They truly care about serving their customers. Had hair recommendations on what style keeps longer. Braids aren’t too tight so they don’t pull on the edges. I’m very happy with the result. Haven’t braided my hair since I’ve been natural but now would 100% go there every time.Like

I love this place. I have been going here for about 4 years and I love it. Patience is a virtue. My hair always come out on point. Waiting is a little long but Im never disappointed. If you have the patience to let them do there thing, you will leave satisfied.... I highly recommend them

All around amazing. They start on time which is a huge plus for me! They are very reasonably priced and include hair for all types of styles. They speak English and arent rude in any way. They are fast at what they do, work with you on times. Did amazing on my Daughters hair as well, didnt do it tight around the edges so they wont break. Im definitely coming back again and again. Took my daughter to get her first ever box braids. I had initially called and let them know what i wanted she quoted me $160. Dropped my daughter off and it took them about 5 hrs. When i get there she said it would be $200. They do have a coupon on their website if you go on a Tuesday you get $10 off. I was there on a Tuesday and showed them the coupon she told me i couldnt use it since they had already given me a discount that the price was $220. Then they asked if i was paying with cash or card. I told them card, they said they wanted cash so i had to drive out of my way to my bank to get cash. Although they did a fair job on my daughters hair I doubt i will go back.

Excellent job by those girls. Perfect place to get your hair done at. Good services and comfortable environment. You will not regret spending your hard working money.

I have gone to this shop for year and usually they do a great job...this time however, I was told I would have 2 people working on my head but only had one, the toward the end they put a chick on my head that apparently did not know how to twist longer hair and my twist looked a mess in the area she braided. I called the owner the next mornin, voiced my concern and she told me to come in and they would fix it. Tell me why the had the same female who messed up my hair the first time working on my head again? I said I do not want her working on me she is the one who messed me up last night ...my request was completely ignored as they kept on working. Needless to say I will not be returning!

So yesterday I called to see how much it would be for my twist taken out and getting box braids. The lady on the phone said 150 to 180. I go to 0the shop and the ladies in the shop ask how they can help me. I told them I just called and the lady said to come on in. Needless to say that lady on the phone was not there. I got there at 10:30 and did not finish until 830. I paid 255 dollars to get my hair taken down, washed, and put back up. I use to go here a few years ago and could not remember why I stopped going. While sitting there I realize I stop going because Im always there for 8 or more hours and when I go anywhere else it only takes 5 hours. Then my color is not how I wanted it and my braids are not braided to the length it should be. Nevertheless I will not be going back.

Found Faith african hair braiding on Yp. I called on a Wednesday and asked when they would have an opening to get box braids done. Luckily, they had one in 3 days, I took it. Joy and Aisha braided my hair and the are awesome! Joy asked me about the style I wanted and she was very helpful in explaining some things that I did not know. She asked enough questions to understand exactly what I wanted. She was pleasant the whole time and also told me to let her know if a braid was too tight. The price was explained before she started so there were no surprises after she was done. I am extremely happy with Faiths work and I will go back.

LOOKING TO GET YOUR HAIR BRAIDED PROFESSIONALLY, DONT GO TO THIS SHOP.! THEY DONT VALUE LOYAL CUSTOMERS, THE INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE ABOUT MILITARY & BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT IS A LIE.! MY DAUGHTER WAS SITTING ALL DAY WAITING, AFTER 8-9 HOURS SHE WAS GIVEN BIG BRAIDS AN TOLD TO COME BACK TOMORROW.!! BEEN GOING HERE OVER A YEAR, SMH & On top of that I got a style I wasn’t satisfied with paid 80.00 for Faith to tell me I had to pay an additional 180...bihhh what? Wait on it 🙄

Ive been here several times but never left a rating for their services. Not only does these ladies lack knowledge of how to treat your real hair (using small tooth comb to comb thick hair, which obviously pulls your hair out) they lack the meaning of customer service! I am a stylist so Im aware of how hair should be treated and how they treated my head was certainly not the way a true stylist would have done...they pulled my hair so tight I thought my brains would come through my skull. On top of that the tv was EXTREMELY LOUD WHICH ADDED TO MY HEADACHE!

First and last experience. I researched shops online and took a chance on Faith. I spoke with one female over the phone to confirm and conversation was pleasant. Im looking for the same person once I get to the shop but NO! After a ten minute discussion as to the location of the person that was supposed to do my hair a along with another young lady trying to figure out who was going to do her hair, it made no sense to send both to another so one is left waiting. My selection was less difficult and time so I chose to stay.Now, lets get to pricing. The question, What did she tell you? My response, She didnt but since she was the one that was going to do my hair, I assumed we would discuss then. So, Im told $80 off the rip for 11 corn rows prior to this huge price banner being rolled out instead of posted on the inside like a business. $15 per row...GEEZ! More conversation but Im going to wrap this up. I inquire about the $10 military and told a bold and quick NO not on corn rows. I believe I was given the discount based off the look on my face versus was is clearly stated on the site. Im tired, hair down so lets braid. After shown photo a few times and specific instructions, my hair is neat but not what I asked. We watched a funny movie though.Customer service is an important part of building a business but location plays a factor. Because Killeen is small amongst other things it seems like if you go into one...Youve gone to all...... hmmmmmm. This is my third. Anyway, just my experience. Again, hair is ok but not worth the hassle.Oh yes, lets not get on the payment system. Dont advertise what you dont want to accept! Its a way to avoid paying taxes.

I scheduled an appt at 9 am today and no one was there , we waited about 30 mins and just went to another shop . very unprofessional. i tried to call but no one answered . ill never go there again

Will never schedule an appointment with them again they waited til got there to tell me my hair was too long for something I always get. I told i would pay whatever they still didnt want to do my hair, never again.

I will NEVER come to this shop again. I called a hour and a half in advance and scheduled an appointment. I got there early expecting to get seen, instead, i got attitude and got told to sit down and wait. I left! So rude and disrespectful.
