This nail shop was right near my house and I wanted to give it a try. The employees were very kind and welcoming.The prices are amazing! I took my daughter with me and we were amazed by the results, overall customer service is great and it only took about 45min. I highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for months and the last two times I’ve gone the person that did my nails was just flat out bad. The two last fills I’ve gotten here are so amateur quality I literally could have done a better job. I included a picture so you can see the guy that did it didn’t even fill the nail the whole way…it’s just so bad. I had to book an appointment somewhere else while I was still there. Punctuality wasn’t the best either. I always leave a tip when I go to salons and my last experience was so awful I couldn’t even bring myself to leave anything as a tip. It seems it’s time to start going to Miami for nails too.

I don’t usually do bad reviews because I don’t like ruining any businesses credibility but I was just so disappointed with my nail job today I feel like crying. I’m supposed to go on vacation today and do not time to get them fixed.. this is how my nails were left

The customer service was TERRIBLE! I walked in and immediately got an attitude from one of the people that worked there. They did an awful job. I will never go back. Do yourself a favor and find another nail salon!!!

I have been coming here for several years now and I always leave satisfied. The nail techs take pride in their work and it shows with the end result. Pedicures are amazing. Everyone is very friendly and it has a laid back atmosphere. What I like most is that they dont just try to crank out as many people as they can. They take their time with every service you get.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years and never had a problem. Today we had appointments for two pedicures they gave someone else our spot who didn’t have an appointment then left me sitting in the water without the jets on for 20 min. I asked for new water when someone finally came over because it was cold now. He put even colder water in. I also asked for the deluxe pedicure and did not receive it even though the stuff for it was sitting next to the chair. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I received today as I usually have a great experience. I don’t mind the wait but Sitting in a bowl of water for 20 min while they took new clients after me was pretty rude. Not sure I’ll be coming here again sadly.

Went in especially for Dip nails (powder) and they didn’t disappoint. First impression was very welcoming. Showed me straight to the colors. Set me straight up with Tony. Pedicure technician did not know how to trim ingrown toenails on both big toes. He asked for help; and another technician came to trim with his own tool. Shortly thereafter, both big toes had a nail fungus. Two years later, I’m steal fighting the fungus on one big toe.

I went to the Key West Nail Lounge after being recommended it by a friend. I got both a pedicure and gel manicure for a very reasonable price. Thu did an excellent job and I will definitely be back.

I came in for a last minute pedicure and full set of acrylic dip nails hours before my elopement. The pedicure was great but Eric, who did my acrylic dip nails, was phenomenal. He is a true perfectionist and for someone who hadnt had fake nails for many many years, he exceeded any and all expectations. They have the best prices in Key West and the quality is that of a 5 star salon. Thank you Eric - you are awesome!

I came in for a dip mani and gel pedi. I only had one color wheel to choose from, none of which I liked but found a shade of blue that would suit me. Tell me how a matching set turns out with navy blue fingers and periwinkle toes? I was asked to come back another day to have it fixed...no thanks, maybe if there wasnt a small child running around the shop climbing into tech laps they could pay attention to their jobs.

Great pedicure and didnt break the bank at $35 + tip for the classic, you can upgrade for more $. I left feeling nice and relaxed from the foot massage and when the chair massage is pretty great too, both my hubby and I loved it, well def be back! You must make a reservation now because of Covid but that was nice bc we didnt have to wait and was nice and quiet for our morning appointment :)

True that the guys are make customers uncomfortable. The guy who made my nails put so much powder on my nails that I went home and cut it all down. It looked like an eagle claws. Not experienced. I should never pay $5 for this. Not $45. They think it is all good and when you complaining they get angry and tell you they right... so sick of Key West Asian nail jobs cause they want to make fast money....

