I love this place as a parent. The bright rooms and halls are a great distraction and my kids love the assistants. They are all great in working with kids of all ages. My kids are not afraid of the dentist and are actually excited to go.

I have been bringing my kids here since they were 1, Dr.B and her team are amazing. They do a wonderful job with kids especially ones that are scared of coming. They always go above and beyond to make sure the kids feel comfortable and make sure parents are kept up to date on any problems. My kids look forward to coming now as to where they didnt before and when they leave they always tell everyone look how shiny my teeth are!!! Thanks Dr.B and your team!!!!

Br. B has been my children’s dentist for several years. They were going to an adult dentist. Switching to Dr. B was the best decision that I ever made for them. She is very kind and patient with my children and her staff is awesome. Because of Covid, parents have to wait outside but that doesn’t stop Dr. B from communicating with the parent. She calls me on the phone when waiting or has me come in to discuss my children. I wish there were pediatric dentist like Dr. B when I was a child. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND bringing your children to see Dr. B, you will not regret it.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. B since she was 2 years old. I have kept up with her cleaning and also fillings if needed. Dr. B kept filling her 2 front teeth which was going to fall out anyway. None the less, she was the only person treating my daughter. I noticed she had a spot(decay) on one of her molders Sunday night and I scheduled an emergency appointment with another dentist on Tuesday(8/31). This dentist evaluated my daughters mouth and told me that she has a lot of rotten teeth in her mouth, need 2 crowns, have fillings over teeth that needs to be treated and she grins her teeth at night. Im LIVID!!!!! Like I stated earlier, my daughter has been coming to Dr. B since she was 2 years old, this shouldnt be happening. It seems as if she has never seen a dentist in her life..by the way, shes 6. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! What the hell have she been doing for 4 years besides taking my money?? If you want to spend extra money correcting something that shouldnt of happened in the 1st place, visit Dr. B.

As a new mother, sometimes you don’t know what to expect when taking your child to the dentist. My daughter is 2 and she doesn’t let anyone get near her mouth. She is very independent. I forgot the ladys name, but she was awesome. Even for me. She allowed my daughter to see how each tool worked before starting the teeth cleaning process . It made the process easy for my daughter and I. As I was shocked that my 2 year old behaved so well and loved the teeth cleaning, I, as mother had to reward her with a new toy. Even though she was given a small reward for being so well behaved and letting the Dentist do her job it was the best experience with many more to come.

We have been going here since we moved to the area in 2019. My girls have no issues wanting to come to the dentist, everyone is super nice and great with my kids! Today was my sons first visit ever and he did fantastic. The hygienist was super sweet and took the time to show and explain everything to him in a way he understood. Absolutely zero tears from him. Dr. B is very sweet and kind, thorough when she needs to be but also quick so you are not there forever. We enjoy coming here.

Great first time dentist visit for my 1 year old. The nurses were very kind from start to finish. They were gentle and patient with my toddler and I loved that they allow parents back because I know some places don’t! My son also loved the cute wall paintings and themed rooms, so cute!

My son had his appointment today and he was not very excited going in but as soon as he came out he said “ Mom I like that dentist she knows about Pokémon and was very nice I want to see her again on my next visit.” I’m so happy he was actually excited about his next appointment! We will definitely be back and so happy this is a very kind office everyone in the office is super nice! If your looking for a local dentist office for your child I would definitely recommend this office.

My daughters first visit was today and she was a bit uneasy up until the day of. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with warm welcomes and patience as my daughter had a bit of trouble with the X-rays. Ms K was very informative and walked me through everything as she did the exam and cleaning. Dr B came in and gave me all the feedback needed and had us in and out within a few minutes. Now my daughter is excited about going to the dentist! Thank you all for your services!!

I took both of my kids this morning. They called me back on time and both kids were done in 30 minutes. My oldest had X-rays done and the hygienist and dentist made my kids enjoy the whole process.Fantastic Dentistry!

Ive always had my grandson there and hes 13 now big brother to his step-sister and big brother to his 5 year old brother. Landon has never stated that he had a bad experience there. Everyone is so friendly.

They were very friendly and she was so amazing with my 4yr old son. He smiled and laughed and she explained everything she did step by step. Ms. Kelly is so sweet, attentive, and animated. I’m sure every child would love her!!! Little to no wait time, and they offered same day appointments!

Been going here for about a year now! Love love love the office staff, everyone is very thorough with explaining treatment and options of treatment as well! Highly recommend to anyone!

My kids are always excited to get their teeth clean. Everyone there is professional and know how to work with kids specially toddlers. I am really happy to have found a place where I can be in the room with my kids while they are getting their treatment done . I love love this dentistry. First off the staff is fantastic. They are so good with the kids. Make them comfortable from the moment of walking in. And the dentist..... Hands down one of the best ones I have seen yet. She takes her time, shes great with the kids. She makes the kids feel safe. Even if she has a child that is scared and doesnt want to do it..she gets what she can done while insuring the childs.. my daughter thinks princess jasmine is her dentist.. lol and yes Dr.B is as beautiful as princess jasmine lol. So when we come my daughter says princess jasmine is gonna clean my teeth. Lol and thats how it starts lol.I would definitely recommend this location and this dentist to anyone. I believe yall would give her 5 stars too. I honestly dont see anything they need to improve on.. and thats all the way from the staff to the dentist and how things run there. They run very smoothly.. my son was scared to death of dentist. He has had a few different ones and what broke that fear was this dentist.... They are completely awesome. So if your thinking about trying Dr.B so do it. I dont think you will regret it

This place is amazing!! It was much easier to register my child online than any other online registration I have had to complete. Checking in online was as simple as a click of a button. Every step was explain to my child to lessen his fear of the dentist. This was our 1st visit and because of our great expierence, I decided to make it our family dentist for all 5 of our children. This was our first visit. We recently had to switch pediatric dentists due to some customer service issues. Everyone in the office was extremely kind and cheerful! My 6 year old was a little nervous, with this being his first visit at this location....he’s not really a fan of dentists. By the time he was done, he was chatting away, and all smiles! Thank you so much for making my boy feel comfortable, and communicating all the information so well with me! This will definitely be our family’s new pediatric dentist office!

