Alexis was very professional and explained everything so well! I went early in the day and there was absolutely no waiting! Another factor in my 5 star rating was the cost. So much cheaper that the optical shop that I got my prescription from. I got 2 pair of glasses for way less than the price of one pair from the optical shop! Best of all, I’ve had 3 pair of glasses from Eyemart for 3 years and the quality has been great! And no, I was not compensated for this review. Just hoping I can save someone some money!

Due to that school just started it was very busy in the store. But i was so surprised to see how professional and friendly all employees were, also to see, that each station was always getting disinfected from chairs to table to pen and computer before inviting the next customer to have a seat. It is a busy store however, the staff is friendly and greets you even when they have quite a few customers. Alexus helped me with my glasses order and ensured I got what I wanted. I brought my son for an eye exam. The environment of the doctors office is clean. Staff are nice and professional. Dr. Prince was very friendly and very knowledgeable. After he finished, he walked us to the front desk and told us to check out glasses next door. They had variety of frames to choose from and what I liked the most was that they have the lab right there so we didnt have to wait 10 days for our new glasses. It was ready withing one hour. definitely recommend this place

I went to the EyeMart in Killeen TX, the Central Texas Expressway location. The service was excellent no waiting. I did go early about 9:23AM. The sale attendant was very nice and it did not hurt she was knowledgeable and saved me money while at it. Im telling you 45 minutes. I had my knew glasses in 45 minutes thats was crazy fast. Anyway love Eye Mart at least that one. Thank you. Ill be back. You had to many selections for me to sort it all out at the time. Going name brand on the next pair. Prices are very good.🙏🏿🤗

Eyeexpress was good. When i first arrived they were very busy but someone helped me get on the list right away. Unfortunately I couldnt wait longer than 10 min, prior obligations, so I went back the next day when they opened. I was the first one in there and so they helped me immediately. ordering glasses was very easy and she helped me pick out the exact ones from the previous day. I ordered two glasses, regular and sun, and it was an easy simple process. Would definitely go back to get glasses there.

Hello, My name is Macayla Waite. I visited your Killeen Texas store on 07/21 and purchased a new pair of glasses for my son. I waited the allotted in hour until it was complete, recieving the text message saying they were ready. Went in and waited 15 minutes in line for them to tell me they broke the frames attempting to put them in and would have to order a new pair. Frustrated but understood. They gave me a basic pair to borrow the sale assistant Chloe, and they would call when they were ready. I left then received a call today at 04:07 PM stating Hi this is Chloe Im calling from the Eye Mart express and was calling to let you know the original glasses you purchased for your son are ready if you would like to bring in the other pair and exchange them My husband went in at 06:30 PM and they once again did not call to tell us what was going on but proceeded to let him sit in line for 20 minutes waiting for them to just tell them they broke them again and it would be another wait. I am frustrated beyond reason.

Dr. Prince was so awesome! He answered all of my questions, and made me feel very at ease during my appointment. The front staff and the tech that saw me prior to the doctor were all very kind and helpful. Great experience here and very timely!

My experience is always a good one at this location. I don’t use vision insurance but I don’t spend more than $250 for 2 pairs of glasses with polycarbonate lenses. Chloe was amazing during my last visit and I was done within 20 minutes

I have been using this facility for the past 9 years. There is one lady that works there with an accent whom I believe s dislikes me. She act like a supervisor anyhow, I was in store yesterday and like previous times go out of her way to not assist me but assisted every customer that that came inside the store. I waited 46 min of her sanitizing, logging in customers and assisting others find glasses and I was sitting wondering what was going on. Everytime I visit the store I get the same cold shoulder from her. Perhaps I remind her of an EX or something....Anyhow I am first this morning and hope the experience will be different.UPDATE: I had an AMAZING experience compared to my previous. Elena or Alena deserves a raise. She not only assisted me but saved me some dollars by recommending particular glasses that my insurance company paid for. I am still going to purchase all future glasses from here but I have to be cautious...Thank you!!

Walked in and the so called doctor went to go talk to the woman I spoke to on the phone and I knew it wouldve been an issue when this doctor started laughing and then went to a different room to laugh then decided to walk up to me and say they couldnt do anything. Best service ever! Shay has helped both me and my daughter get our glasses. My daughter has a rough prescription and not only did Shay do her job, I feel like she went above and beyond. She took the time to help my daughter find a frame that fit her face AND her prescription. She is still getting complements on how great her glasses look and we got them in November. She spent a great deal of time with me yesterday (7/1/2020) to make sure my bifocals were just right.

