They were so pleasant and my hair doesn’t hurt. I will return for their services for me and my girls from now on! I am very happy I found a new hair home.

One of the ladies set an appointment with me at 9:30am, and later asked me to come in at 8am. I showed up at 8am and she didn’t get there until 9:30. An hour and a half late. At the original time I was supposed to come anyway. All I got was a “sorry I’m late”. No discount or anything. The braids were cute. Unprofessional service.

I had a wonderful experience at Braid Heaven. I got in at my 1:30 appointment and was out by 5:30 for micro braids. One braider with excellent skills. I could barely feel her braid my hair. (I actually nodded off to sleep). Ms. Glennis performed a miracle (as always) Thank you Ms. Glennis for the Beautiful job you did with my hair. I am grateful and very well pleased with the end results.

Great customer service nice and clean and my hair looked awesome it wasnt braided to tight so no issue with edges and no headache. My braids are extremely neat and beautiful. Definitely will be returning! Although it was only one person she braids extremely fast. Alicia braided my hair and has earned me as a client.

Shelley is the absolute best! Ive been going to her for 2 years now and I will NEVER go any where else! My hair has ALWAYS been nothing but perfect! Ive never lost any of my hair around my edges as I did at every braid shop I had previously tried. The take down is fast and pleasant. Clean, comfortable and peaceful atmosphere inside and out.

Nothing but great experiences every time I had my hair braided by Shelly. Professional and clean. Braids the perfect size I wanted for my micro braids. Scheduled a take down months later which was well worth it. Recommend to all.
