Brought my daughter to get her haircut. She wanted it done a certain way (nothing super difficult). I explained to the stylist (on my receipt it says whit) and asked you know what I mean? Meaning you understand what shes wanting. She said yes. We left with wet hair and we thought it was cut right (I was sitting in waiting area so didnt watch). She didnt frame her face and did the layers completely wrong. We said short layers underneath not on top. Now she looks like shes got hair from 2000. No way of fixing it either so gotta wait til it grows out. Get what you pay for I guess.

Checked in online ahead of time, received prompt and friendly service upon arrival. Only basic wash/ cut/ style services are offered here. However, on weekends I was told that only a basic cut could be performed. Not an issue, cut looks good, will return.

Worst stylist who is tall and has long and blonde hair and also wears heavy make up, Her station is the first chair on the left side of the shopShe has to learn very basic skills first. I left the shop very unpleasant.

I scheduled my appointment online it was 115min wait. I showed up when it was 40 min out and 2 ladies came in the same time who did not make a appointment online. One of the barber took there name and put them down on the list. I assumed theyd be last but they got called up next before me. I dont think its fair that I had to wait and they didnt.

Always a gamble when you go in as you dont know which stylist you are going to get. Ive been going her 3 years. They are always friendly and got a great cut.

The girls that I have dealt with are always super fun and good at their job! Love talking with them while getting my good looks on! We always get a good laugh in during and thats hard to find!

Horrible horrible haircut. I asked for 1/4 of an inch off the top of my head, and she cut 1 1/2 inches off. Now I have to wait at least a month to two months before that will grow back. In the top two worst haircuts I’ve ever received in my life. It’s really sad when listening to directions and preforming a service turns into ego and what the hair dresser prefers over yourself paying for the service. Fire the lady with the rainbow hair. Surprised she can put one foot in front of the other.

I went in for a simple hair cut, to take off 1-1.5 inches and the woman cutting my hair took off an extra 3 inches and my hair literally looks like a wig, doesn’t fit me right. I will never left her cut my hair again, if I ever go back. I didn’t pay for someone to just have fun cutting. Absolutely unnecessary

We went in to get a cut for our child. The stylist that came out to greet us had a mouthful of food with her finger up telling us to hold on. And she was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to be at work. Then she cut my sons hair into a bowl cut. HE LOOKS LIKE FRYER TUCK He loved his hair getting long and he went in for a trim. He’s upset. My husband was going to get a cut too but he was so upset by the stylist he didn’t ask for his to get done. She had food in her mouth on her face and her hands. Then didn’t go wash before she touched my son. I called and asked for her name and she said her name was cookie. I was so upset I almost called Texas board of regulation but maybe if someone would tell her clients don’t want to see food falling from her mouth and all over her when she’s on the floor maybe she will take better care of her sanitation. I can only imagine what her station tools look like. COOKIE CLEAN IT UP!

Im changing my review cuz the lady who did my sons hair this time was AWESOME!!! She went above and beyond!! She not only asked what I wanted continuously but made sure he was involved! Did a very good job on his haircut, and then added a very temporary color which she let him pick and he was grinning from ear-to-ear! I unfortunately forgot to get her name however I remember what she looks like and if shes there I will wait for her! She definitely deserves to get recognized ❣️💯🌟🌟🌟💯

I came in on my lunch break from CTC classes for a drastic haircut. They got me in right away, and I left wonderfully pleased after losing 24 inches of hair! Cassie did an amazing job matching what I wanted from pictures, especially since I didnt have a great picture for the back! I am now only going to see her!

I typically go to great clips because its inexpensive and they usually get it right but today was awfully different. I walk in and am greeted kindly and then a stylist by the name of Renee asks me to take a seat so I do. She asks me if Im getting the regular but I explain to her that I want something a little different. I show her a few pics and so we go. She begins trimming my hair on the sides and within seconds my hair is gone, and then she goes to work on the top. The haircut could not have lasted more than 15 minutes and inside I want to yell but I decide to keep my composure. But anyways it was very sloppily done and at times when she was trimming my neck line and my ears and she was literally digging into my skin. It was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had at a great clips and Im not sure I ever want to return. My hair looks nothing like I wanted it to and instead it looks like a half-assed buzz cut. The sides are so uneven that I will be having to wear a hat to cover this atrocious hair.Renee I dont know if you were having a bad day or if you had somewhat of a hangover but please I do hope no one ever experiences this. I was generous enough to leave you a tip but please no more sloppy haircuts. I understand you want your money and if this is something you are somewhat passionate about then try to do it right and pay attention to detail. I sensed not even the slightest effort in what you did today.Thanks.

