Just one more worthless place that will pass you on to the next place without trying to do anything. Highly recommend not wasting your time and money here. They had me get off my psych meds for a month before they could see me so I did then waited another month for a 2.5hr appointment where they did nothing. Then another week I waited for them to call and say well we found somewhere else for you to go but first you have to go back to the VA to get a referral to go to another place to see who might be able to help you… without understanding or caring just how long that takes through the VA.

This place is nothing more than a pill and cbd pusher. I begged them for over a year to change me back to old meds. which I always had excess of. Instesd they treat u like an addict. There is no real doctor to be seen here. Only a NP that doesnt even look u in the eye when she tells u she is doing all she can by prescribing options and tell u to smoke weed. This place is a joke. If u really want help this is not the place to go. They talked me into surgery that made me worse off than I ever was and cut pain meds after surgery to one third the week of surgery so suffered tremendously the 3 weeks after surgery. I hope one day they experience the pain they caused me.

I REALLY like the DOCTOR HERE!!! She is WONDERFUL!!!!! Shes intelligent, caring, Experienced, Is very Knowledgeable about her MEDICAL/MEDS. & JUST LIFE in general ,( NOT TO MENTION, an actual down to earth lady), of whom I can RELATE to, AND ACTUALLY,-- THUS FAR(seen her twice)-- SEEMS TO, CARE about me and is willing to work with me, giving me a CHANCE to PROVE myself!!!! I will work with her for, AS LONG AS SHE IS WILLING, to work with ME. Cause, THE GOOD LAWD knows, I NEED HER!!!!!!!! LOL.....I Know she probably wishes, that she NEVER met me!! LOL....JK!

She is a great doctor and will to listen never in a hurry and her CNA is wonderful and listen as well and front desk lady is wonderful to Im glad to have found this place for my pain management there the best in this town.thank you guys alot.

People say alot of things about this place but dont believe what they say go there for ur self they were so wonderful to me miss Karen at the front was super nice the nurse made me feel so relaxed and the doctor was very awesome always judge ur self never believe what people say with out you seeing for ur self i felt comfortable and wonderful when i left

I am so grateful to be a patient here. I was truly surprised by how understanding and compassionate the nurse and doctor was. The Doctor was in direct communication with my primary Doctor. I felt validated with little words. They get to the root of problem and FIX it rather than mask/patch it. The Doctor helped me better understand my condition , she educated me on how my condition effects me personally, rather than a, one condition fits all. I felt something I havent felt in a long HOPE. They used team work to create a personalized health plan to ensure a better quality of life with independent living. The Doctor talked about the embarrassing day to day struggles of pain. Which shocked me because I NEVER talk about those moments. If you are reading this and have genuine issues you know exactly what moments Im talking about. I left out of there with hope and validation, important a goal to increase independent living. I strongly recommend this place if you are in need of being fixed rather than taking medications to mask the medical issue. I highly recommend arriving about 15-20 minutes early for a first time appointment. After the first appointment wait time in the lobby isnt long at long at all. The nurses dont push you through. I couldnt make this review shorter because I really am amazed. This a anonymous review.

The receptionist was extremely rude. I was with so someone who couldnt see the papers to fill them out and the receptionist made.a rude. comment about it to me. I have over 30 yes customer service experience and would never would of even thought of saying like this .

I went to integrated for about a year in the beginning I didn’t know what to expect because this was the first pain management I’d ever been to... things started out well in the beginning and went down hill from their I felt like when I was called to the back I had just walked in to join the military every time..I was sent to have a x ray and than I was supposed to have a ct scan let me tell you that never happenedafter pissing in a cup like a drug addicted every time which I despise because my mom was an addicted and she still is I’d never allow myself to become addicted to painkillers or anything else because I didn’t have a mom coming up any whoDr Lakisha treated me like I was a addicted she was not able to get my pain under control due to her license is what she said I asked her what else could I do to or could I have done she says smoke weed now this is on the last day before she says she can’t refill my meds because I was out which to me is stupid if I’m in pain and this the only thing I have to take for it what you you would do lay there in pain or take the pills

The amount of rudeness from this office is astonishing! Being treated like you are a drug addict for simply having the bad luck of brain cancer, lupus and fibromyalgia is sickening. They act as though they are doing you a favor by seeing you even though they arent actual license doctors weve been told they are nurse practitioners, still not a doctor. Its definitely time for an overhaul of this offices staff and some sensitizing training!!!

My experience here was probably the most pleasant of any pain management facility Ive ever been to. Ive been literally yelled at and accused of seeking drugs at most offices in NY and I actually dreaded my appointment here. The employees were all great, the doctor was especially kind too. She said she couldnt in good conscience prescribe anything to me unless she could understand the source of the pain I am experiencing as a drug like an opioid might end up killing me--and I agree. That is extremely pertinent and competent; I wouldnt have either if I was the one liable on the prescribing end. Her plan was to send me to Mid Atlantic neurology so they could examine me and potentially come up with a diagnosis, but that was screwed up. I am confident if I come back with a diagnosis, Id be treated professionally and compassionately just as before.
