Dr. Hamner is the best doctor in the Tri-Cities. He knows his stuff and thanks to him, I was taken off some medications I should not have been given in the first place. He takes his time, he studies your information and is patient and kind. Something that is rare to see in such a popular figure in the medical field, and in particular this community.Im grateful to Dr. Hamner for his work and would not hesitate to list him as a #1 source in Tri Cities for sleep apnea or any other pulmonary issues you may have.

The gal at the front desk on the suite B side is rude and unprofessional. I sure how she acquired and keeps her job. Shot nurse is amazing. Dr is ok so far.

I had a sleep study and the place was dirty. There was dried urine on the toilet seat. The technician said that the cleaning service only comes in twice a week. The sleep studies run 7 days a week.

I enjoy my service from doctor Hamner, on the other hand... the office that sales the equipment is a disaster. I cant believe what I ended up paying for equipment. I go to Apria for equipment now. Amazing difference.

Met with the staff for the first time this week. This was also my first venture out with my infant son. They greeted me straight away and helped me with my son as I didnt have enough arms to hold him, the car seat, the baby backpack as there was paperwork to be completed and blood pressure cuff, etc. Dr. Hamner was professional and kind, genuinely interested in my medical history, what my sleep was like and what to expect next with a sleep study. He walked me to scheduling, scheduling walked me to their sleep clinic and then I was given a tour of the room situation. Later that evening, I received an email to a medical portal link of which to read my notes from my first visit, then the next day receiving another email to review my visit with them. Very thorough!! Im very happy I came here.

Definitely do not recommend this place, I was there a couple a weeks ago with my mother and was told by the receptionist that our insurance would cover all our expenses for our medical bills, and when calling in they were very uncoordinated and not resourceful at all, he used the term “well life happens and you are just stuck with that” when talking about my bill! I hope the state figures this thing out!!! This is ridiculous!!!

BEWARE! PREDATORY BILLING PRACTICES! CONSULTS ARE NOT FREE. You will be billed hundreds of dollars after you agree on a free consult.The behavior of the employees and especially the son, are not only unprofessional but unimaginable coming from a practice if care.Do not go here, you will be disappointed.

This man and his awesome staff have bent over backwards to take care of their patients. Hope he never retires.

Was treated with great disrespect. Avoid this practice! They are dishonest about their pricing, they bill out hundreds of dollars for just a few minutes of actual consultation with a doctor, and have staff that is dismissive and defensive on the phone. This office represents the worst of what is wrong with our medical systme today. Have filed a formal complaint with the state

Tried to make an appointment, was informed that I could not due to a no show in 2015. I travel for work and must have forgot about it. Receptionist did not want to work with me at all.

My husband and I both see Dr. Hamner. We have found no issues with their staff. I feel that they have always been courteous and willing to assist us with whatever we needed. Dr. Hamner cares about both of us and is always willing to go the extra mile. As far as billing, that is up to your insurance carrier. If you have less than desirable insurance, you will have to pay more. I feel that the amount that we pay is fair. I have had issues with billing as far as having two accounts and the wrong account being credited but it was fixed quickly when I called in and have never had another problem. There are so many doctors out there. Good luck to all who were not happy here but as for me and my husband, we will stay with Dr. Hamner and his staff until he decides to retire. Thank you, Dr. Hamner, and staff for always being so good to us.

Was given false information by the receptionist about billing when making the appointment. They have done nothing to rectify situation besides blame me for believing their own receptionist about billing.

Took 4 months to get back to me about my referral even after calling multiple times. Then run late due to sleep problems, and even though this is a sleep doctor, and I waited 4 months to try to see, they wont see me.

Do not go to this man!Because I am not an overweight, older, male, he dismissed my sleep problems with very little investigation. He didnt bother to look beyond the symptom of not falling asleep during the day. I didnt fit in his tight little diagnostic, so he didnt make an effort.I went to a different sleep doctor (Dr.Ironside) and he figured it out right away: structural sleep apnea. I stop breathing 8 times an hour and never leave the 2nd stage of sleep. Go see Dr. Ironside!
