I have always had pleasant experiences with Dr. Bailey. The dental hygienist to clean my teeth this last time was probably the best I’ve had in my life. Very gentle did a very thorough job and greatly appreciate it. I would recommend Dr. Bailey and his staff to anyone looking for a dentist.

I was having issues thinking it was just sensitivity but I decided to call to see if Dr Bailey could squeeze me in because I was in a great deal of pain. He made an exception and was able to see me on Friday afternoon. I found out I had an infection and he prescribed an antibiotic & pain meds to help me get some relief and get through the weekend. I love everyone in this office. They are so kind. I would recommend them to anyone needing excellent dental care.

Excellent dental care and service. The front desk lady is amazing!!!! She is so kind and welcoming. She made accomodations for my situation and didnt make me feel like I was a burden. I had my first dentist appointment in several years today, I was so nervous but everyone at Dr. Bailey’s office was really lovely. My hygienist Cierra showed me my X-rays and took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. After years of being anxious to go to the dentist, I’m really happy to have found this place.

Best dentist in KC. I have been seeing Dr. Bailey for over fifteen years, and even after moving farther away, I still drive an hour to continue seeing him. He is so gentle (I have dental anxiety, but he puts me at ease), Miss B at the front desk is so nice and amazing, and I never feel embarrassed about any work I have to have done. I can’t recommend enough.

I ❤️ My dentist and all of their staff!! When I walk in it’s like a family environment. They know their patients by name. If you’re looking for a great dental team they’re the way to go. Prior to going to Bailey Dental I had a bad dental experience through a different dentist. One that left me crying and later going somewhere else to just get the tooth pulled. After that experience I hadn’t been to the dentist for along time. Going to doctor Bailey was actually my first time going back since. Often times I get complimented on my smile and thought that I want to love my smile as much as others do. So I asked around about who’s the best dentist to go to and that’s how I came across Dr. Bailey. I love that they text you ahead of time and the day of to remind you of your appointment. The place was easy to find and very clean. I didn’t have to wait long at all in the waiting room. Everyone there is welcoming. I appreciate Bailey dental for being patient with me and providing me a positive dental experience.

I’ve been going to Dr Bailey for about 15 years now and he’s always been great.

Dr. Bailey has been our family dentist for more than 10 years and we have never had a bad experience. He and his staff are always very pleasant and do their jobs well. The dental assistants and hygienists do a good job cleaning our teeth and Dr. Bailey has provided excellent dental care including fillings and crowns with efficiency and good humor. I have never had trouble getting appointments at my desired times and when I have needed emergency work, he has gotten me in on the same or next day. When I arrive for my appointment I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get started and it’s usually less than that. Recently, Dr. Bailey added a new dentist to his staff, Dr. Garner, whom I met as he looked over my teeth after a routine cleaning, I found him to be congenial and believe he’ll be a good fit for this clinic.

I recently went to Dr. Bailey’s office for a cleaning and then today for the start of some overdue dental work. Everyone in the office is so nice. Ashley up front has been SO accommodating to my crazy mom brain and schedule. Ashley the hygienist was so sweet and proficient and Dr. Bailey is so nice and took great care of me. Would recommend this wonderful neighborhood office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

They scheduled me for three weeks in advance with their long wait time with COVID-19. This makes sense, but then they canceled my appointment a few days prior. They then wouldnt schedule me until 4 weeks after this. This is incredibly unprofessional, and I would advise to not even bother scheduling here. Plus the receptionist had an attitude to top it all off. In then end I was going to have to wait more than a month and half because of their mess up.

Great team! Professional and friendly. Prompt service; today I was in the seat before my appointment. Mindy did a great job on the cleaning. Always a great time conversing with everyone.And a bonus, when my crown went in February, they did a great job eliminating my meat gap. Since the fix, my spend on daily floss has dropped. I can eat meat again without wedging 3 oz in between my 2 teeth. No longer does a dinner setting have to include a steak knife and floss.Don’t worry, I still floss, just not at the sight of meat.One very satisfied customer!!!!

23 years old and I got my first filling ever done here with Dr. Bailey. I was super nervous and didn’t know what to expect. I was especially nervous about getting shots in my mouth. But he was supper quick and jumped right in and gave me the shots to numb me and to my surprise it didn’t hurt at all not one bit! I highly recommend he was super quick and efficient!!

Needed emergency extraction. They got me in immediately. The staff is kind, caring and unhurried. Dr. Bailey was open and very clear about process. He wants to answer all the questions so that fears are put to rest. When my stubborn tooth refused his best efforts he got me into an oral surgeon immediately and discounted his price to help cover the cost of the surgeon. Dr. Frank Bailey is a stellar example of the best care and honest service. If you aren’t visiting his office for dental care, you are missing out!!

I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE This Dental Office! Lets be Honest. The dentist is not always our favorite place to go. When I visited this office, I had no idea how I was going to come up with the funds for my dental work. The Office Manager, Stacey sat down with me and put my mind at ease. She talked to me about what was most important first and we went at my dental in steps that I could manage. They saved my smile!!!!!!! I was afraid I would never be able to smile again. She is more like a counselor! She is a true asset! The dentist was so nice and friendly! Thanks to this place, Ill never be afraid to visit the dentist again, and I know my dental needs will always be covered! RELIEF at last.

Dr. Bailey is a very nice man. This may sound like a lazy description, but its the kind of nice that you just didnt think existed anymore. Almost chats with you as if hes known you for years. Hes also very patient with answering questions, and never seems hurried or inattentive. The staff and office personnel are welcoming, yet professional.

Ive never had a dentist do so little work. He pawns all his work on to his assistants. Billing is a joke! I kept getting bills in the mail that were covered by my insurance for over a year that they said would be taken care of and never were. When I called my insurance company they either didnt file or provide the right information. Dr. Bailey also sent me to have root canals that I didnt even need.

Amazing staff, front desk was phenomenal! They made you feel welcomed immediately and the hygienist and assistant were so polite and knowledgable! Dr. Bailey came in and was very polite and personable, will recommend to all my friends and family!

I took my daughter there for extraction of 4 baby teeth, two of which had been loose for quite some time but were hanging on by just a bit. Dr. Bailey was very sweet, he took great care of her. When I received my statement from insurance, I was appalled by how much my insurance company was billed - $240/tooth. At least they wrote off a large portion of that, but I never signed a treatment plan so I did not even know how much they were going to charge me or my insurance.

My hygienist was very professional with patience during my cleaning appointment.

This is not a slight on Dr Bailey or his dental staff. They are great. This review is the admin staff and billing. We were told by multiple people that they would accept our Humana insurance back in June 2015 but would not accept it January 1, 2016.Because of this information we scheduled cleanings in June and December because they were completely covered by insurance. We were very happy with Dr Bailey to the point we got new insurance to take effect Jan 1, 2016. Well, we started getting bills and the staff would say that they are still submitting the bill. We called Humana last week and they told us the office had never signed a contract with Humana as of June 2015.Not one staff member told either of us and we have called and been in the office multiple times since June 2015. Not once did anyone tell us. If we knew they didnt accept our insurance we you have found a different Dentist. Either this an extreme case of gross incompetence or someone trying to keep us because we dropped fifteen grand worth work their way without batting an eye. Either way we will not return because of the constant issues with the admin staff.This is a shame because we like Doctor Bailey.

Went to this dentist because they were close to home. I had been attending my other dentist for years, but they are a 25 min drive away. I tried it, service was ok, facility was ok, but my bill came in the mail literally one year later. Not happy getting unexpected bills in the mail a year later. Wont be going back.
