I absolutely love this place! The prices are super affordable! All the ladies that work here are super welcoming and are good at their job. I have curly hair and I am super picky on who cuts my hair so when Maricell cut my hair in long layers she made my hair come back to life and she recommended a product to use to make my hair less frizzy and I’ve been using it faithfully. So far so good. My pedicure was long over due and she did such a good job, my feet were super soft, scrubbed and massaged and the colors they have are awesome! I love bright neon colors and they have it all! The pedicure was $45 and my trim was $35. Great experience and the place is super cute! Can’t wait to go back and try out the Brazilian wax and a facial!

This was the WORST Brazilian wax experience…. More painful than it had to be, the waxing station was a mess, and the quality of the work done was awful.

From out of town. Nails needed to be done. Salon gorgeous. It is more of a local place. No habla es español. Had a rough time removing powder technique done previously, and do not offer. My fingernails have streaks (I could do that). Long wait, and took 2 hours+. Was not worth the $80 paid for ped-manicure. Would I go back? Nope and never. Extremely dissatisfied.

I went in to buy shampoo and conditioner for my dyed red hair . i told her very clearly i just need shampoo and conditioner for my dyed hair , so i need something that will keep my color in . not only is she trying to sell me everything under the sun that i dont need , she also sold me products for blonde hair . had i not caught that , it woudve ruined the red color . i went back to get a refund after doing research on the brand , finding out they dont even have any products for colored hair . they gave me 2 different shampoos and claimed both of them were for colored hair ! one was for damaged hair and the other was for shine , printed plain as day on the bottles .

What a total rip-off! Make sure to get a quote before coming here. I didnt and got charged $185 for basic haircolor (no highlights) and a cut. She spent about exactly one minute cutting my hair and it looks exactly the same as it did when I went in. I could have gotten the same results with a bottle of Nice and Easy and a trip to Borics. Its a beautiful salon and the people are nice, but I will not be back because its just way overpriced.

Very professional staff!!! . Gave me the exact color I wanted. Staffed treated me well . Offered me Coffee and water with refills.My hair came out very soft. I loved my blow out . Definitely will be back .

I can not even begin to explain how frustrated this salon made me. to begin with, 1/5 staff had their masks on properly, and the lady that did my nails did not. it took 2 hours and 45 minutes to finish my acrylic nails, and i can’t even describe how bad they look. in some spots my natural nail is showing through the powder. they didn’t ask for the shape, picked out their own color, and didn’t listen to me when i said i needed them to hurry. it was extremely overpriced. moral of the story is, NEVER GET YOUR NAILS DONE ON VACATION!!!

Honestly, I was a little sketch cause of the reviews BUT I just had the BEST pedicure in Key West for sure!!!! They are extremely clean, and they got down and dirty with my feet (a lot of places down here don’t) Thanks Maria and Maricell! You guys are awesome! I will be back for my facial and my new go to for my nails and feet!!!! Oh! And they have a lot of good colors neon and all! ;) super excited!

I came for highlights and left with a whole New look.Thank yoj Maricel. I Have had a great experience.The owner was very intentive to me. She alway offered Coffee and Water. The technician Washed my hair with care . She asked what temperature i wanted my hair washed. The staff always making sure i had enough to drink. I came as a walk in and was never turned away. I loved this. I went to other salons and they Would not treat me for weeks due to appointment. Coming to this salon is definetly an experience. Very luxurious look and very clean. Staff was constantly cleaning.

Ive been coming to this salon since 2015. I have done so many transformations. I have gone from Blonde to Brown. Brown to Copper. Copper to Blonde. Always with a smile and ready to assist with my transformation . I have always been treated with much care. The owner is always ready for my crazy mood change. She always greats me with a smile and says what are we doing today with such love. Her staff also helps me with my eyebrows and leaves them so perfect and beautiful everyone always compliments me. I have done my nails here and i love the technique. I’m not a big fan of the electrical drill in removing.so they always help with the fact of removing my nails with acetone and foils. They always know my preferred style. They always make sure im content with my visit. I started coming with very bad hair and transition to Kerastase . Since the switch My hair has gained strength to handle anything i throw at it. I overall love the products and how every product is Kerastase. The products smells so good. I definitely love coming and see familiar faces . Feels like family. Cant wait for my next transformation.

*****Warning***** Please find another hair salon if you do not want to be hit with a ridiculous bill for nothing and I mean a poor hair salon visit. Do your research PLEASE because this place changes you for only god knows what. I went for a temporary color and a cut and $195 surprising dollars later, I can truly say that this is the worst. I truly do not think that the person that did my hair went to cosmetology school or to any hair training school at all. After the TEMP color she washed my hair but I do not think she used any conditioner at all because my hair was to tangled when she was combing it out to blow dry and while blow drying it. I still have so much dead ends and my hair is still not even. The way she cuts is worse than a beginner to me. I did not have the heart to tell her it was a bad cut because I didnt want them in my hair any longer. Oh and they try to sell you everything under the sun which is all over $40.The only good thing I can say is that the shop looks nice and they have pleasant attitudes which is why I just paid and left before I wasn’t able to make my trip.

