I had my hair cut by Tip Valdez and it’s the best hair cut I’ve ever had! She knows how to texture and style curly hair amazingly and does awesome dreads. Everyone at the salon is very friendly and chill. Definitely have that relaxed Key West attitude 😎

My wife Chris has tried numerous Hair Stylists in Key West over the years before going to Pam at Konch Kuts. Pam is very professional, and very locals friendly. The staff as a whole are always friendly, and the prices are extremely reasonable. I would recommend Pam and her colleagues to anyone who wants professional service as well as a friendly atmosphere.

First time in the shop and Lady cut my hair all wrong. When i told her it looked bad she responded with its just a hair cut so i asked for another person to fix it. Luckly one of the other barbers was able to save the cut which is why i give it 2 stars. I would suggest waiting on one of the guys to cut your hair they all look pretty competent. Dont let the lady cut your hair. Also they are not very good with customer service.

Very very bad went in for a perm said she had to layer it for the perm and cut all of my hair off and didnt even get a perm hair to short know know I look like a ugly duckling and made me pay for it. Her name was Pamela and told her I wasnt happy before I left and she said come back in a few months for a perm. Husband went back and everyone was extremely rude and refused to give money back. Pamela said she knows what she did and that was that. I would not recommend anyone go here for any of their hair needs. Worst place on the island and not local friendly at all. Went in for a perm and came out with my hair chopped.off short and no perm. She didnt do nothing I asked for and it didnt even bother her. I am miserable with the way I was treated and the outcome of the whole situation. HORRIBLE PLACE

I took my son and myself in for a haircut. I had been growing my hair out for several months and had a few inches of length going. I clearly stated I was growing my hair out. The stylist did not care. She hacked it all off. Thanks. Butchered the boy’s hair too, right before school pictures. Great. In retrospect, the stylists may have been drunk.

I have had my haircut here before, but the last time I went in I was ignored. I get my hair cut short, Ive been moving so it is grown out. But I was told by one of the male barbers there that he did not cut womens hair. My hair is no different from a mans hair and the style is very ordinary, short, over the ears. He didnt greet me, he just skipped me for a male customer who came in after me and told me he didnt cut womens hair. Neither of the women working there turned to greet me, I sat there for 30 minutes and finally left. No service establishment should treat any customer this way. I am a local. I wont go back and I wont send anyone else there.

Professional and clean great staff

I take my daughters (6-8) here to get their hair cut and the ladies are very sweet and accommodating. The price is as good as anywhere else in KW.

Call first. Showed up on a Sat at 410 to get a cut and was told closed. Standing here sweating my ass off after cruising across town and alas no haircut. Buddy said haircu,t he received was ok but pricey
