Jenelle the benefits coordinator is amazing, super friendly an very persistent on getting your answers as well as giving you fast and friendly service. All in all I definitely recommend coming here. Everyone is amazing helping with your needs or wants.

Would recommend this office! Dr. Yip is wonderful and helped ease my anxiety along with his staff, when I had to have a Root Canal.He followed up with me when I was having issues before my root canal, which normally you only get to speak to staff.

They seem super friendly and nice but with the experience I’m having with them is very unprofessional. I went in for a dental emergency (2 rounds of antibiotics and a trip to the ER because I can’t open my mouth very well) dental emergency. They told me the surgeon would see me the next day and they would call me. Not once did they call. So I called. Now I’ve been told he can’t see me and I need to go else where. They gave me numbers to call and go but all the places they provided needed a referral from them and the work that needs to be done. So after making all these calls I called them back. I was put on hold for 30 minutes before she answered to say they will call me back again. Just makes a person not want to go to the dentist anymore😢

I got to work with both Dr Sebastian and Dr Yip. Both of these doctors and everyone else on the team is consistently respectful, informative, and kind to me as a patient. These guys go above and beyond to put out good service and help the patient!

This office is the best dental experience I have ever had. Ive had a lot of different dentists over the years. I felt like there was an air of transparency and professionalism at every step. As soon as I left, I advised my partner to consider changing her dentist. I think it just comes down to the quality of the people working there. They present as honest, transparent, and sincerely interested in their roles.

I absolutely adore this dentist office! I had a bad dental experience once and it made me not want to go to the dentist ever. This place is amazing! From the time you walk in, you are greeted with friendly faces and smiles. The staff always explains the procedures accurately and makes sure Im comfortable. I had a wonderful experience with Whitney, Tessa, and Dr. Sebastian. I highly recommend this business!

The front desk was super nice and so was the dentist I was paired to - Dr. Sebastian! I just moved to Liberty and Im really glad I decided to try out this place! Id definitely recommend.

I am not usually one to speak up when I am unhappy with something, but I feel like maybe this may help make a change. My review has more to do with Dr. Yip than the Dental office as a whole. The staff who runs the front desk have always been friendly and attentive. The dental assistants are friendly and are able to make friendly small talk. The hygienists have been fine as well. Dr. Yip, on the other hand, seems to always be in a bad mood. The first time I saw him he went on about how what he was working on was the worst hes ever seen!!!! Which sure could be true, but he seemed so over the top about it and felt unnecessary to keep complaining about it.I find him to be non-personable. At my last visit, he came in and didnt even say a word to me. No hello, no how are you? (He just seemed like he was in a generally bad mood from overhearing his response to others in the hallway prior to this.) I finally asked a question to break the awkward silence and he was short and dismissive. Then after looking at my teeth for a minute, he was like okay youre done, see you in 6 months. I can understand hes busy but he has no chair-side manner. I find this behavior being off-putting especially for him being in the business hes in. I would chalk it up to everyone is entitled to having a bad day, but hes been this way every time Ive seen him. It gets worse every time. I am unsure if I will go back to him. As I said, the rest of the staff seems great, but he needs to improve upon his cold demeanor.

What can I say that will give due credit equal to the actual experience? PHENOMENAL. After having terrible experiences previously, I honesty avoided dental offices all together and did the best I could in my end. Well, obviously it didn’t work out. I brought my son here a few days ago because he needed some work due to pain and he LOVED it! That says something because he is terrified of dentists. So I took a chance and boy am I glad I did. The last dentist scared me senseless making it sound like my teeth were deteriorating and in the worst shape they could be but found out today that they are in no way as serious as they could be. They put all my concerns at ease and Dr. Yip was very gentle, understanding and also very funny! I had so many fears and now I’m leaving confident and ready to start on a beautiful plan to get that model smile I really want. I have so many reasons to smile and he is happy to help me to the point that I never want to stop smiling. I’ve found my dentist! Have you found yours?

I was visiting Kansas when I had a crown come out. Unfamiliar with the area I just started calling dentist from the internet to see if I could get a same day appointment. These guys were super nice and accommodating and I was seen within 2 hours. I was told on the phone they did not accept my insurance and was given a quote. Although I wasn’t prepared to spend the money I was pretty desperate because this was a front tooth so I agreed. The financial person came in to speak with me and my final price was less than I expected. A good amount less! Needless to say I was very happy, not only did they see me same day but also gave me a discount! It was a Win-Win! I give these kind Kansas people 5 stars!

Dr Yip and the rest of the staff are amazing! I’ve been going here for around a year and a half. I’ve had 6 crowns done and they look and feel fantastic! I recently had my front teeth crowned and I was in and out in 2 hours. The crowns feel like they’ve always been there. I started off with a smile I was ashamed of and now it’s perfect!

Had to get a root canal and crown, they were able to get me in next day to get me taken care of, they are amazing!!

I came in as a new patient, let me just say that Dr Hall is amazing. She was super sweet and personable. She conducted a very thorough exam of my teeth. I’ll be back to see her again for sure!! The office staff were very helpful.

This dentist office needs to be shut down! My wife went there in late August and they did 9 fillings in her teeth. When she told me this I thought it was absurd for anyone to get that many at once. She was in extreme pain for a week and would cry herself to sleep. This really irritated me because we were getting married a few days after these fillings and she couldnt enjoy the wedding due to the pain. Prior to the fillings they informed her the pain would be minimal and last only a day.Then just this past week she went back into the office for them to take a look at it again because she was still in pain a month and a half later. Well, they did some modifications to the filling and evidently screwed things up even worse than before. We ended up going to the emergency room on Sunday due to excruciating pain. This was very inconvenient for us since we have a baby and had to wake him up in the middle of the night. The ED physician prescribed her medication but he couldnt do much since teeth are outside their expertise.Luckily my wife was able to find another dentist to go to this morning. They gave her a full examination and determined that she will need two root canals because of the damage that was done at Liberty Oaks Dental Group. There is severe damage to her nerves. Im pissed because this should have never happened and it will not be covered under my insurance.Please, whatever you do, stay away from this dental office! Dont even go for a cleaning!

Worst service ever. If there is a zero star, I would give it a zero star. I came in for free preventative check-up which is covered 100% by most Insurance. The Dr. performed limited examination on my teeth and I have to pay $40 for the fee. Just because I didnt want to do the X-ray. If you dont want to have x-ray done on your mouth in Liberty Oaks dental, the dentist wont clean your teeth. So ridiculous. What if a patience just wants to have his/her teeth cleansed! X-ray is bad for your mouth and it stays with you permanently and one of the cause of mouth cancer.

They wasted my time!!! It was just like that dental monitoring commercial, another dentist down the street pulled it the same day after waiting days for this place. Pediatrics is great will probably let my son stay.
