dont have to put their children through the same emotional experience my daughter went through.

Made an appointment a month and a half ago after going to the ER with severe cramping from endo/pcos and they recommended i see my OBGYN. just moved down here and heard that this was a good office. I made the appointment end of July, waited until today ( sept 14) for my appointment. I’m on my way to the appointment when i get a call that they need to reschedule, and can’t get me in for another MONTH. i live everyday with severe endo pain and am now without a doctor, i canceled a trip i was supposed to go on this week so I could make this appointment because of the discomfort i’ve been feeling. Extremely unprofessional and will be looking elsewhere for care.

I only put one star because I cant put zero. I went here because its what my insurance would cover. I got pre-approved, told my co-pay, then made the appointment. I live almost an hour away. At the appt, I requested a specific blood test that Ive needed in the past, and though the doctor assured me Id get it, when I went to the lab, I asked the phlebotomist over and over what test she was collecting for, to no response. I knew they werent getting enough vials. Sure enough, they didnt do what I asked. I checked the price again with the checkout person, she assured me all was covered on my insurance, I paid my co-pay and left.TWO YEARS LATER I started getting bills for this appointment. I called, told them I already paid my co-pay, and that none of those charges should be there, and they assured me theyd fix it. A month later, another bill. Another phone call.Over the next year, after bills and bills, and collection companies harassing me and spending countless hours on the phone, someone FINALLY fixed it (or so it seems for now).It took them 2 years to bill me incorrectly, and another year to fix their own mistake. I will NEVER go to Baylor Scott and White again. This was the most horrible medical experience, and I am appalled they treat their patients this way.

NEVER MADE IT TO AN APPT BECAUSE THEY SAID I HAD TO CLEAR MYSLEF WITH OTHERS DRS. NOW AFTER JUMPING THEOUGH EVERY HOOP THEY STILL DENY ME VERY RUDLY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SEE THIS HOSPITAL. NOW HAVE TO WAIT TILL WE MOVE IN 6 MONTHS TO GET THE HELP I NEED AND A HOSPITAL OR DOCTORS THAT ACTUAL CARE ABOUT PATIENTS.

This review is for the OBGYN department:I have never had one single issue with any of the staff members here. I loved the nurses here and my doctor, Dr. Eye. She listened and let me take the lead in my own health decisions. I never had any issues with her and would definitely recommend her. When I delivered my daughter, she was the exact type of doctor I needed. My labor went so smoothly and she had a big part to do with that. If I ever have another child, I’d choose her as my doctor again.

Went to see a physician assistant. They charged my insurance company approximately $1100.00 to walk in the doctor exam room. Thats crazy. I would never go to any BSW facility with the crazy charges. In addition during this virus time my insurance company didnt require me to pay a co-pay but the doctors office made me pay anyway. I was told by my insurance company this was no supposed to happen and I would receive a refund from BSW. I havent seen this refund from my visit in May and am not confident I will even see a refund from BSW.

I had an appointment today with Dr.Day in gynecology, I was nervous because it was a man but he made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable and let me voice my concerns and opinions. I’d definitely recommend him to people and I’ll definitely be going again. Thanks Dr.Day!!

Honestly super disappointed in this place right now. I found out I was pregnant May 19th. Called and made an appointment that day for June 9th, they called and canceled the appointment, and rescheduled to June 26th. I went in today and was told I couldnt be seen because my doctor was in a delivery, which I understand completely because you obviously cant schedule those things. However, my issue is now that the earliest appointment they had with any of the doctors was July 10th. So now I have to wait another 2 weeks to even find out if my pregnancy is viable or okay or have any questions answered. Im very concerned that they think its okay for a woman to be days away from her second trimester before she gets seen. If you can avoid this place, you should. Unfortunately its my only option because the next closest place is 45 minutes away. Hopefully I actually get to see a doctor on July 10th and hopefully my experience with the actual doctor is better than it has been with the scheduling at the front desk.Update: they rescheduled my appointment for a sooner date after I talked to enough people. Then today they just called again to reschedule! I have now been rescheduled at this clinic 5 different times for 1 appointment!!! I am making the sacrifice of driving an hour to a better office who doesnt suck at scheduling.

BE CAREFUL IN PULMONARY! THEY SAY YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO SPEAK UP WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR HEALTH CARE but I found myself being a victim of retaliation .Mrs Black allowed me schedule and WAIT for another appt to call the day before to let me know she would not see me.This was all because I didnt want her to change the medicine I have been taking for 20 years and I told I wanted to speak to my previous Doctor about it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.I guess its not about what works for us just whats convenient for them.HOW OFTEN DO THEY MAKE PEOPLE CHANGE MEDICATIONS IS MY QUESTION?

