Got a lash lift and tint here and it was amazing! The staff was friendly and professional and my lashes looked great afterwards! Would definitely recommend for any lash services!

I was very disappointed! As a new patient, I arrived ahead of time to do the paperwork. I also brought my meds with me. She walked into the room and said her time short and we need to hurry. She asked if I had written down my medication and I gave her my list. She ordered my prescriptions off my list. I am not a Dr. And I do not write prescriptions. I ended up with 3 scripts were written wrong, one was changed from 1 pill every 8 hours to 3 pills every 8 hours! The other two were suppose to be extended release. All of my prescriptions were on file, yet she went of my list?? Wont go back!

Dr. Martin is truly a top-notch physician. However, her office staff made so many errors and excuses, I made the decision to leave her practice.

Dr Martin runs a business with shady and unethical practices. I was wrote a script that I was told my insurance did not cover I was told I could buy this prescription directly from their office and if I bought it from a pharmacy I would pay more. This was not the case as my insurance does cover this, after having the script sent to my pharmacy all that was needed is authorization from dr, i called the pharmacy and was told that my dr said my insurance denied coverage. Next day called my insurance company and was told that they had not denied this as my lab results that were needed from my dr had never been sent in as that is what my insurance needed. Made multiple attempts through emails to (Regina) to make contact with this office to get my lab results after 3 weeks and still have not received these results nor a response to emails. Will not recommend this place and will be taking further steps to report these practices.

Dr Martin did not show up for my husbands 1st appt with her. He sat in her office for over an hr! That same day I had an appt and received a call from the receptionist who said she had a medical emergency and wasnt able to make it in, would I like to reschedule? ( my husband heard the receptionist talking to dr.martin and that was not the case.) She also was impersonal for my 1st appt., didnt want to get to know my history of ailments. I had brain cancer in 99 and have chronic migraines/headaches, and need pain meds for them, fibro, and hashimotos. My previous primary care left, whom we loved and was referred to Dr. Martin. My previous PC was compassionate, took time with us ect. I called to ask for an increase in my pain meds. Her response was no, no appt to find out why. But, they were more then glad to see me for all my refills that couldve easily been done over the phone. Then to top it off the last two bills were billed out of network, which cost me more. I had to call my insurance and alert them of this. The staff is unorganized and messages dont get communicated. I do not recommend this office if your looking for compassionate, personal, doctors, whom you want have a relationship with. I was highly disappointed with the bedside manner.

I booked three weeks in advance because that is the least amount of time you can have to wait in Tri Cities for appointments for new patients. I was told one of their doctors took my med insurance but the other did not. When I showed up the receptionist (Regina) couldnt have cared less that I was in substantial pain when she said yeah we made a mistake, we dont take your insurance. Now I am stuck waiting another month to get in to see a new doctor since my old one has switched jobs. Whats worse is the office manager is the one that made a mistake and told me they did take my insurance. This place clearly only cares about making money, not taking care of hurt people or doing the right thing. Even when I offered to pay cash they said, nothing we can do for you. The receptionist and office manager should be working somewhere other than were they are because they clearly care nothing for the patients.
