Mr white is very good! He has saved me alot of pain. Unfortuately i have another fracture and cant get an appt. The billing and front desk is extremely unprofessional. Ive been trying for the last month to get appt but billing wants half my balance of 100 dollars paid before they will allow me to get appt. Ive been paying all along. Fixed incomes have no chance here. It doesnt matter how much pain im in i have to come in twice before ill be seen. I cant just pay when i get there. Unbelievable! I would like to stay with mr white but im being bullied and forced to find someone else. I have to suffer intense pain because of an unprofessional billing manager. This has to illegal. Its not like i wasnt paying! She intentional held back medical attention and caused me great harm. The withdrawal was enough to put me in my grave! INTENTIONAL TORT! DONT COME HERE! DR WHITE OR DR JOHNSON GET RID OF HER AND REVISE THE FRONT OFFICE HS GRADS (IF THAT) ONE ACTUALLY YELLED IN FULL OFFICE THAT MY PAYMENT WASNT ENOUGH FOR A VISIT! I dont pay office visits anymore (supplement ins.) And she tried to charge me one. Just a note every time i had a appointment i paid. She refused a 30 dollar payment, a 20 dollar payment. All i can say is KARMA ! The front desk girls are as uneducated and ignorant as their billing manager and dept. HIPPA IS VIOLATED ON A DAILY BASIS! Until they eliminate the unprofessional violaters, Power playing Bullies, and discriminator of the elderly and the less fortunate. Find another pain management facility, moorehead city, new bern or wilmington . google them check reviews. Pray you feel better! TO ALL DRS AND PAS AND NPS AND RNS YOU PROVIDERS ARE WONDERFUL. DR.