I just had the most bizarre salon experience of my life. So many bad things to even mention. 1. Pricing is odd, they do not have a website, a brochure, or listing of services. You have to ask the owner. I did ask, she said, $35 for haircut, $45 for shampoo, and $75 for blow dry. English is poor so wasn’t entirely sure if those were including haircut.2. My shampoo was miserable, there were a few times I pulled up cause she was yanking my hair so hard it hurt. No way did she rinse my hair out well.3. My hair cut took LESS than 12 minutes, she did not brush out well or part my hair. For 1 inch trim, she cut huge chunks and used a large paddle brush and lifted chunks of hair and chopped. I sat in horror. I was finished and got an elixir for my hair as they told me it was very dry.4. Checked out and it was $85. I didn’t get a blow dry just the haircut and a small bottle of oil. I will never return! My hair looks awful, I was hopeful her strange cutting techniques would dry just fine but NO. I want to bawl! I am at a loss what to do, other than have it recut and take even more off! I am literally sick about the whole ordeal!

Went In here to get my hair lightened then darkened and the roots PLUS A TRIM! Left with dry broke damaged hair that I had to cry about the rest of the night . Paid 400$ for my hair to be falling out in hand fulls when I got home . Have been here before never had this ever happen to me until yesterday . They Left the bleach on way to long . So busy only one person cutting hair and everyone else running around like a chicken with their head cut off . STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE . Will never go near here again can’t even stand walking past it ! BEWARE

Watch out for this place. I went there to ask what they would charge for a color touch up and was quoted a price that seemed fair. I booked an appointment and when I was done they charged me more than double the quote.

Way to over priced. I asked for my short hair to be straightened.. it came out wavy and didnt last long. Along with getting my eyebrows done.. the cost was $90. Though I did tip because I do that in every establishment.. I shouldnt of.

I contacted salon ahead of time for price of haircut and they quoted 35.00. When I arrived, they informed me that didn’t include blowing my hair dry after the cut which was another 30.00. I felt scammed as I don’t think it’s common to expect someone to leave with wet hair having no idea what haircut looks like. I requested long layers but got short layers. The salon itself is nice but I won’t go back.

The worst hair cut in my entire life.I showed the lady two pictures of the hair cut I wanted. Asked her multiple times if that is something she can do, which she assured me that she can. After waiting over 30 minutes in the chair, and having another women try to force me into buying their products, finally the hair stylist comes. She spends about 4 minutes on cutting my hair. Chopped off several inches!!!! And done...$50 and I walked out looking nothing like the hair cut I asked for.Will never ever go back there!!!!

WARNING! This place will charge you for every EXTRA thing they do, e.g. shampoo, blower, etc.Theyll ask you of course if you like to have those EXTRAS, but without telling you the extra cost. So make sure to ASK, otherwise youll be ending up paying a lot of EXTRA money. Note: employees are excellent!

I would have given them 4. Stars, however my last experience was not good. I has made an appointment with the stylist who had cit my hair the first two times because he had done such a good job. This time, after specifically asking for him when I made my appointment, someone else did it. The stylist I requested was no where to be seen. I told the new stylist I just wanted a trim, I did not like it really short, she dId not listen, she made it very short. I should have told her I didnt like it but was too upset. $65 for a haircut I dislike, not good.

~They Overcharge and ruined my hair color...I was left with two different shades of blonde,which i then had to buy toner and fix it myself...other salons like Kai & Co. do a way better job. I do not recommend going to this place.

As hairdresser myselfe I was really disappointed about the awful cut, especially because the chief of the store made it. She had only 15 minutes for it and the cut was not even finished. I would never come back, not to be recommended. I hoped for something ways better than that.

Ive been going here for prob 5 years even since they were on white street. Every time I go I walk in without an appointment and every time its better and better. Highly recommended and prices are great.

Came here to use a gift voucher a la 50 $, place was overfull with staff but no customers. Everybody seemed very confused and when I asked for what I needed, they started to offer me other products that I already have. It took them 20 minutes to find a hair dryer and then they wanted to sell me a used one for 180 $. They had put it in a new box and fortunately I took it out and looked at it, and it was full of hair and dust. Then I got another one and hurried out of there! Im a local, but I will never go back. They try to sell you all weird products and you get more or less attacked by different staff that does not know what they are doing.

I didn’t ask the price for a pedicure. I paid 50% more than l ever had. Inexperienced, non English speaking person performed it. She was shaking, and pedicure was the worst, most unprofessional job ever! I don’t recommend at all.

Horrible and overpriced. I dont even pay that much for a pedicure in NY. No drying machines so you walk out with wet toes and it is ruined immediately. The only thing they ask in English is Where are you from? I think that is a clue to charge more if you are not local. Dont go here!

I have been coming to this salon for months, the staff is friendly and professional. However, after my last visit, I will not be coming back and definitely not recommending it to anybody. The technician that I normally get my mani/pedi was off that day and so I was given to a new technician who was quite friendly although her nail painting techniques were not the best. I wanted a simple french manicure but the first time she painted it, she used 2 different shades of white, which looked horrible and when i asked her if she could use just one, she seemed a bit confused by that request. The second attempt at a french manicure came out clumpy, uneven and all the nails had air bubbles in the polish. I asked one last time if I could just do a solid color and she readily agreed, saying it was not problem and that she wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Well I was, the color came out great and I was going to make sure I tipped her accordingly. However, when I went to pay the owner, Maricel, told me that I would be charged an additional $20 for changing my mind about the nail color. Well she didnt tell me so much as she hid in the back and sent one of her staff to relay the message. I was NEVER told at ANY point that there would be an additional charge! I understand the amount of work the technician put into the manicure and I was going to tip her very well for her trouble. But now due to Maricels greedy practices (and shameless product plugs, I mean you cant step foot in that place without her trying to sell you something majorly expensive and unnecessary) I will not be returning and warning my customers and friends to stay away.
