The stylists here are amazing and so educated! I get personalized treatment and I have longevity with my stylist! She is as picky about my hair as I am! The salon is spotless all the time and the products are fantastic! Even the pores of my scalp on my head feel clean when I am done with a haircut!

I received a terrible hair cut. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted which was a short haired undercut and she gave me just a pixie cut. Even though she used the clippers there were a bunch of random long hairs that stuck out. Also she didnt even trim my sideburn area so there were a bunch of weird baby hairs that I had to cut myself. Now after taking a shower I noticed she cut my hair in the back top of my head shorter so now it sticks up. I didnt notice before cause she put pomade and hairspray in. So now I have to use product everyday until it grows longer. Also there was a sign on the front door saying masks are required but there were multiple other customers without one on.

Great Salon! As with anything, I think it’s important to start with a trim and see if you’re happy with your stylist. If you do like what they do come back and get color/more dramatic cut.I can say that I was randomly assigned a stylist at Fringe and beyond happy with the outcome. Finally found someone I trust with my hair. From my experience, I believe they hire quality stylists.

I was new to the area and in desperate need of a hair cut. I decided to give this salon a try based on good reviews. And I am so happy I did! My appointment was with Jenny. She listened to me explain what I wanted and gave me the exact hair cut I was hoping for. She even showed me how to style it. When I got home my husbands jaw dropped. He thought it was gorgeous!! I picked up a couple products from the salon and had no trouble styling it the way she showed me. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

I had a horrible experience here. Mindy did my hair and completely damaged it. My hair is now 3 different colors. She left me with bleach in my hair for too long. So long to the point that I was in tears from the burning pain. Another stylist had to step in to help. After all of this she still charged me the full amount and only offered to “fix” things by dying it again after I had complained. All while being incredibly condescending. I highly recommend you go anywhere but here.

I recently had an up do styled there. The style itself was nice and I was satisfied. The cost of the style was $55 and I tipped $20 because I wanted to. The stylist didnt even say thank you as if a 36% tip is expected. We all know that the words thank you go a long way.

Mindy is the best!!! She takes the time to listen to what you want, but also to advise you if that will best compliment you as well. Talented with coloring, highlights, chemically straightening and cutting your hair in a way that is flattering to you specifically.

I love this place!! The decor is modern and beautiful, the staff is friendly and they really make you feel at home! Best of all, I changed my hair color for the first time from blond to red. This is a pretty major change and while I had my reservations, as this is easy to botch, Jenny Oetgen absolutely nailed it! My hair is beautiful and at a reasonable price. Everyone loves the color! Ive never been so satisfied with a style before. Shes honest about what will work and what wont and I loved her personality (not too pushy for conversation but someone you wanted to talk to!). They have a customer for as long as Im in the KC metro!
