Seamless dentistry is such a great place to get your dental work done!! They are so kind and polite. They make sure your comfortable at all times and if your not they make sure to fix it right away! Dr. Todd was amazing and I’m so glad that I was able to come here and get my treatment done! If you need to find a home for a dentist you should check out seamless. They are a blessing. They for sure have a customer for life!

I had my first visit today at Seamless Dentistry, and everyone was just great! It was so easy to schedule (which I did online). I’m so happy to say I’ve found a new dentist! I have found Dr. Todd to be congenial and a perfectionist. His support staff is also proficient in their craft and are friendly even when th office is crazy busy. However, my favorite hero is the young lady at the front desk whose name escapes me. I have overheard several phone conversations she has had with difficult clients. She is always calm, confident and respectful. Truly a GEM!

I went to have some teeth looked at earlier this year and have very very high anxiety about going to the dentist i hate it. i didn’t feel very comfortable there all the girls working their that i saw were very young maybe just graduated college. the two looking at my teeth even had to question several times which tooth they were looking at which didn’t help my anxiety. i also went because i felt like i chipped a tooth and the dentist told me that’s normal and there’s nothing wrong that he could find when i distinctly feel something different.

My first experience at Seamless Dentistry was nothing short of fantastic! This is a family owned practice that cares about their business and it shows! Staff was extremely friendly and professional! Patient rooms are very clean and well maintained. Equipment is very modern and up to date! The facility is very welcoming! Unlike other dental practices I have been to my scheduled time was when I was seen! No waiting around for 30 to 45 min, and I was in and out in less than an hour for my cleaning. I highly recommend Seamless, and I will be back!

I rate this dentistry office with a 2 star to be gracious because there were some good things about the staff there. Horrible experience with getting a permanent crown. What was supposed to be a 2 visit process turned into a 5 visit process. Temporary crown popped off twice and the third time I swallowed it. Permanent crown came in way too big and didn’t fit. Had to practically start the process all over again. I had to ask for a partial refund, but they offered a small credit to use towards another visit. Not acceptable, so they agreed to refund half the out of pocket fee. The assistant used a little bit of permanent cement on the temporary crown and they had to numb me once again which is now the third time, just to get the crown off! Needless to say, I finally have a crown that fits that should have been free! I’ve taken off of my job 5 times for lengthy unexpected visits. They did not agree to refund the other half of my cost. My family will no longer use Seamless for dental care and I will no longer refer them to anyone I know. Dr Todd did call me to apologize for the inconvenience but was willing to lose patients and future patients by not attempting to compensate me for the agony, anxiety, nor the time away from work. I have never experienced anything like this and it’s not acceptable.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had going to the dentist!! I had a bad experience with the dentist years ago and put off going until I heard great things about Seamless Dentistry. I’m glad I listened, because all the good things are true! The staff was so kind and accommodating, from the moment I walked in. I love that they send text message reminders. I was able to choose a TV show and watch as they did the cleaning which made it go by quickly. It was completely painless and there was not one time I was uncomfortable. The hygienist Jamie was so kind and talked me through what she was doing, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Dr. Todd was very thorough and patient in explaining each thing to me (not rushed like some practices) not only that but he is a great Christian man so you can trust his business!

The dental hygienist and dentist are very nice and professional.However the lady that does the billing is very rude and not helpful. My wife called over a month in advance to make sure they accept our insurance and she said they do. What she didnt say was that, its considered out of network so everything beyond a cleaning is all out of pocket. I would have gone somewhere else had I known this in advance. I even gave them all of my information two weeks ahead of time.

These people are the absolute best. Hands down. This is coming from someone with a severe phobia of dentists. They are the best in the state. They made sure everything went perfectly and treat every patient like family. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Today was my first visit to Seamless Dentistry. I was truly overwhelmed by how kind, professional and knowledgeable the staff was. I know they were on a schedule but yet they made me feel as if time was in abundance. I have huge dental anxiety but yet I felt immediately comfortable with Dr McGrath. He seemed genuinely sorry about what had happened in my past to create my anxiety. Everyone here is very nice and welcoming. They are kind and patient with me and my dental anxiety. All of the staff is very knowledgeable. They have also been working with my insurance to make my dental care as affordable as possible.

