This doctor took an oath to care for me. Ive had 21 procedures in his pain clinic. I was dismissed to be evaluated by other doctors for mental status that this dr. Peter Sirianni added in my brain malfunctioning with plaque build up from multiple back to back surgeries scheduled by his extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Ive made contact and I made contact and they refuse to lift the dismal even though I have worked with two different doctors for over three years. The procedures are not worth the extra medical torture you will go through if you continue seeing this Doctor. He should have his credentials taken from him. He is not helping people get better but slowly getting them one step closer to death. I have turned this over to God due to extreme health issues and I highly recommend that no one ever do any medical procedures with this man. His name is Peter Sirianni and he has not taken his Oath seriously and his staff is completely unprofessional and are like a pack of lionesses working for a man who is making peoples brains malfunction to even a worse level than they already are in due to excruciating pain. I would not ever recommend anyone on this planet to see him professionally or any of his staff. I have spoken to the insurance board and due to medical reasoning my due dates over lapped so Dr. Peter Sirriani, I know God will handle this from this point forward in my favor and you are not a man of his word and you are no Doctor to your Oath, so answer to God Peter on this day and every day until God allows you to depart from this world, you have a terrible staff and You have literally caused more pain and suffering than you have any good to many people including myself.My name is Christy Smith Parks and you were aware of my mental status before taking me on as a patient and you have failed on a grave level satisfaction in my book. Best pain management Doctor In East Texas, I have lived with server chronic painPeter Siruianni is the first Doctor to care enough to almost completely eliminate my pain.. Yes theres trial and error, but considering my pain stayed at 7 to 8 and now its a 3 . Its a miracle for my standards.Ive been dealing with pain for over 12 years and bed ridden at times now Im active again.My thoughts,. Well went over a year getting injections. Only made me worse. Just recieved a call the day before my next procedure and was informed he abandoned my case. Have had this problem with Mother Frances in the past. They max out ur insurance and just leave u hanging. What ever happened to doctors that actually care about helping people instead of the bottom dollar

I have had the same Pain Management Doctor since 2009, but we moved to Jacksonville, and Dr. Sirianni and his whole staff, go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and not nervous. I had my first consultation with him, a few weeks ago, and he was on the ball from the beginning on what he wanted to do, to try to get my back to feeling better. He also called us a team, and I loved that about him. Im now in bed after having 6 lumbar fractal done this morning. I still have a road ahead of me, but Im glad its in the hands of Dr. Sirianni and his staff.

The most amazing doctor, he did multiple treatments to help me not just throw another narcotic pill at me. After being bedridden for 2 years I finally have my life back!

This entire office staff is wonderful, I have never been treated with so much respect in my life.I feel as if I was introduced to the entire staff.I was impressed the first visit to this office. The customer service was great.After meeting with Dr.Sirianni.and discussing my problems I felt that he could thru the grace of God help me with the pain in my legs and back..I had a proc. 2 days ago and I can truly say that my pain level is gone by 75%. Thank you god and Dr.Sirianni.

He is not a pain management doctor, but anesthesiologist. He lost any interest in my case as soon as am I stated that I wont to go for injections in my neck. He didnt listen to me and got a date of my surgery confused by several month. I needed some advice on how to managed my pain (old and new one) with meds I already had, but he kept going back to injection therapy. I got no help whatsoever.Update.My PT caused me so much pain that I was blacking out with oral opioid. I did call again, since it was the only clinic available. Doc never properly assess me - just a brief talk and a touch of stethoscope to assess my lung sounds.. I assume, it was done so that he could - with clear conscience - to charge my insurance for the assessment.I talked to an RN in his staff, and she assured me that a SHOT will help me with entire arm.. So I schedule an appointment. Nobody ever told me, that it takes at least TWO SHOTS to ensure some positive results. And I had to pay $400 for А shot. I learned it at the desk at the day of my first appointment. The fact that I have to have TWO SHOTS done I learned during filling up pre-procedure paper-work.. How nice..There is a difference between chronic and acute pain, dear Doctor and your cute and very friendly staff. You all ignored me; you came up with a diagnosis of RSD which I do not have - you have never assessed me for my condition. My pain was and is ACUTE. You never listened to me, none of you. And there is much more to a patient care than dutiful smiles and friendliness. You and your staff are yet to learn it.Anyways, if somebody reads this message.Just think, why there are only 6 reviews for that many years.. And if you have pain related to some underlying cause - like injury in my case - look for a Doc and Clinic who specializes in such pain. Do some Web searching. I did not, and I had to pay for my naivity and trust in good and friendly medical professionsls. I am still in pain, it never went away.
