Dr Bruso and his staff provided us with a great experience!! My daughter felt very comfortable with her procedure and everything was explained very clearly. I would highly recommend this dentist office.

I normally don’t write up google reviews, but I need to share that I love Dr. B’s office. Very talented staff. I always get right in the chair without waiting, and I’m in and out the door in about 45 minutes. Extremely friendly, professional crew that provides excellent hospitality and service. I moved about 20 minutes further away from this location a couple of years ago but I’m more than willing to still make the trip.

When it comes to being a patient, I am the definition of the worst. I had to have a tooth extracted, and I had a lot of anxiety over the anticipation of the appointment. That anxiety caused me to cancel the appointment many times. As we all know, when appointments are cancelled, it can mess up your whole day. Regardless of the many inconveniences I caused Dr. Bruso and the staff with my cancellations, they remained so kind and professional throughout the entire process. The day of the tooth extraction, Dr. Bruso and his assistant were so kind and understanding of my anxiety. This was a pretty extreme operation, but I didnt feel a thing! Dr. Bruso made sure to numb me correctly, and explained everything as he did the procedure. The assistant continued to ask me if I was ok throughout the procedure. I couldnt believe how easy the procedure ended up being. 5 stars! This place truly is AMAZING!!

Amazing doctor, and a great staff! They were all very flexible and extremely helpful in my time of dire need. I walked in to their office with the mother of all toothaches due to a bad infection. If there is a worse place than hell, I was in it. After a thorough exam and subsequent root canal, I walked out of there a new man! I would have hugged and kissed every last one of that great staff if it were socially acceptable. I cant thank them enough. 10 stars!!

After moving downtown, I found out about Dr. Bruso. He has been taking care of my wifes and I, dental needs, and is always giving us the best service. Him an his team are very professional and knowledgeable at what they do. I definitely would recommend this dental office for any dentistry needs.

The best experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. I had tooth pain while traveling through KC, and their office got me in within a couple hours. Did an emergency root canal, out the door by 3pm. I didn’t even have to take an Advil.From reception to billing to the actual procedure, Dr. Bruso and his team has got it right!

Hi my name is Lane Adams not Madison. I dont know why its showing that. ANYway Dr Brusso was able to straighten and fix all my front and bottom teeth after years of neglect. I actually am smiling again. HE has love devotion and patience of a Saint. I live in Baton Rouge and travel to him because he is the best out there. I urge travelers who have emergencies while vacationing to let his magic hands take away your pain. If there were 10stars he would have them all. Plus wonderful staff as well.

I was referred to Dr.Bruso by a friend when I let her know I had a dentist appt. coming up. She told me to cancel it and come to Dr.Bruso instead and I am so glad she convinced me to! It is downtown KC and they have a parking garage that provides free parking. From the garage it is a little tricky to find the office, there are multiple catwalks from building to building, stairs and elevators that you have to use to get there. I had to call the office on my way to my appt. and they were able to talk me though where to go. The office is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful and actually care. They have your best interest in mind, they are very informative and are very understanding. I will turn any friend looking for a dentist in his direction. I broke a tooth and they were able to make it look like nothing happened! His dental assistant Jessica O. was very nice and careful while working with me as well. I look forward to continuing my visits with Dr.Bruso!

I recently moved to Kansas City and this was my first visit to Dr. Bruso. I will definitely be returning. Ann was extremely helpful and polite, my hygienist Amanda was great, and Dr. Bruso took the time to make sure I understood everything we were looking at.

Great hygiene team! My dental cleanings are always fast, easy and painless. The entire office is modern with large flat screen TVs throughout. Every visit is always a great experience!

What a caring and gracious Dentist. Dr. Bruso has done both Crowns and Implants for me, giving me an incredible smile. He took great care to be certain I was not experiencing any pain and was comfortable and then called me on evenings and weekends just to check in on my progress. I couldnt ask for more. My smile is now near perfect and looks completely natural. A five star experience.

I have never posted a negative Google review, but in this instance I want to warn people before they undergo expensive procedures that will be performed incorrectly and/or are not necessary. I would recommend seeing a different dentist, especially if you are considering Invisalign. See an orthodontist. I went to Dr. Bruso for years, but switched to a different dentist this year. I am having a completely different, and positive, experience with Invisalign since leaving Brusos office. My trays and attachments were never fitted properly before, which caused major headaches and jaw pain. They did not cover my back teeth. and Dr. Bruso failed to have my trays prepared for bands to fit my bite. If you want to fix your bite with Invisalign, you have to do it during treatment. If I had completed Invisalign with Dr. Bruso, my bite would not be fixed. Brusos office recommended other work as well, that my new dentist cannot see any need for. You can avoid a lot of issues by seeing a different dentist.

Dr. Brusso is by far the best dentist i have ever been to. Everything from his staff, to dental technique, to bedside manner, to ambience was superb. So glad I found him!

I am still trying to make sense as to why Dr. Bruso put on my permanent crown despite my insisting something was wrong, and then sent me to get a root canal as I was leaving? WHY. I RECORDED THE SESSIONS and keep attempting to post the audio clips and pics but am being censored.I ve been getting headaches and vomiting since Bruso 1st started working on me. Ive lost 30 lbs. Im happy to share in detail what this doctor has done with anyone that asks. Currently Im very sick because Brusos bad crown. Its crooked.

I was referred to Dr. Bruso by one of his patients. My previous dentist had not kept up with advancements in the dental field. So, I went to talk with Dr. Bruso and after we discussed step by step the process to achieve the results that I wanted, we came up with a plan. Over time he replaced old silver fillings and failing crowns. I also bleached my teeth, did invisalign, and finished with veneers. I could not be happier with my beautiful smile. I cant express enough what a joy it has been to work with Dr. Bruso and his incredible staff. The environment in the office is beautiful and relaxing also.