I had my new patient appointment today with Seamless Dentistry and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff is very friendly and does a great job to make you comfortable during your visit. My exam and cleaning went over without a hitch. The staff does a great job of not making you feel embarrassed if you’re not absolutely perfect. They were quick to schedule appointments for my Invisalign treatment and next cleaning and answered all of my questions. They have what appears to me to be the most up to date equipment which is nice. The office is very nice and has a comfortable feel to it. My only not so positive feedback would be that I wish the rooms had actual doors instead of open doorways just for the sake of patient privacy. I am, however, looking forward to my future visits at Seamless and getting to know the staff!

I am picky when it comes to Dentistry and hated to leave my old team but this place is really one of a kind. Everyone is extremely kind and friendly from the front receptionist, to the hugentist and finally, the dentist. The warm smiles, concern and care was almost overwhelming-I completely forgot I was at the dentist office and felt I was amongst a bunch of friends. The decorations in the lobby are warm and inviting, just like home and the absolute BEST part is the massaging chair during my procedure!!! This was the most amazing experience I have ever had at a dentist office. You can tell the team has placed value in patient care and comfort and they have won me over. I am switching my entire family to this place.

I was in need of some extensive dental work. I always put it off as I hate going to the dentist. I found Seamless Dentistry through a family member so I gave them a try. This is by far the BEST Dental Office I have ever been to. Dr. Todd and his staff do everything in their power to make you feel at home and comfortable, something that is lacking at most other dentists. The office itself is beautiful with a homey feeling and their equipment is the most up to date, state of the art equipment I have ever seen. Dr. Todd himself is wonderful. I knew I picked the right dentist when he gave me my first numbing shot and I didnt even feel the needle at all. I had 4 molars pulled and I was amazed at how well and easy things seemed to go. My children and I have been going to Seamless for 3 years. Its about 25 miles from my home, I keep going because I love tthis office. Love the consistently wonderful customer service. We have never had to wait, they are ready for us as soon as we walk in.

I rarely give reviews...maybe only a few in my entire life but when I do I give honest unbiased reviews because these reviews can speak volumes and interrupt someones business and livelihood. The dental office itself...Extremely professional...Girls at the reception courteous and professional, beautiful reception area and the exam areas are clean with advanced technology. I walked in and decided after reviewing to purchase the wellness plan as I am uninsured and need a tremendous amount of work done. I was unable to work with and meet Dr. Todd. Ive heard through Facebook and talked with people who said such great things about him and his staff. I left the office with a thoroughly explained treatment plan with associated costs along with a detailed explanation of the treatment plan costs.Great office but Im just not sure its the correct office for the uninsured with tremendous dental issues .After leaving and further thought, I went back in for medication for the abcess and canceled/refunded the wellness plan and paid for only the actual visit. As an accurate review...I gave all stars but I simply didnt feel comfortable with the dentist I saw. I think perhaps the dentist was a bit horrified at the condition of my mouth but did his best to push through the exam and consultation in a professional manner.

Our son knocked his front 2 teeth out over the weekend and we called their emergency line and Dr. Todd called us back within 30 minutes. He offered to meet us at the office to look over him at anytime throughout the weekend. He continued to check on him over the weekend and got us in first thing on Monday morning. We love the family atmosphere at Seamless and how much they care for their patients!

BEWARE!!! This company will steal money from you by charging for services they did not provide! The dentist there could not perform the basic service and the front desk could not provide an itemized receipt for what was paid for when asked. They claim my insurance was bad, but when I talked to my insurance I was informed there was no issue at all on my end. The front-desk staff is completely incompetent and dishonest!Amazing how many of their 5-star reviews are from people who live hundreds of miles away or have only left one review. Are these bought or made up?

I love Seamless Dentistry! The office and waiting area are decorated beautifully and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and cozy. The office staff is friendly and always gets you checked in and back to your appointment on time. Each patient room has a flat screen tv and you can put on a show of your choice. All of my cleanings have been quick and painless. I have the same dental assistant each time, which I’m not sure if that’s intentional or not, but it makes me feel more comfortable. If you have any type of dental anxiety or fear you should definitely give seamless dentistry a try!
