They werent open when they were supposed to be and I left a message they never responded back and this is a day that there were no weather emergencies or stay at home orders anyway its their business when theyre open but they shouldnt have a sign and a website that say 9:00 a.m. if thats not when theyre going to be there and I wouldnt even minded that but they never even called me back after I left the detailed message but I guess thats the way it goes

They burned my hair not satisfied at all I asked for a balayage and I left from there with yellow hair on top of that they had bad service, I was warned by another person I thought that maybe they just had a bad experience, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but no they where right that place is terrible.

Nice people and they get the job done on time. And if you have any problem understanding, they sure will help you.

My 63 year old grandma went to the hairstylist and he told her he was going to charge her $45 in the beginning once he was done with my grandma he then said it was going to be $200 changed the price the do fraud there and abuse of the elderly never going here don’t take your elderly people to do there hair with them ! They are unprofessional!!

I went to this salon as a last resort on a Friday needing a serious haircut. However I had a feeling something like this would happen. The staff is great and will get you in pretty fast, however you get what you paid for. I ask for about a medium length cut and even showed a pictured of a cut the was about 4 inches below the shoulder. I usually go for long layers and she did give me long layers, however my hair was at my shoulders wet! Now I have wavy- curly hair so when my hair was dried it fell even shorter.

Staff is great and the cuts are great, but they seem to have forgotten their loyal customers. Ive been going to this salon for 6+ years and have never received a discount. instead the price has only gone up.. Like i said, staffing and cuts are great. buy theres a lack of a loyalty program for customers.

We wait 40 minutes. no one was there the ladies were just talking each other putting music hanging out. What a bad experience we just leave.

Haircut was good. Price is good but goes up without them letting you know before the cut. Poor check in system, you can get there an hour before everyone and be the last one out.

I just needed a haircut. People who came after me got their hair cut, shave and I was still waiting foh my Hair Cut. They didnt care if somebody was sitting and waiting they were more intrested in changing the songs and chatting at the back left corner of the Saloon. After waiting 40min, I just left.

I always make an appointment, if you come at a busy time you will have to wait 30 or more minutes.Very nice lounge. We go for haircuts, pints and hairstyles for many years and always make the result beautiful. When I go I make an appointment before, not to wait 30 minutes or more with the whole ball of people.
