Dr. Dunn & his assistant Carmen are incredible!I was recently seen in the office for veneers on all of my front teeth. My visit was seamless & my smile looks gorgeous! I can’t thank them enough! The doctor made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment & his assistant did a fabulous job getting me taken care of! From the front team to the back everyone made me feel right at home! You guys rockI wish I could leave 10 stars 🤩

Going to the Dentist can be very stressful, but not at Kannapolis Universal Smiles. The front desk staff greets you with smiles and positive energy as if they have known you all your life. The clinical staff was very engaging and funny. Seems like I laughed the whole time I’m there or had a great conversation about something. They educate you about your dental health and give you the best tips in maintaining your dental health. The Dentist- wow what can I say.... Dr Dunn is the best dentist I’ve had in my life. He’s patient, informative and makes sure you have a pain free visit. He talks with you and explains the details of any procedure. I knew I could trust him. The billing department explained the cost and my insurance plan in great detail. Everyone went the extra mile for me. Including teaching me some tricks on my iPhone. Lol My smile is Beautiful. Well I was a first timer. They welcomed me in with open arms. Very professional, I mean from the front desk to the back. You give them a story of why you are there, they diagnose you, and they give you very good detail feedback from your examinations. Dr Dunn is the best dentist I have experienced. He’s very thorough and explains things clearly. He genuinely cares about his patients. The prices here are unbeatable. My hygienist was Sherry and she is fantastic! Extremely gentle and takes her time to make everything sparkling clean. There was also very little wait time to be taken back. I highly recommend this place!

Got 2 teeth pulled. Took 30 minutes from being take back. Staff were friendly & efficient. I will be going back.

I really enjoyed the dentist even tho my nerves were really bad. The man that is the doctor is great when i asked him not to poke at my teeth he respected it and didnt poke he just looked. He was also really sweet towards me and respected my opinion.

I have mixed opinions. They are always super nice and fast. However, too fast seems to be a common issue with my visits. I have gotten cavities filled and when I got in the car noticed part of the cavity still visible on two different occasions. And sometimes they don’t wait for the numbing meds to work before starting. Seems always rushed and bad mistakes happen.

I am a middle aged black man,who suffers from kidney disease.I have dialysis 3 times a week ,basically I need a kindey for a longer life .My experience at Universal Smiles was horrible. The staff was very mean and unprofessional to me.I got 8 teeth pulled at a visit, gave me no pain medicine and no gauze to help me,I bled all day after the visit and returned to finish my teeth being pulled and just mean staff .I watched other patients get treated good.

I changed my Dentist of 12 years to another one closer to where I live. Im so glad I chose Kannapolis Universal Smiles. The whole visit was so much nicer than I had thought. I was a bit nervous but there is absolutely nothing to be nervous about.

This was the first dentist office Ive came to since I was born, not the only but the best. Amanda is the only one let clean my teeth. Her work is perfect perfect perfect. I even still drive a hr to get here. Today is my first day back since dr Gibbs retired. Love the upgrade and so glad Amanda is still with the company. 10 stars ✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴

I highly recommend this dentist office it’s the first dentist I have been to and I’m 16 years old and this dentist did not hurt me when they were cleaning the lady was very professional,polite, and sweet and Dr.Dunn was very polite to me and when he was explaining my x-rays to me he talked and explain very good and answered any questions I had he’s the first dentist that didn’t hurt me or my family he has a good personality and it very associate with his patience. Every time I come in he talks and jokes with me and his other patients and while he’s looking at your teeth he will joke and sing to you and makes you feel right at home and when you come in. If I could I would give this place more starts for the amazing job they do.

I have been going to this dentistry for years being seen by Dr. Gibbs, Carmen, and Amanda. Seeing as my favorite dentist Dr. Gibbs is retiring, I figured since Dr. Dunn is taking over for him with the same awesome staff, Id keep going to this office.. super glad I did. Dr. Dunn is very polite and sings along to Backstreet Boys while he works on your teeth!😊 Im impressed with the amount of detail he puts into his work and the effort he takes to make sure your smile is better than when you came in. Very grateful to have a dentist who really, truly cares.

Dr. Dunn was fabulous on extracting my wisdom tooth. It had been causing me so much pain. He took it out super fast and knew exactly what to do. I’m now at home with antibiotic recovering.His assistant was also very sweet & helpful. 10/10 experience with them. 😁

I called 30 mins ahead of time to let them know that I was gonna be a few minutes late. I showed up only 5 minutes late and was already bumped because a new girl did not tell the other people in the office. Ive been going to Dr. Gibbs for 30+ years and ever since he has partnered up with Dr. Dunn (who is a complete joke) it seems that this place has turned into a train wreck!

Wonderful first time experience at KUS. Dr. Fabian Dunn should change his name to Dr. Fab because that is what he is. Fabulous. Excellent bedside manners and exceptional customer service. When the ball was dropped due to Cigna Insurance issues, Dr. Fab put on his Superhero cape and came to the rescue. White glove service. 5 star treatment. Great conversation and left feeling great. Glad I made KUS my premier dental choice!

I had a great experience today with dr Dunn he was very prompt and really listened to my Questions and concerns and was very gentle I had a filling done as well as a temp crown and a build up and not once did he hurt me also loved dr Dunn’s singing with the music when the drill would be loud so it took my mind off my teeth being worked on def a plus in my book I would most definitely recommend tihis Dental office they do great work at minimum price you can’t bet it!

My smile was so ugly bc of my degenerating gum disease, and Dr Dunn, filled in some teeth for me. Now I want to Smile I feel beautiful again? Thats been a long long long time since then. He still has some to go but will be back. Amanda, who does the teeth cleaning, does such a great job she is very gentle and a very kind person. They even give you sunglasses to wear bc of the bright light. Im going to start wearing my own lol mine are more fashionable and block light more also I have seizures so I need as much light blocked as possible. I LOVE THIS PLACE. I went in there almost a year ago, had a partial made and some theeth cleaned every since then, she has caused my teeth to hurt when she was cleaning my teeth is was barbaric I had teeth cleaned many times but I honestly think she permanently damaged my teeth.
