Im an eye technician in the military and I can honestly say this is one of the most thorough eye exams you will get in all Killeen! Even if you just need glasses, the technicians and doc will ensure all essential routine tests (visual acuity, eye pressure, visual fields) are administerd and the doc thoroughly checks external and internal structures of the eye with his slit lamp, these are tests that most low cost eye clinics entirely bypass or charge extra for in Killeen.

I absolutely love Quality Eye Care! Dr. Moses is awesome! The front desk girls; Brittany, Jenn, and Deyton are always so helpful! They are very patient with my two daughters age 9 and 3. I’ve been coming here for years! My recent visit I flew in to visit family in the area and lost my glasses at the Seattle airport. When I called quality eye care to see if I could purchase new glasses they were able to see me and help me pick out new frames a lot sooner than I expected. When we came in my two daughters were hyper but they were very patient and Joe the only man at the front desk played with my toddler while I tried on glasses. The glasses were ready in a week, which was great! I’ve seen previous reviews on the front desk girls and have never had any of those issues, they’ve always been super helpful, attentive and respectful.

The staff at quality eye care are very attentive to your needs. They have exceptional customer service skills and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I always recommend them to my friends and family!

I failed my driving eye test. I came here and now I have glasses. Everyone was friendly, they made sure my glasses work and look great. I got my license, no problem.

My first time here and I for sure had a beyond five star experience(there should really be more stars for this rating). I showed up like a half hour before they closed and they stayed with me like a half hour after closing to be sure that I was nothing short of satisfied with my choice in frames. I am a bit of a pain when it comes to things like this and Joe was so helpful. He was very honest and informative. He was so patient the entire time and not once did he rush me or even mention the time. I will be with them until I no longer have an insurance they take. Thank you so much to the quality eye care staff for making the hassle of getting new glasses a breeze for me. I promise I will try not to always be a pain.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I arrived at my appointment time and found a typed up and printed note explaining that the office was closed for the day. How annoying--I get my baby and myself ready, drive across town, and youre closed? No phone call, no nothing. Ill never go back.

I like the actual eye Doctor who performa my exams he is excellent! however his staff outside of the Male that works there seems to have a bit of an off putting demeanor to Black people. I would say My experience was not totally bad however not the most pleasant when dealing with the Caucasian front desk females.

Been going to see Dr. Moses for over 10 years. Very friendly staff and they have been very friendly each visit. I have never had any issues with insurance or coverage. I highly recommend Quality Eye Care for anyone looking for a good place to have their family go for eye care.

I have brought my 8 year old son here for the past 2 years. They do just fine with him. He was very nervous but they made him very comfortable. They have cute frames too for kids.

I have been there twice now and the first time was good. The second time I came in the customer service wasnt good at all. I didnt have an insurance card (wasnt received from the company) and since they were not familiar with the insurance company, they told me to come back or call them with the information. I was the only customer in there at the time and I think that it wouldnt have been that hard to find the insurance companys number on the internet. That wasnt a way to keep my business.

I’m really sad I’m leaving a two star review because I actually love this place but under recent circumstances I felt it was necessary to post this about a week ago my niece snapped my glasses in half I’m extremely blind my vision is very poor I’m 21 years old with a very busy life. I called to make an appointment because my glasses were falling apart and was told that they were booked out for two weeks at the time I made the appointment I was OK with it because my glasses were yet to be broken when I called and had let them know my glasses had snapped in half and I had no other form of seeing them they proceeded to tell me they were unable to get me seen until the day of my appointment I asked if there were any alternatives and they said no so at my old eye place they had given me a pair of contacts when my last contacts were out so I asked if I could do the same here they were able to get me One pair of contacts It’s been a while since I’ve had contacts so when I’m at work they give me head aches dry my eyes out and just make the day rough. it’s my day off I don’t want to wear my contacts as I said they give me extreme headaches I sit down to do homework and my glasses slowly fall apart on my face I’ve gotten industrial glue tape electric tape I’ve tried almost everything to fix them until my apt but being I can’t see a thing I’m very frustrated trying to glue them back together. I’m frustrated that the girls at the counter though able to provide me with contacts (per doctors approval cause the doctor is awesome) seemed to not care that much that I was STRUGGLING. I get their booked out but I’m just shocked that they didn’t care it’s hard enough having poor vision let alone having a eye place that’s suppose to care about your vision not even attempt to look at my glasses that were CLEARLY snapped in half and unwearable. So here I am covered in tape and gorilla/industrial adhesive glasses still broken very frustrated yet still patiently waiting for my apt on the 11th. 😥 (after reading the reviews I seen a lot of people had trouble with the lady’s at the front desk and I agree 100% as my issue is with them and their lack of understanding)

Got a bill in the mail after one year attending there. It said Tricare did not take the full examination which is false. I even checked the paperwork and it clearly stated it covers it one calender year. I believe they are trying to get extra money. If you have Tricare Prime, look elsewhere.

Ive been coming here for years. Never had any issues with service, insurance and quality of care.

Over all great experience.