Have had my hair washed and straightened and many other great clips in the area. This location told me two different things. 1 they couldnt do it because they might get busy. 2 that they dont have great straightening products.

Do not come here, my husband went in yesterday, they rushed through the whole thing, horrible hair cut, he asked for a medium skin fade, I don’t know what they did because it look like they did layers, (not faded), and the hair on top was even worse. They also left a small hairless spot.

I have been here off and on before in the past. Ive never really had any great haircuts. But the last couple times was absolutely terrible. The the first lady didnt cut nearly enough off to clean up the split ends. I told her that I wasnt worried if she needed to take a couple inches off to make sure that split ends were cleaned up. When I went home and saw that the cut wasnt very good I came back the next day and a manager cut my hair again. When she cut my hair she took off much more than what I wanted and it was very chopped up and looked terrible. It is taking me months just to grow it back out to where it was before.

Went in for a cut. No wait, which I thought was good. Get seated in the chair, then while the stylist was getting the bib her phone started ringing. She answered it and disappeared for a few minutes. Contemplated walking out right away for that. Otherwise pretty much got what I asked for, a little short but no big deal, except she started trying to line up my hairline. No asking if thats what I wanted. Had to stop her right as she started, so one side of my head has a buzz spot. Not cool. Wont be going back.

TAYLOR did my husbands hair just botched his hair cut. He asked for it to be a little shorter on top. You took that information and decided to use freaking clippers instead of scissors. I cant believe this is happening right before Thanksgiving. He would have never asked for that type of hair cut. If I would have seen it right away I would have walked in and addressed you for doing this. Extremely sad and disappointed. Please listen and acknowledge what your customer is asking! Including pictures of her laziness and carelessness.

I never write reviews, but this place deserves it. I used the online checkin system and was given a 28 minute wait estimation. Ok, great. Went to Walmart quickly, then over to great clips to wait. Keeping the short Walmart stop in mind, I sat inside great clips for over 45 minutes, AFTER HAVING CHECKED IN ONLINE, only to have several people that weren’t on the list walk in and go before me. I’ll never get my time back, but I’ll certainly keep my money away from this place.

If you are looking for a relaxing wash, great service and style..THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!! Checked in req a cut, wash and blow dry for my long hair,the response was thats gonna take a while ( like complaining), so I didnt get the blow dry I didnt want to inconvenience anyone. The one that attended me washed my hair slapping my hair while talking to other employees got my face and clothes wet, cut my hair CROOKED, right side shorter :( worst experience ever!! Its pretty unprofessional to have posted business hours, but be closed during those hours for no apparent reason. Supposedly opens at 9:00am, but it was empty and locked up at 9:20, with not a soul in sight.

Stopped in to get my daughter a hair cut on January 31 and after waiting for 30 minutes. It was finally my daughters turn. But some one who signed up online got put infront of us even if we signed up 20 minutes before his name showed up. So the lady still had to skip us because of there policy. 20 minutes after we showed up that other person signed up online. The employee was nice about i mean she was following policy but common there should be something about coustomer service if a person has been waiting for 30 minutes. There was two people cutting hair but since the other employee had to take a personal call. Wish it would be handled better by corporate.

My wife went here and ahe got a haircut and it was horrible how they left her hair. She wanted just 2 inches and layers and to keep her V shape and the lady didnt even know how to do it and her response was well i dont know how to do that and she kept cutting. Spent 14$ for a disaster wish she could talk to a manager and get her hair fixed

The ladies that worked there talked among themselves about personal matters and did it in a loud and unprofessional matter. I like to feel relaxed when I get my haircut but this was not a relaxing experience for me, to be treated like I wasnt sitting there and listening to them talk about their personal problems. Lady with the red hair and blonde had a bad attitude because my daughters hair was tangled from being in a pony tail and bow. Choppy job on the hair cut serval strands she didn’t cut. She tried sucking up because she knew I was getting frustrated just in time to get a tip.

I came in for a trim and the stylist that was helping me got a phone call on her cell phone. She declined the call and went on washing my hair. She started cutting and after about 2 mins she got another call and said she was sorry but she had to take the call. She was gone for about 10 mins and another stylist came over and said im sorry I dont know where she went, but I can take care of you. Teresa did an excellent job making sure she knew what I wanted. She was on the floor alone and was also answering the phone. The original stylist did come out at some point and saId she was sorry and Teresa offered to just finish my cut. I never did see the other stylist come back out. If I had Teresa from the beginning I would give 5 stars, but because of the poor communication and customer service from the first stylist I gave 4 stars.

I tried hard to like this place but the haircutting is skills are lacking but I guess you get what you pay for. I went in requesting an angled bob and ended up with a very crooked uneven mess! On top of that, who cuts your hair dry?? I would not recommend, just dont do it....
