The owner or whoever the man is in the front is rude. He will not greet you and he has terrible customer service. All he does is watch you on the cameras and collect your money. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

This place has about everything you need including shoes,socks, perfume hats etc...Its not just a beauty supply they also have Mua on site and do eyelashes at affordable prices plus installments on wigs...the staff is polite and friendly.

We have a good selection of hair care products and skin care products. The staff is very helpful I can be a bit crowding while you do your shopping as Im sure they are used to people stealing products from this location so if you shop here dont be surprised. Other than that they have a good selection of wigs different types of hair and everything you may need for foot care, accessories for outfits, as well as anything and everything in between. Pricing is reasonable to

Had the opportunity to visit this store and found it to be exactly what Id been looking for in terms of beauty supplies. The store was very well stocked, clean and organized with plenty of open space to navigate and browse through. The prices were reasonable and affordable for one on a fixed income. Among other items, I was able to obtain 2 dark brown eyebrow pencils at a price of .99 cents each (Nickack or NK is the brand names). I am a very satisfied customer and plan to make this my GO TO regular beauty supply store in the future! I highly recommend it! 👍👍

What I really like is that they dont follow you around or watch you like a hawk. Ive never had a bad experience. Very nice employees and as always I will be a returning customer. Thank you for the warn welcome and help with my beauty needs. I drive an hour and 20 minutes to get to this location.

Horrible!! Will not be looking forward to spending any of my money or time there! They have a great selection, but as far as being treated with no respect and professionalism I won’t tolerate. Rude, Especially the Older man, I asked him a question and he acted as if I was being difficult and walked away from me with a mean attitude. Stop giving these businesses our heart earned money, they dont like us, they dont talk to us, they wont answer questions, they are rude, stop supporting them shop on line!!! You can get the same products they get for cheap! They dont like us but they want or money!!! 😳 Then they hire people of color too sell their products, and they think its ok!! We keep them in business!!! 🤔

They have a large selection which is great but it was also a problem. The cashier was the only worker and when I asked if she could show me what she was explaining to me she said she cant leave the register. So after trying to figure it out myself and getting frustrated I just left.

This is a good hair store but can be a little pricey!

If youre not of Asian descent, you will be camera- stalked instead of helped. They dont care nothing about you- they just want their money. Bad business. Literally, just leaving this business. The whole time Im trying to figure out what to buy, shes staring at the security cameras. God forbid if she sneezes- she still wouldnt miss a darn thing. Black people, its time to take back our businesses and work together for ourselves. Im sure theyd feel awkward if we were staring at them while they browse the rice and oriental isle. #makeBlackAmericagreatagain

Followed my friend and i around the store and watched the cameras everytime we moved. The man at the cashier (who owns the place im pretty sure) looked at the cameras everytime we’d turn and made my friend leave her items and our bags at the counter while she kept shopping. Workers were extremely rude and would intervene in your conversations to argue over something. Overall a horrible place with a racist owner i won’t be coming here anymore especially since all of their items are extremely overpriced from other hair stores.

Visiting Texas from Florida brought me to City Beauty Supply. We were met with an upset customer talking the rudeness of the owner. We went in, hoping not to have to experience this rudeness but it came right to us. The owner actually wanted us to purchase a cap to try her wigs on and told us that that was her store. Most stores would not continue to act in such a manner, especially immediately after an outburst of a very upset customer but that was not the case. The owner acted like she didnt have to provide customer service because she knew we were going to buy (I DONT THINK SO) and that others will continue to shop in spite of the mistreatment. When you are dealing with the public most businesses understand that your customers are very important because without them their is no PROFIT. We left but informed the owner what she could have done to turned the whole situation around but she was rude to the end and never apologized for her behavior: so we left without purchasing anything.I want to tell you customers to take a stand and you will see that you will receive better service. Now, JK Wigs on Fort Hood Street across from K-Mart shopping center was just the opposite. When we entered, the store owner greeted us with SMILE and a HELLO (something we did get from city beauty); we heard customers talking while trying on wigs and being provided with a FREE wig cap to do this (very quiet and rude at city beauty); and they have a huge selection of wigs, clothes, jewelry, etc. Ladies if you want to spend your money somewhere were they treat you with respect and not like they are doing you a favor, GO TO J K WIGS on Fort Hood Street across from K-Mart. Happy shopping!

Horrible customer service. The owner was pleasant but the caucasian young lady working was very rude.

They have a variety of products amd Im especially happy that they have natural black soap and shea butter. Staff is helpful if you have any questions.

The only good thing about this place is that they have certain supplies some of the other stores dont sell and they are somewhat priced appropriately, they assume all black women are theives and they are sure to treat you as such, the man watches you like a blood hound, knows nothing about black hair and barely speaks English-language. I dont support any of these companies anymore