Ben is the one I had do my nails when I went for the first time. Hooked!!! He does amazing and I am very weird about changing nail salons. I am so glad I did! If it wasnt for my cousin needing a touch up and picking up the bill I never would have came. Ben ALWAYS does an AMAZING job! I trust his judgement as far as if i need more white or to trim them. I only do pink and white and like them longer. He ALWAYS does great and is consistent

My experience with Lucy was great. She did a classic pedicure which was very detailed and exceptional. She also did a lower leg, bikini and underarm wax for me. She was great, has 20 years experience.But it was $131 for those 5 services which is very high. The salon is chill.

I had fun being able to chit chat during my time there with friendly and humorous staff. This was certainly one of my favorite visits to a nail salon. The pedicurist that was doing my nails today made a HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE comment and it wasnt even addressed. All I asked was for oil on my nails. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a business establishment in my life .

Hard to find,(in Bealls Oulet strip mall down at the far end), but so worth the effort. Great service- they all speak excellent English, beautiful nails, and great price. I will be back!!!!

The Nail Lounge by far is the best nail salon I have been to. Very professional staff. Everyone speaks english so there is no confusion about what you want done. Its a new facility with ventilation at every station so no smell of fumes. Very clean and well decorated. They were super busy so I had two different people do my manicure which was great because I was able to test out multiple staff in one session and they were outstanding. I have never had a better manicure in my life. I own a day spa and we dont offer nail services so I will be referring all of my clients to The Nail Lounge. Dont book anywhere else. You wont regret it!

I went here today,they did a really good job I thought that just the nail polish would look awful,but as it turns out it looks like the first time I got my nails done (they were dip)and they were so cheap like 10$ for and amazing service.Although there were some tips on the ground it was a pretty nice experience.

I got the herb pedicure which Ive never even heard of anything like that before, however that was the best thing ever. Im definitely going to tell my nail tech about the whole experience when I go back to her. I had broken a couple of nails so I had to go in and my feet needed attention so I tried that. The nails were good very good but the pedicure was second to none.

I was here yesterday. A great nail salon and a wonderful tech. Tom took great care in removing a product that another salon in Searstown had applied too thickly and incorrectly. It took a long time - but Tom was incredibly patient. He then applied the right product and my nails look fabulous. Dont hesitate to try Key West Nail Lounge!

I had the BEST experience at Nail Lounge. I’m visiting Key West for 1 month on business. I am VERY picky about my pedicure and I did a lot of research before deciding where to go. I am so happy I went here. The lady that did my pedi really took her time. She made sure that every inch of my foot was smooth, she made sure that every piece of cuticle was removed, my nails were even and filed nicely. This honestly was the best pedicure I’ve ever got (and I’ve been doing my feet every 2 weeks for the past 15 years) They also had a VERY large polish color selection, which was nice. They’re a little pricey, I’ve never paid $35 for a basic pedicure but it was well worth it, and let’s be honest, everything in the Keys is expensive.

When I got there, the girl was on the phone not taking any customers yet(keep in mind this was 10 minutes after they opened). There were no workers there until 10-15 minutes after I got there. When I got my nails done the person doing my nails was more worried about the TV show that was currently playing. People are very very LOUD there. Also, they do your nails kinda good but sloppy at the same time. I recommend not going here or any nail place on the Island! My total came out to be 100.00 for 2 nail paintings and 2 eyebrows waxed! Unbelievable...

This place is a loud circus! One guy that works there in particular was talking loudly the entire time. My pedicurist completely rushed through and did not ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted. Will not be returning 👎🏼

Don’t waste your time here without an appointment. Was in town having my car serviced and stopped by on a weekday morning for a pedicure. An extremely rude receptionist informed me I needed an appointment or it would be hours until I could get a pedicure. Back to the friendly nail salons in my hometown.....