Employees were very helpful and friendly. Wiping between most customers however using the same gloves. I would have felt a lot better if the gloves were changed after each customer. Wiping and touching with the same dirty gloves defeats the purpose.

I came in with my two 6 year old boys after a long day. Eyemart Express was very busy but also very safe they are taking extra measures to make sure everyone stays Covid 19 free. Shay greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in and I was incredibly lucky to have her help us with the whole process. Shay knew her job and was patient and very kind to my two children. It is often very difficult to deal with my eldest because he has autism but that meant nothing to Shay she was there to save the day! The customer service was AMAZING!!! I did more laughing with the staff than being cornered about my eye exam. A great experience by far.

I came in with my son and I have used them plenty times. Well today was horrible. Neli was her name was rude and every 5 seconds kept getting up to help someone else or answer the phone. I get it they have to sign people in but she found every reason to get up and go do something. It was like she didn’t even want to help us.

Dr. Prince was great! We were seen in a timely manner. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get seen at the eyeglass store next door. Due to corona they were only letting a few people in at a time. The staff said to leave a number and they would text when it was our turn, We waited over an hour so we ended up getting glasses somewhere else.

Maybe I just had a bad experience because I see a lot of good stars. I didn’t like that fact that I was told I’m not going to find a deal better than them 🤦🏽‍♀️ like but I did 2 kid glasses for 69 bucks and this place was trying to charge me $200 for two pair. Saying the 2nd one was just $10 more. But the glasses said $59 on them. Doesn’t make sense how they got $200 bucks off of that. But whatever. I won’t be back.

I been going to the Killeen location for 12 plus years that ended today with the service I got from employee named Kimberly. I went in to the store to purchase a pair of glasses as I walked into the store I started looking at frames. This is when rude Kimberly in front of all about the customers yelled toward me pointed towards the front of the door and told me to go stand there. I didnt get a welcome to Eyemart or good morning how may I help you, just a rude comment with the finger pointing saying stand there.

I was nervous at first because this is the first time I have ever worn glasses. So when I walked in the lady who first greeted me was very cheerful and inviting and she took care of me. The doctors and assistants were very professional and comforting at the same time. The Dr. was easy to talk to and she listen to my rambling and she answered all my questions. Then when I went to pick out my glasses the young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and patient at the sane time she paid attention to my lack of knowledge about glasses and she recommended so frame options and that made me feel like she had my best interest at heart. My wife goes here and now I see why they are nice fast and patient. I love this place. You should check them out!!!!’n

Eyemart Express off of the Central Texas Expressway is so unorganized. I just waited an hour for my appointment and picked out frames just to be told that my daughter can’t get glasses today. A helpful tip for the future would be before checking in the customer for an appointment check to see if all the information in the system is current and if not tell them what they need to bring. I had a whole hour to get a piece of paper or if I couldn’t then it simply could’ve been someone else’s appointment. I do not believe in wasting people’s time, but clearly this place does. Customer service is major and we will not be returning after we get these set of frames. The atmosphere wasn’t welcoming and I didn’t like how the associate talked to my child either. It could be some retraining in that area as well dealing with children that are looking for glasses. Her attitude was so bad that I didn’t even want to look at anymore frames. Things could’ve went terribly wrong. If you don’t know how to speak to a child like they are one then speak to the parents that’s why we are there. If you are overwhelmed or frustrated speak to a supervisor to keep from jeopardizing your job or career. Now it has resulted in losing a customer.

Great customer service, and technicians. Overall excellent place will come back.

I’ve been coming here since I was nine year old, I’m now almost 26. The staff is always friendly, the doctor answers all my questions throughly. I don’t think I’d ever leave this place. Clean facility and knowledgeable staff.

I really had glasses but then I lost then when I lived back at home and so I decided to come to this place. The wait was a bit long but getting my glasses was really easy and very quick. All I needed was my prescription and my glasses were ready within 45 minutes. It wasn’t expensive either, I got a second pair free with insurance. Definitely recommend for anyone.
