The bad service began with it taking a week to book an appointment because I could never get ahold of anyone, and no one called me back after leaving messages. Kindness never goes unappreciated, and you never know what someone else is going through… the staff here might want to think about these life lessons the next time someone could really use a little help when life has handed them multiple bad situations in a day. Hanging up on someone who isn’t purposefully upset is not the answer. Especially in customer service, and the medical field.

First class staff. Very pleased with provider who fitted me. Active listener, answered all questions. Office staff very welcoming- obvious they were there to help rather than making me feel like an impediment to their day like some medical offices! First class facility from start to finish!!!

The staff here at hanger clinic on Phillips highway treat you like family theyre patient and very respectful and also friendly Anthony is awesome he will help you with your shoes or any question you have about any diabetic or prosthetic products. I recommend this place for anyone who needs evaluation for their feet and for diabetic shoes prosthetics and accessories.

I did experience a little bit of frustration in dealing with the administrative office at Hanger Clinic. However, in every other respect their services were top flight. About three years ago at the age of 68, I underwent an above-the-knee, right leg amputation. My physical therapist at Brooks Rehabilitation, Steve Pompillio, thought that I should have an upscale artificial leg with a micro-processor knee. When my prostheticist at the time refused to even try to get Medicare to approve such an expensive artificial leg, Steve referred me to Hanger Clinic. Within two months Hanger obtained Medicare approval, and I had this much better leg. My mobility now at the age of almost 72 is much better. I walk anywhere I need to go within my apartment complex grounds, albeit with a cane or a walker; I drive, I shop for groceries, I visit my friends. I have nothing but gratitude for the services I received at Hanger Clinic.

I arrived a few minutes early but had very little wait time.Very professional staff.As they only see what the Physician has ordered I am so glad I had access to my medical records it helped to get a perfect fit.

For starters the turn over at that front desk is absolutely ridiculous to say the least ! Admin Aisha absolutely rude !!!! stated she was training front desk and check out at the same time 😒I feel sorry for the new people who get thrown to front desk and the people who have been there for a while sitting in the seats behind checkin as if no help is needed at the front !! It seems very obvious the work flow is definitely not shared and someone definitely needs to do better one on one training...It was painful to watch 😣chaos..Not surprised you have a new check in person monthly 😞 Good luck new people this looks very stressful ...where are the supervisors????? This office needs attention from upper management!!!!

To start with, getting the knee brace and dealing with front office was extremely painful , once I received the product I was told the knee brace is fully covered by my insurance which care centrix and hanger confirned...but guess what 1 month down the lane I received a bill and their support has no clue.***Five stars for George(Clinician) though..he is amazingupdateissue has been taken care of by head office

Three out of five appointments were canceled at the last minute by them. They way overschedule for the people that work there. Do yourself a favor and save the stress by going anywhere but hanger.

I do not recommend Hanger Clinic. Low quality products and staff give you the run around alot, like they really dont know what theyre doing. Take your money and time elsewhere.

George is a miracle worker. Made braces for my son and they are perfect. Highly recommend him and staff very helpful also.

I went to be fitted for shoes waited the 3 weeks for them to come in 1hour before my appointment to pick them up they called and canceled my appointment. I am leaving for a month to visit family out of state needed them for walking on outings while there. Now not sure when I will get them they left me hanging with no future appointment to receive the shoes I need them for balance issues I am experiencing.

I did not receive any original bill from the company and I get a bill straight from the collection agency. And then they put the blame that they did not receive the information from the hospital. I did not have any problem with any other bills.

Refuses my insurance, cant get the diabetic right. Ordered 3 times 3 times wrong shoes. Wow I wouldnt recommend ever going to this company. They laugh at those who dont trade with them. Those who laugh at people will in the end be laughed at in the end.

At this office locations had set up an appointment and was told that need translator asl sign language and one of the staff there has forced me to read and write after I spoken to other office locations has been told that the office need provide translator service.