I dont know that Ill be back after my last visit. My tech and my pedicure were great, but the two younger guys that work there made the experience uncomfortable. One of the guys was constantly flirting with my tech and I could tell it was making her uncomfortable. When she would shift in her chair, he would circle around, attempting to stay in her space and making me uncomfortable as I was just trying to relax and enjoy my pedicure. I could overhear the other young man talking to his customer about getting a catheter, a conversation she seemed embarrassed and uncomfortable with, after she mentioned that she needed to go to the restroom. My tech did a great job, but the overall experience wasnt one that Id like to revisit. The place seemed like it was being run by teenage boys.

Nail Lounge is hands-down (pun intended :)) the most well-ventilated nail salon I’ve been to in Key West. There are others that do a great mani-pedi, but where the chemical fumes are extremely strong. We were there late afternoon on a busy day, and I could barely detect an odor. I appreciate the investment that Nail Salon has made in this health and safety feature, not only for its clients but also for its staff. Everything here is assuredly sanitary, from foot bath liners to the use of implement sets for each client that have been sanitized and individually packaged. And, this salon does beautiful work!

Great staff, this place is frequented by the locals. My SNS nails were the perfect thinness and the pedi was relaxing. Clean place, good color selection, and my tech had great attention to detail. Ill update later with a long-term wear report.

Great place to get your nails done, but I recently had the most horrible and embarrassing experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I came in and got my toes done and then my nails done afterwards.we were trying to match them together but it ended up not being comparable so the tech went ahead and just changed my toes. I was okay with that. When I got home I realized that my nails felt really bumpy and rough and scratchy, my toes already had chipped also. I wasn’t upset I just gave a call and I was able to come in and get fixed up. While I’m getting my nails fixed by another tech the tech that did the work for me came up and literally started arguing with me, I kept saying that I wasn’t upset and that I don’t think he isn’t a good nail tech because he is. ANYWHO that was embarrassing but that wasn’t the end of it. I left happy, but uncomfortable to be honest, like who wouldn’t ?. I made an appointment with the same nail tech because again I don’t think he’s terrible , he’s actually good. I come in wait an hour.... no problem. He comes up to me while I’m sitting on the couch with other clients and says that he does not want to do my nails, that he doesn’t care if I’m the customer but he also has a say. I was in shock like what ? , why? I made an appointment with you. He goes ahead and grabs another lady sitting on the couch and begins on her instead. I waited 2hrs before I was seen. The tech was still mad at me for NOT liking the work I had previously gotten from him so he decided to just not see me anymore. I was so embarrassed and hurt. I wasn’t pleased with my nails that’s all, I came back & made an appointment with him so it wasn’t like I didn’t like his work. I’ve been going there for about 2-3 months & now I’m just so hesitant on even stepping into the salon, no one should feel like that when they’re getting their nails done. I guess All I can say is I don’t recommend Tom unless your okay with keeping your mouth closed even if you aren’t pleased with the work given. He just might take you off his list also.Great place just a horrible experience :(

Went in for a mani and pedi with a friend. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly.Greeted as we walked in, they had our appointment and we were in a chair in no time. They use individual pumice bars, a liner for the pedicure tub and all tools are sterilized and not reused on people throughout the day. A first of its type in Key West.

I’ve had the worst experience here, let me start from the beginning. I came to do mani and pedi,chose 2 colors I liked but wasn’t sure if I want to go with them,so here comes the man that ruined my mani,he didn’t say hi,was very quick, just sat there for 10 min doing something with my nales,almost as if he was in a rush, at the end when he started putting nail polish on, he didn’t even ask if I want to go whith this color or not,just kind of buttered it on. I already felt like he is doing me a favor,so didn’t ask him to remove it. When I checked his work,I noticed a lot of nail polish around my nails on the fingers and asked if he can remove it, he was giving me an attitude like i’m asking something he isn’t supposed to do and for some reason he got angry. It is literally your job to make your customers feel taken care of and happy. You have to do your job right. The man is a complete disaster, so is my manicure. Didn’t like the color or the shape. He is not a professional and a very disrespectful man. I don’t recommend doing your mani with this tattooed person.