I had canker sores. Painful sores on my tongue and mouth. So bad I couldnt eat for days. I explain all this to the Gastro Doctor. She doesnt write me an antibiotic. It was disappointing I was thriving in pain, had a swallow tongue and mouth I didnt eat for almost a week.. There wasnt anything they could give me. explaining to her what I had. She said she was unsure what was causing it and gave me a referral to another doctor.I just felt like she could temporary written me a script even for two days. Anything to stop the inflaming of my mouth. Thats what I wanted medication to stop mouth being inflamed.

Im big on reviews. I must say I truly like this office. My son sees Dr. Minsloff I love her! I did see Dr. Nicholas first she was great to. Just like Dr. Minsloff a little better. The staff is nice. I havent had any issues hard to believe anyone has. Would recommend this place. ONLY issue is appointments are so far out! Theyre busy.

I saw the pain management doctors at the Killeen Hemmingway Bldg for more than three years before taking a break to have surgery. When I went for my appointment this morning I waited more than an hour past my appointment time(not uncommon) and then the PA spends five minutes with me to tell me I have to start the whole pain management process over. Absolutely absurd.

Where are the positive reviews.My wife and I go to specialty clinics at S&W hospital Temple however it is a long drive for us.Thinking about the Killen Specility clinic because it is much closer.Not so sure now after seeing so many negative reviews.Understand that reviews are oppinios so the question is ,is the Killeen clinic on top of things compared to S&W hospital clinics which are great as far as my wife and I are concerned?

My neurologist is the best one ive had so far with my seizures even though he has no idea what to do about my auto immune disorder tjat he has no idea if its m.s. or. Lupus so he wants me to go to a rheumatologist but never refered me. So i guess ill be making some calls to see if he can refer me ... Been coming to this Clinic for the past 2-3 years for RFA injections in my neck. Today will be my last visit to this facility. Appointment WAS at 0800 am, 0905 right now.Confirmed appointment two days ago fir my procedure, got sent back to speak with a PA this morning to chat about what I needed....Told him and front desk i was here for procedure not check, in which PA THOUGHT I was here for a check up. Got sent back to waiting room to bottom of last behind folks that had appointments AFTER me. Front desk personnels apathetic attitude definelty does nothing to help the situation. I encourage everyone that reads this to go elsewhere. If this was the first occasion of this type of care it would be one thing, but most the time its the same thing....1-2 hours late.BTW, I spent 21 years in charge of an Emergency Department of a Major Medical Center, so I do have a little experience in what is Right Or Wrong. They cancelled an appointment I made over a month ago (and confirmed over 2 weeks ago) and didnt call me to notify me. They cancelled it exactly one week before the date of my appointment (without my permission or knowledge) and had no explanation for me when I showed up after driving an hour and a half to be there. They told me someone from an entirely different location cancelled it, and when I called that location they placed the blame on the other guys. Since there was nothing I could really do about it I at least wanted to know what happened, how, and why. After sitting on the phone for a total of 40 minutes they had no answers for me, said there was nothing they could do but reschedule me, and said that someone dropped the ball and there was a miscommunication somewhere along the line but no one wanted to own up to it.

The best Dr at the clinic did leave about a year ago and now so did I. I was told there was nothing they could do for me cause it was in my head. Seriously. I let you experience it and then you can tell me that.I left Advanced Pain Care in RoundRock for the convenience of Hemingway. Biggest mistake of my life. I am back at advanced pain care who now has a clinic in Killeen. I highly recommend them and they are now doing something about my pain bc they discovered where my problem is. Dr T, Im just not sure about. You see more of his PAs than you do him and they are useless.

Went this morning for my Daughtes hearing appointment and they treated her bad sayin she dont have insurance and they cancled are appointment with out us knowing stateing they called which we have proof they didnt. And they were unable to tell me why they cancled it and also once we showed proof that she does have insurance they still wouldnt see her a 3 year old girl. We was ther on time had everythng we needed and mind you this app was made by another Doc but jus cause tha lady up front was unwilling to help my daughter couldnt be seen . So i advice if your kids have a appointment or nethng there i WOULD go some were else so your kids will be treated better..

If you going to be in the Healthcare field understand you chose this job for a reason. Dont belittle people or talk down to them about there needs or get bent out of shape when they try to tell you something is not working. Everyone is different and has different needs, different degrees of pain and remember it takes less than a second for you to be in my place so think about that next time you open your mouth
