I had a appt today was quickly made welcome by staff. the first technician i saw was friendly and did her job exceptionally well wish i could remember her name to thank her personally. the eye doctor was great also very knowledgeable and informative about my eyes

Wonderful people. The receptionist that checked me in helped me cause I couldnt see that well. The nurse was the sweetest and most caring person wish I would have remembered her name . The Doctor was wonderful I love them all thank you all for caring so much.

I havent even been to my appointment yet, and have already had a great experience! Today has been a frustrating day, and calling to make an eye appointment wasnt among my list of positives, until Courtney answered. She was polite, knowledgeable, and personable. She made my appointment, helped me find my insurance (they dont give a card, so they are easy to forget), and her bright personality lightened my mood. Customer service is a hard job, but Courtney made it seem like she genuinely has a heart for service, and I cannot say how rare and wonderful that is. I hope they know what a fantastic employee they have!

The new eye doctor they have here is amazing. She listens to all of your questions and explains everything and always has a positive attitude. The staff is very supportive and helpful they take their time and they dont catch attitudes which is great because Im difficult.

Dr. Val was fantastic and taught me something new to better care for my eyes. Lesa also assisted me with obtaining a new pair of glasses which I’m awful at doing alone. Thank you all so much ❤️🌻🥳🤓

So today I took my son to see Dr. Falco, she was amazing with my son, not only did she run some test on my son but she listen to him. she made him feel comfortable and let him know he wasn’t the only one that had this problem. BEWARE! Horrible custom service and fraudulent prices quoted for those without vision insurance. I paid quoted exam price on day of exam and was sent a bill over 2 months later for additional exam charges. Look elsewhere if you are looking for a professional and honest team that truly cares for their patients!

This appointment had the feel of a real doctors appointment. Dr. Irazarry kept trying different evaluations to make sure that her assessment was correct and that my eyes were healthy. This wasnt just about getting an Rx for glasses/contacts, she seemed concerned about eye health in general.She gave me a thorough assessment, and seemed really concerned about getting it all right.The staff was great too. I was running 10 minutes late due to an emergency commitment, and they were super nice about it.

My insurance identified TSO as a “Premier” provider so sought them out for making my glasses. Was a bit surprised when I learned that they were now Vision Source but that’s a minor detail. The service I received at the WS Young location has been outstanding thus far and I’m very excited to receive my new glasses.

The doctor doesnt seem to know what hes doing.... no social skills either. Couldnt examine my sons eyes correctly so he had to dilate them and after decides to tell me we have to wait 40min...FML! They said my sons glasses would take 1week.... its been 8 days and Im told it will be another week. Never again. I will stick with Quality eye care on stan schlueter. Unfortunately they werent able to get my son in that day for an appointment..... patience would have been a virtue because they will have your glasses ready in 3 days, great service and great selection unlike TSO.

Horrible!!! We recently moved and i decided to try TSO to establish a new eye doctor. I went in for a check up and the receptionist was very rude! During the check up, it felt like the doctor was grasping for anything wrong even though my current prescription was fine. She talked me into changing the prescription slightly which seemed to make a small difference, and stated that if they didnt work out i could get my old prescription lenses switched back, so i went ahead with it. The doctor specifically told me the lenses would be done within a week but after numerous calls and waiting they were finally ready over 2 weeks later!!!! When i came in to pick them up, it took 3 people who needed help to try and get my new lenses into the frames. Unbelievable! After more waiting, they brought my glasses to me and once i tried them on i could barely see, let alone drive home with them on. This place has terrible service, poor management, and not worth my time! I went back to get my Old lenses put in and to get my moneys worth for a new eye exam. Luckily Dr. Scott did the exam this time without any hassle. He would be the only reason i would go back to this joke of a place!

TSO is over priced and the selection is horrible. They had the wrong insurance loaded and i am greatful i work with insurance and know my benefits. I took my bussiness else were. They lost 3 sales because of their poor customer service and their lack of help! I will not be returning next year and i will go to Stanton Optical!

I called to schedule an appointment for contacts as well as for some issues I am having with my eyes drying out and some discomfort. The rep was not very informative and kept saying she did not know. She was not helpful at all. I have been going to the office for about 3 years and either the lady yells at your from across the waiting room once you walk in asking what you are there for and comes off very rude or I call in and speak to some one that has a lot of uncertainties about everything. Very frustrating and inconvenient. I will more than likely take my business elsewhere.

I had a horrible experience going here. I paid to get an eye exam. I asked Walmart to call them and get the RX. They refused to fwd it. They wanted desperately get me back into their office so they could sell my contact lens. I havent been there since.

The black lady with short hair who sits in the front, I guess she is a receptionist. She is very rude and ghetto. She gives you a dirty look when you walk in, and she wont even acknowledge you when you first walk in. Everyone else seems okay but they dont make you feel welcomed, I will find a new eye doctor to take my kids too. There are too many choices, so Im glad I wont have to see her again.

Absolutely horrible management. I recently got an eye exam, shortly after my husband was stationed somewhere else. I called to have my contact prescription fax to my new eye doctor and she refused. So now, not only am I unable to buy contacts, I am unable to get another exam until the end of 2014. This has been a nightmare dealing with the manager of this office since the doctor refuses to call me back personally so I can explain the situation. Very unprofessional company!

I have been taking my family here for the past 4 years. They are always friendly and we like that they offer Saturday appointments!

I was seen by Dr. Raeann R Murray, OD. She is a very sweet young lady and takes her job very serious. She is listed around the internet as practicing in Temple, TX and not Killeen TX but nothing else about her.On the door it reads Walk-in-Welcome. Dont trust that! I did have an appointment but the 2 visits I was there, people walked-in and was turned away because they didnt have an appointment.The girls there are nice enough, but looked like they were dressed for staying home. While waiting I was entertained by their discussions about what they were looking at on their cell phones and wished they would offer me some of the snacks they were eating.The lens took about a week to come in. I had them put them in my frames as the glasses they have there are over priced.When my lens came in it took over a half hour for the visiting lens guy to put them in. I was handed my glasses and a paper to look at and dismissed. No adjusting or anything.

Great place and fast service.

Receptionist was rude and they over charged me by $80. Told them I only wanted a contact fitting because they just did my fitting for glasses in May but they charged me for both anyway. Had to get my insurance involved. It turned out to be just awful but I fault their new receptionist because the last visit was someone else and my experience was completely different.

My family can see clearly now. Thanks to Vision Source of Central Killeen.