My children have been seeing Dr. B for many years and if it wasn’t for her I would have to drag them to the dentist kicking and screaming every six months. She’s gentle, patient and wonderful at tending to their dental needs. The only complaint I have is that she doesn’t see adults!;)

The ladies at Kannapolis Pediatric Dentistry are absolutely amazing. My daughter is autistic and never does well in any doctors settings. These ladies worked their magic and were amazing with her. After we left my daughter said she wants to go back because it was fun. I highly recommend them.

Dr. B and staff are amazing! My 6 year old is autistic and they made her feel very comfortable and explained what each tool was used for. I was able to sit with both my girls and watch them. They let my girls see their x rays on the computer, which they loved. They are super nice, gentle and easy to talk to. My girls loved them!

Before my daughter turned two I was on google looking and looking for a good pediatric dentist near our home with great reviews and after a good while of searching I’m so happy to have found Kannapolis pediatric dentist. Staff is amazing!!!! And my daughter left happy and saying my teeth are clean! Hands down best place to bring your kids for their dentist appointments.

I didnt even to get in the doors before having a bad experience. I had someone call me to verify my insurance the day before my daughters appointment. I gave them all the correct info that I had but because it wasnt working on their end the lady threatened to cancel my daughters appt because of it. Im sorry but I work in medical insurance and besides knowing what I know I have never had a medical facility threaten to cancel an appt because they couldnt verify my insurance up front, nor should they! Ever heard of self pay if things fall through?! The lady was super rude about it on the phone and because of that I chose to go some where else then dealing with that bad attitude (which could possibly give me problems down the road).

Absolutely love this pediatric dentist office they always make my kids feel comfortable about the visit and ease my oldest fears (PTSD from her last dentist office) they truly are the best group!!!

After a very traumatic dental experience with a different office, my son was terrified of the dentist. He didnt even want to talk about a dentist. We were recommended by a friend and we are very thankful for that. They have really worked with him to get him comfortable. Everyone is very friendly and patient. We give Kannapolis family dentistry a 10 out of 10!

Dr.B and her staff are so wonderful! They were punctual, attentive to any questions and concerns, and informative about the procedure my daughter was receiving. But the greatest part of our visit is how not only myself but how my daughter was treated! The hygienists and Dr. B made my daughter (5 yr. old) feel at ease and were patient and kind the whole way through! Also, the staff at the front desk welcomed us with a smile and we werecalled right back immediately! Dr B. Is incredible with all three of my children! We have gone to Kannapolis Peds for 5+ years and the entire staff has always been so great. My daughter had dental restoration surgery at age 4, which Dr. B performed and it turned out amazing. She is now 8 and still receives amazing care! Jessica, our favorite hygienist, is wonderful as well and always grabs us and uses special care with my high anxiety kiddos. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Both the dentist and her helper Jessica were absolutely amazing. Both my kids felt comfort and enjoyed it where most kids age 2 and 3 wouldnt. They were friendly, knowledgeable and just overall good at what they do. I would highly recommend them.

We love this place! My kids always comes out happy... but today like never I was very stressed out just thinking how would it go because my 5yr old needed 3 fillings and 10yr old needed an extraction... it was unbelievable! This new Dr. I didn’t catch his name took care of both of them in less then 40 minutes... usually the older one is a drama queen but today she was great... youngest daughter is very active and big talker but was very good as well. We love Dr.B she is very reasonable, professional and caring doctor and so glad she finally has someone else as good as the rest of the staff to join her. Just wanted to let her know that We had an awesome experience today and your new team member ROCKs! THANK YOU

Very professional and experienced staff. The Dr. Was compassionate and very helpful throughout the entire procedure. He made my son feel as comfortable as possible. My son needed a referral for surgery and staff made sure all documents were given to me that would be needed to ensure a smooth transition.

I have been bringing my girls here for 4 years and recently started bringing my grandkids. The doctor called me after I had a not so good experience a couple weeks ago and I heard her sincerity in her voice mail when she left me a message. After speaking with her, I edited my post because of the sincerity of her and her staff as I took my granddaughter today. My experience a couple weeks ago was with another doctor but as I took my grand daughter today I had the same doctor with and the experience was much better. My grand children live in GA and Im bringing them back and forth due to Dr. Jayaram customer service with me and how she has implemented her office workers. I dont have insurance for my grand children and she is doing all she can do to help me financially. I appreciate the quick response to my previous review and respect this doctor even more. I would recommend this dentistry. Thank you Dr. Jayaram!

I had heard great things about this office, especially from my family that goes there. I made the 40min drive to take my girls for their first visit. They are absolutely wonderful. So worth the drive. They make the kids feel at ease, even give them toys and prizes. And of course they are gentle. We wont be going anywhere else.
